A modern residence with simple elegance design situated at a pedestrian walking streets. The location is extremely convenient : u can find great variety of restaurants or shops within 5 minutes walking and airport is 5 minutes driving away. Everything is so good except that hot water flow is slow due to inadequate water pressure.

leftover tissue on the top toilet shelf, please be more careful. All in all a pleasant stay, comfortable beds and mostly clean aside from the toilet. Notice for the passcode could be more clear, that it's for keying in on the door itself rather than the level 1 keypad (not sure what that's for); fortunately the guard(?) on duty mangaed to convey in very basic english what I should do.

It is in a very good location surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room is in higher floor so my view is quite nice. The room is spacious and has a smart TV. But unfortunately I found an empty alcohol bottle and used paper cup under the bed which scared me.

This property is new and located in the middle of downtown in Jeju that it is easy to travel any part of Jeju by bus or own your car. Strongly recommend for the fist time travelers. The rate is very reasonable as well.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place to stay.
1st, during winter, the temperature is too warm and it can't be adjusted as the air conditioner does not work. As a result, one has to open the window for the cold air to come in to cool down the room but you would get noises from the street coming into the room when you are sleeping.
2nd, the thermostat functions as a heater for the floor but it doesn't follow the temperature shown such as 4 degrees Celsius. When it is turned on, it makes an audible sound every 2 minutes.
3rd, the bedsheets and blanket are not that good quality as it generates more noise than normal bedsheets and blanket.
On the plus side, Hi Residences is responsive to your messages.

Amazing location, Shops & Restaurants nearby. Liked the keyless lock system. Very pleased wt 3 nights stay.

Spacious and modern in a convenient area. Everything you need is in the room (except for toothbrush / paste, but we brought our own) . There's no front desk, so if u have any inquiries, make sure you send them a message to clarify. Response from staff via email and in-app messages are fast. We had a pleasant stay!

For a new building, there were a surprising amount of holes in the walls. Given the current wave of spycams in Korea, it was not the most reassuring, and made it a little harder to relax. Other than that, the room was good with great facilities.

First, this building is new. Of course it is very clean and everything inside the house is new as well. I stayed at similar airbnb type studios before, but this one was by far the best. It is only few minutes drive to the airport and it has convenient stores and restaurants couple steps away from the location. I didn't really see any negative aspect of this place. RECOMMEND!

In the beginning, I wasn’t sure if this place was good because it was a new one and there were not that many reviews. But I googled and found some good reviews and decided to go for it. I am so glad I made this choice.
My friend and I stayed at this new building and we are extremely satisfied with our choice. Because this residences is newly built, everything was so sparkling clean and the bed was really comfortable. They provided all the essentials like hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, towels, and kitchen utensils. They also have laundry in-unit, which was really convenient for us to quickly wash our clothes. They even have kitchen where you can cook ramen or other foods.
I am quite picky about the accommodation but I was very impressed how clean and convenient the room was.
Location is another 5 star for this place. It is in the center of Jeju city and it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, duty free store, and convenient stores. It was super close to the airport so it literally only took like 5 minutes by car. They do provide parking lot but we just took the taxi to travel.

I was looking for a room with a kitchen and this place was perfect. The location is perfect, right in city center & near the airport. Was a bit worried because they have no front desk but the self check in was actually more convenient and faster. All questions were answered in timely manner and the staffs are all so nice!

호텔에서 공항이 보일만큼 가까워 택시를 안타도 이용할 노선 버스가 많고,
레지던스 호텔이라 일반 호텔과는 제공 용품이 다르지만 아주 깨끗하고 한달살이 할 정도로 필요한 살림살이가 다 갖춰져 있습니다.
무엇보다 저렴한 비용으로 가정비 좋은 곳입니다.
호텔에서 공항이 보일만큼 가까워 택시를 안타도 이용할 노선 버스가 많고,

깨끗햇지만 아쉬움이 있는 곳
제가 느낀 장점
숙소는 좁지만 깨끗한 편입니다. 청소 상태는 방마다 조금씩 차이를 보이는 것 같지만 눈으로 보기엔 말끔해 보였네요. 누웨마루(?)에 바로 있어서 밤에 술 관련 먹거리 찾기는 어렵지 않습니다. 다만 애들을 대상으로 한 음식점은 부족해 보였습니다. 그리고 옥상 루프탑은 도심 속에서 시원함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 날이 좋으면 한라산도 잘 보이고, 공항과 바다가 보입니다.
제가 느낀 단점
다만 주차장 쪽으로 배정받는 순간 다양한 아쉬움이 생깁니다. 먼저 오토바이 소리가 밤에 많이 들립니다. 예민하신 분은 거슬릴 듯.

한가지 덧붙이자면 이곳이 성형외과 수술자를 타겟으로 한 면도 있어서인지 수술받은 환자들을 엘리베이터에서 마주치게 됩니다. 저는 조금 놀랐습니다. 마스크도 없이 온가족이 오르락 내리락 거리는 외국인들 때문에 조금은 불편했죠.
숙소는 좁지만 깨끗한 편입니다. 청소 상태는 방마다 조금씩 차이를 보이는 것 같지만 눈으로 보기엔 말끔해 보였네요. 누웨마루(?)에 바로 있어서 밤에 술 관련 먹거리 찾기는 어렵지 않습니다. 다만 애들을 대상으로 한 음식점은 부족해 보였습니다. 그리고 옥상 루프탑은 도심 속에서 시원함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 날이 좋으면 한라산도 잘 보이고, 공항과 바다가 보입니다.

처음 오픈했을 때는 청결했으나 2년 지난 뒤 다시 갔을 때 청소 상태 수건 상태 싱크대 상태 침구류 상태 등 모든 물건들 청결성이 현저히 떨어져 취사가 되는 장점에도 불구하고 여타 호텔 평균 숙박비에 비해 비용을 더 지불하고서 가고 싶지 않음

혼자여서 제일 작은 스튜디오가 충분한 사이즈였고, 필요한 건 다 있어서 너무 편하게 잘 머물다 왔습니다. 무인으로 짐맡길수 있는 락커도 편하게 사용했고, 무엇보다 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 다만 주거용 아파트가 아니게 건축되어서인지 주변에서 물쓰면 배관에서 물내려가는 소리나 이외의 소음이 좀 있어서 자다가 좀 뒤척였어요. 하지만 웬만한 호텔, 레지던스엔 다 있을 정도의 소음 정도라 보시면 될거같네요.
