I feel that it is not a hotel that considers the convenience of customers first, but a commercialized business that prioritizes the interests of the hotel. The quality of the restaurant's food was slightly lower, and the attitude of the restaurant staff and desk staff was also compulsory and superficial.

The staff is super helpful. Great location! I wish that they could have charging panel beside the bed instead of on the desk. The charging panel is compatible for iPhone original plug, but the wall socket is not. You can find the adapter at the convenience store in the lobby

투숙객들의 평가가 좋고 해서 선택을 했으나, 5성급 이라는 것이 맞는가싶을 정도로 옆방에서 떠드는 소리와 화장실 물 소리등으로 그호텔 선택한것을 후회했다. 금액도 1박 조식포함 23만원 했는데, 숙소도 조식도 기대 이하였어서 조금 더 주고 다른 곳을 선택할것을 이라고 후회했다. 다음엔 투숙 안 할것 같다.

A Mediocre Experience Overall

I booked Maison Glad Jeju for three nights to ensure my 87-year-old mother, who has mobility issues, would be comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

Check-in is at 3 PM, but we arrived at 2 PM. I asked for early check-in and was told it would cost 20,000 KRW per hour before 3 PM. I travel internationally and have never been charged for arriving just an hour early, but I agreed for my mother’s comfort. I also requested a room near the elevator to minimize walking for her, but was told only one room was available—and it wasn’t close.

That night, cigarette smoke came through our vents even though this is a non-smoking hotel. I called the front desk and was told they’d investigate and turn on air filtration. Ten minutes later, the smoke worsened, making my mother dizzy. I reported it again the next morning, along with a request for an extra pillow since only one had been provided. The smoke continued the second night but stopped on the third.

We dined at Samdajeong, their “premium live kitchen buffet,” which cost $75 per person. At 7 PM, most food was dry and lukewarm, clearly sitting out for some time. Only the soups were decent. Even with a 30% guest discount, it felt overpriced and disappointing.

Overall, this stay was mediocre. For a hotel marketing itself as five-star, service and quality fell far short. There are many better options in Korea that truly deliver on customer service.

저는 580호에서 2박 머물렀습니다. 엘리베이터 근처라 지나가는 숙박객들의 소리가 조금 들리는 점을 제외하면 모든 부분이 다 좋았습니다. (에어컨 냉방 시설 상태 최고!)
저는 뚜벅이지만 주차장이 넓고 편리해 보였습니다. 중국인 관광객이 많아 매너가 조금 아쉽긴 했지만, 호텔 프론트 직원분들과 청소 아주머니 등 모든 직원분들께 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다.

저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다.

정말 좋은 추억 많이 남기고 갑니다. 감사합니다❣️❣️

The hotel is well located and you can walk around. Just most of the staff is like in a bad mood, for example I arrived around 13:00 and the girl in the front desk told me, checking in is at 15:00 or pay extra. I told her I dont want to pay and she gave me back my passport and said come back later. In most of the places, they normally do the paper work so later I can just go to pick up the key but this was not the case.

Here are some of the reasons that made the hotel stay uncomfortable: the AC thermostat in the room does not work, not enough electrical outlet, no hook or a convenient way to hang the towels after shower, no shower curtain or shower door to keep bathroom floor dry after each shower, the shower walls have mildew, and 2 pillows in the room. And it was disappointing to learn that the swimming pool and fitness center are available but not free. The few reasons I would return to the hotel next time would be for the convenience of the nearby restaurants and shops as wells as onsite and for the friendly and professional service.

We stayed at Maison Glad Jeju for 5 days and though the hotel was clean and quiet, our hotel room would sometimes heat up to 26 degrees. We had called the front desk twice. The first time, they said that maintainence would come up and help and they never did and the second time, they said they’d bring up a fan and they never did. It’s was annoyingly hot and we honestly were not impressed.

Other than that, the stay was fine and location was convenient.

Nice enough hotel. Very disappointed they feel it’s OK to charge extra to use the pool, exercise room or even to sit in a chair by the pool. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels and never had to pay to use a lounge chair.

硬體設施來說很滿意，本次預定兩種房型，一間雙人雙床房，一間三人房，但是櫃台人員卻無視原本的訂房資訊，自動把房型與人數對調，連住三晚備品也沒有補足(三人房的備品只有兩份，但是後面還是只補兩份，雙人房的備品第一晚補了三份，告知是雙人入住，後面就只被兩份)，飯店呼籲響應環保，所以杯子連續三天都是要回來自己清洗。
因為是自駕旅遊，飯店提供免費停車，飯店位置極佳，於市區內，吃的逛的飯店前後區域都還能滿足需求，且飯店對面有換錢所，於旅客來說很方便。
除卻第一天的櫃檯辦理入住人員及整理清潔度來說，其餘服務人員對於旅客需求都能快速協助(包含資訊詢問、行李搬運...等等)，是可以推薦的飯店

Charging for toothpaste??

The bed was broken (literally one of the four footrests was missing). Hence, I slept the first night in an unstable bed. Told the housekeeper and they fixed it, without even say sorry or anything. At the checkout, not only the front desk didn't know about the inconvenience, but they even charged for using the toothpaste in the dental kit (are you serious???)

Am surprised by the service for a 5 star hotel!.
The housekeeping haven't been filling up the coffee and although two people in the room they put one packet of coffee.

The room service shutsdown at 9 PM for someone arrived late. You got to go out and get food.

Finally the only hotel i have stayed in and offers only 2 pillows. For a 5stars hotel this is embarrassing.

Making everybody wait until 3pm is silly. All other hotels allow guests to check in if a room is available. Secondly, there were mosquitos in the room so we had several bug bites. Lastly, the bed sheet had a little stain after room.service cleaned the room.

Great place except for one thing

Stayed for 3 days....4 adults with 2 queen size bed. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Many eateries and shops around the hotel. Wifi is good. Free hotel car park for use. Only disappointment we had...the central air con is turned off as it is autumn. But the weather was still hot hence the room was kinda stuffy and hot. We were given a fan to beat the heat in the room.

아이, 가족여행으로는 힘들었어요

아이와 오기에는 시설컨디션, 환경 등이 많이 부족하네요. 5성급이지만 관광호텔 느낌이었어요. 단체관광 중국태국 손님, 학생들 mt오는 느낌이라서 윗,옆,복도할 것 없이 전방위로 시끄러웠네요. 로비는 관광호텔처럼 복잡스럽구요, 여기저기 문신들도 자주보였어요. 호텔 주변은 유흥가에요. 주차장도 연결되어있지않아요. 전반적으로는 가족여행보다는 젊은사람들 가성비로 오는게 좋을듯하네요.
