The room itself is ok and in a great location. However there is zero communication from host. After booking through Expedia, I did not get any communication from them till just before check in. On their website they scare that there is no human to help at the location and to contact them in advance about check in details. However attempt to reach them through WhatsApp message, WhatsApp voice or phone all failed. This resulted in lot of anxiety if this place is a scam or for real. Very very unprofessional.

The room has very basic things for cooking. The utensil and plates are super small sized.

Shower pressure and temperature were great.

A modern residence with simple elegance design situated at a pedestrian walking streets. The location is extremely convenient : u can find great variety of restaurants or shops within 5 minutes walking and airport is 5 minutes driving away. Everything is so good except that hot water flow is slow due to inadequate water pressure.

leftover tissue on the top toilet shelf, please be more careful. All in all a pleasant stay, comfortable beds and mostly clean aside from the toilet. Notice for the passcode could be more clear, that it's for keying in on the door itself rather than the level 1 keypad (not sure what that's for); fortunately the guard(?) on duty mangaed to convey in very basic english what I should do.

Nice location and plenty of food and shopping options around. But, many were closed when I was there though, not sure if it's the timing

Overall, will go back.

Good location

It is in a very good location surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room is in higher floor so my view is quite nice. The room is spacious and has a smart TV. But unfortunately I found an empty alcohol bottle and used paper cup under the bed which scared me.

This property is new and located in the middle of downtown in Jeju that it is easy to travel any part of Jeju by bus or own your car. Strongly recommend for the fist time travelers. The rate is very reasonable as well.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place to stay.

1st, during winter, the temperature is too warm and it can't be adjusted as the air conditioner does not work. As a result, one has to open the window for the cold air to come in to cool down the room but you would get noises from the street coming into the room when you are sleeping.

2nd, the thermostat functions as a heater for the floor but it doesn't follow the temperature shown such as 4 degrees Celsius. When it is turned on, it makes an audible sound every 2 minutes.

3rd, the bedsheets and blanket are not that good quality as it generates more noise than normal bedsheets and blanket.

On the plus side, Hi Residences is responsive to your messages.

Provide free parking for those who are driving in Jeju.

Spacious and modern in a convenient area. Everything you need is in the room (except for toothbrush / paste, but we brought our own) . There's no front desk, so if u have any inquiries, make sure you send them a message to clarify. Response from staff via email and in-app messages are fast. We had a pleasant stay!

For a new building, there were a surprising amount of holes in the walls. Given the current wave of spycams in Korea, it was not the most reassuring, and made it a little harder to relax. Other than that, the room was good with great facilities.

First, this building is new. Of course it is very clean and everything inside the house is new as well. I stayed at similar airbnb type studios before, but this one was by far the best. It is only few minutes drive to the airport and it has convenient stores and restaurants couple steps away from the location. I didn't really see any negative aspect of this place. RECOMMEND!

In the beginning, I wasn’t sure if this place was good because it was a new one and there were not that many reviews. But I googled and found some good reviews and decided to go for it. I am so glad I made this choice.

My friend and I stayed at this new building and we are extremely satisfied with our choice. Because this residences is newly built, everything was so sparkling clean and the bed was really comfortable. They provided all the essentials like hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, towels, and kitchen utensils. They also have laundry in-unit, which was really convenient for us to quickly wash our clothes. They even have kitchen where you can cook ramen or other foods.
I am quite picky about the accommodation but I was very impressed how clean and convenient the room was.

Location is another 5 star for this place. It is in the center of Jeju city and it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, duty free store, and convenient stores. It was super close to the airport so it literally only took like 5 minutes by car. They do provide parking lot but we just took the taxi to travel.

I contacted the manager prior to my arrival and they replied me really quickly. When we arrived, the manager and staff came out to welcome us because it was a late night. They were super friendly.

Overall, I would love to stay here again either with small or bigger group as they have many rooms available. Loved this place!!

I was looking for a room with a kitchen and this place was perfect. The location is perfect, right in city center & near the airport. Was a bit worried because they have no front desk but the self check in was actually more convenient and faster. All questions were answered in timely manner and the staffs are all so nice!

冷凍もある冷蔵庫、レンジ、ポット、コンロ、洗濯機があるので、住むように滞在できます。周りにコンビニ、飲食店もたくさんあります。
カカオトークでチェックイン当日に部屋番号とキーパッドの暗証番号が送られてくるので、チェックインの手間なしにお部屋に直接入れるのが便利です。何かあっても、カカオトークや1階のセキュリティが親切に対応してくれます。

地點非常方便，附近很多食店及購物地點。唯入住時已過了辦工時間，但門鎖卻未能開啟，又不知如何找幫忙，whatsapp沒人應對。還好最後在樓下見到保安員，他上樓幫我們重新解鎖才順利進入屋內。但十一時後也會下班，那就不知道辦了。

좋은 위치에 있는 숙소입니다. 침구류의 품질도 좋고 깨끗합니다. 남비와 프라이팬 등 식기류는 2인용이 있습니다. 또 갈 용의 있습니다.

공항 인근 가성비 좋은 깨끗한 레지던스 호텔

항공기 결항으로 갑작스럽게 공항인근 호텔을 검색하여 묵게 되었습니다.
호텔에서 공항이 보일만큼 가까워 택시를 안타도 이용할 노선 버스가 많고,
레지던스 호텔이라 일반 호텔과는 제공 용품이 다르지만 아주 깨끗하고 한달살이 할 정도로 필요한 살림살이가 다 갖춰져 있습니다.
무엇보다 저렴한 비용으로 가정비 좋은 곳입니다.

