The hotel photos are very misleading, the room is dirty, the mattress and linens were stained. The room has a smell, mold issues in bathroom. The hotel also likely has a pest issue, insecticide/bug bombs are provided in room, when we questioned the staff about this they said it’s an amenity like shampoo in case it’s needed. We left the first night and ended up paying for another hotel (received partial refund)

투숙기간중 2일간 강풍이 심해 잠자리를 설침. 전반적 사항 양호 하며 샤워기 수압이 약합니다. 패케지 여행객이 많으며 조식 식사는 보통. 아침 6시경 부터 7시 까자는 붐비고 많이 대기 하는게 약점.

We chose this hotel especially for our last night on JeJu and the morning flight. It is located in a good area with lots of good restaurants and close to the place outsider the AirPort where we had to bring our rental car back (14 minutes).
For the price we paid, the quality is more than fine for this hotel. A good spacious and clean room with good beda for a good rest.
But like in all good hotels … you have to be lucky with your neighbours and their plans. Ours did not seem to care a lot about other guests, if like they wanted to inform everybody of their (more early) check out. We had to leave at 7.15, couldn’t sleep anymore after 5.30 because of the noise. Such a shame … but we can not fully blame the hotel for this

생각보다 시설이 너무 좋아서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 그냥 가성비가 아니라 진짜 시설이 깔끔하고 좋아요 ㅋㅋ 위치도 좋고..

단점이라면 1) 방음이 잘 안 됨 2) 화장실과 욕실이 분리돼 있음 3) 욕실이 조금 좁음 정도? 큰 불편함을 느낄 정도의 단점은 아니었고 다음에 또 이용할 거 같습니다

가성비가 훌륭합니다. 조식도 편리하게 이용할 수 있고 조식 메뉴도 바깥 식당 아침에 비해 오히려 좋을 수 있습니다. 연박시 침구정리도 잘 되고 화장실과 욕실이 분리된 구조도 괜찮았습니다. 이 공간분리한 것 때문에 욕실과 화장실 모두 작긴 합니다. 어메니티 제공은 안되지만 기본비품으로 샴푸,비누,손세정제는 비치돼있어서 크게 불편함 없고 수건도 충분하고 탁자, 의자, 침대 모두 애들과 사용하기 좁거나 하지 않아 편하게 쉬다 왔어요.

주차불편 및 욕실 협소함만 없으면 좋아요

객실은 방음이 잘 안되어서 그런지 복도에서 단체 여행객이 드나드는 소리가 들려 불편했고 주차는 소형차만 타워 입차가 되어 SUV나 승용(대형)은 외부 주차장(5분거리)에 따로 주차하고 이용해야 해서 짐이 있을 경우는 불편하네요.

가장큰 단점은 객실 욕실이 너무 좁아서 사용에 불편함이 있네요.

아쉬운 호텔선택...

1.당연히 있을거라 생각한 어매니티(치약 브러쉬 면봉 타올 먼도기 등) 가 없었는데 예약시 없다는 사실을 알았으면 예약치 않았을것임
2.객실에서 주차타워 출차 연결서비스를 하지 않는다 하며, 프론트가 바쁘다는 아침에는 아예 객실 전화를 받지 않고 또한 바쁜 용무로 아침에 빨리 출차 하려했으나 기계고장이라며 출차를 못해 난감한 경험 있음
3.객실내 먼지가 느껴지고 화장실엔 보편적으로 비치된 비데가 없어 불편했음
4.샤워실 수압이 낮아 머리감기 등 이용에 불편함
5.호텔2층 편의점엔 비치물품(브러쉬, 면봉,샤워타올 등)이 빈약하여 이용에 불편을 초래했음
6.단체여행객(골프, 동창, 향우회 추정)이 많아 프런트 주변이 시끄럽고 혼잡하였음

전반적으로 아쉬운 객실 선택이었음

구도심 호텔인데 저렴한 반면에 특히 낮은 서비스나 상태는 없었어요.