침구 상태가 별로였습니다
베개도 이불도 쿠션이 없음
이불과 베개 시트도 깔끔한 느낌이 없었어요
좁기도 한데 수건 상태도 낡음 찝찝함
구석구석에 청소가 깔끔하지 않음
곰팡이도 있고
물도 3박 했는데 딱 두개 주네요
그 가격이면 다음에는 매일 청소도 시트도 물도
보충되는 호텔을 이용할 것 같아요

시설 깨끗하고 냄새 전혀 없으며 다 좋은데 주방에 과도와 가위 정도는 있엇으면 최고, 한가지 더 비데 없음. 그래도 넘 좋은 점은 인정, 주변 차 없은 거리 먹거리 풍부하고 바로앞 무료 공영주차장이 있어 펠리... 주차 편했고 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 예약하고픈 레지던스임/

깨끗햇지만 아쉬움이 있는 곳

제가 느낀 장점
숙소는 좁지만 깨끗한 편입니다. 청소 상태는 방마다 조금씩 차이를 보이는 것 같지만 눈으로 보기엔 말끔해 보였네요. 누웨마루(?)에 바로 있어서 밤에 술 관련 먹거리 찾기는 어렵지 않습니다. 다만 애들을 대상으로 한 음식점은 부족해 보였습니다. 그리고 옥상 루프탑은 도심 속에서 시원함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 날이 좋으면 한라산도 잘 보이고, 공항과 바다가 보입니다.

제가 느낀 단점
다만 주차장 쪽으로 배정받는 순간 다양한 아쉬움이 생깁니다. 먼저 오토바이 소리가 밤에 많이 들립니다. 예민하신 분은 거슬릴 듯.
무엇보다 올려놓은 사진같은 뷰는 가졌겠거니 했는데... 넓은 창에 가득한 주차장과 건너편 건물에 사생활에 노출된 기분이 들게 하고, 실제로 멀리서도 방안이 훤히 들여다보입니다. 그래서 커튼을 치면 공간이 작아 답답하고요. 뒷자리 5-8번 방은 모두 그럴 가능성이 높고, 층이 낮을수록 더 불편해지는 것 같습니다. 밤에 잠만 자면 생기지 않을 불편이겠지만 큰 창이 도리어 불편했습니다.
그리고 물을 냉장고에 2병 넣어주셨는데 이후에는 사서 먹으라고 합니다. 연박을 한다고 할인되는 것도 아니고, 물값이 비싼 것도 아닌데 여유있게 대응해주시면 어떨지도 생각해 봤습니다.
한가지 덧붙이자면 이곳이 성형외과 수술자를 타겟으로 한 면도 있어서인지 수술받은 환자들을 엘리베이터에서 마주치게 됩니다. 저는 조금 놀랐습니다. 마스크도 없이 온가족이 오르락 내리락 거리는 외국인들 때문에 조금은 불편했죠.

아침 해먹는 호텔

호텔에 주방시설이 추가된 레지던스로서 잘 활용하면 좋을수도 있겠지만 주방시설이라고 냄비 하나, 요리하면 달라 붙는 후라이펜, 그릇, 접시, 수저,포크 이인분씩이 전부.
조리를 해 먹으려면 모든 양념을 다 준비해야함. 식용유까지.

연박인 경우 수건은 매일 투숙객이 받으러 가야 하고, 물은 처음 준 것이 전부임.
근무시간 내 가야 함. 늦으면 수건 없음.
오일 연박에 물은 사먹었음.

그래도 불이 있어서 아침은 간편식을 조리해 먹음.

가성비는 굿, 편안함은 쏘쏘...

가성비로 따지면 괜찮습니다.
주차는 기계식이라서 처음에는 망설여졌고, 바로 앞에 공용주차장에서 밤 10시 넘으면 다음날 오전12시까지 무료라서 첫날은 공용주차장, 두번째 날은 기계식 주차를 했습니다.
깔끔하다면 깔끔한 편인데, 청소를 본인이 해야하고, 분리수거도 해야하고 그런 점이 불편합니다.
먼저 숙박한 사람이 그랬는지 청소하시는 분이 그랬는지 신발장 안에 쓰레기봉지에 쓰레기를 넣어 놔서 놀라기도 했고, 기분도 상했습니다.
시내 중심이라서 저녁에 주차하고 술한잔 하러 다니기에는 좋습니다.

매우만족입니다><

신혼여행갔다 숙소를 알게됬는데 저는 매우만족이에요! 위치도 좋고 주변이 시내권이라 구경도 하고 무엇보다 신건물이라 그런지 깔끔하게 딱 좋았어요!! 나중에 제주도 한달살기 한다고 하면 여기서 할거같아요!! ㅎㅎ 냉장고랑 부엌용품도 잘 정리되있고 전자레인지랑 드라이기 다 새거라서 좋았습니다!

가성비 갑!! 다시또 찾을것같아요.

여행와서 밖에 있는시간이 길었지만
내집같은 편안함을 느끼면서 3박4일 지냈네요.
세탁기. 청소기 구비로 내집같았어요^^
