The building exterior looks normal, however when you enter the building, it’s pretty obvious that maintenance is needed. Check in process was quick. Room needed a make over, carpet needed cleaning. From the rating, even tho it’s according to their standards, I believe it’s been over rated.

This hotel is centrally located. It is what you wluld expect from a standard hotel in Korea. The only problems are the rooms are not insulated well for sound and the beds are not soft wnough for my taste. You can hear everything around you, so do not expect to ve able to sleep in late. If you just need a place to crash and wake up early, it will be ok for you.

혼자 쓰기엔 꽤 넓은 방이었고 티테이블까지 있어 좋았어요. 특히 욕조도 있어 잘 이용했고요. 3일 동안 머물다보니 정이 들었네요. 떠나기 아쉬웠던. 공항에서 가까운 숙소로 싱글룸 찾으신다면 추천하고 싶어요. 이만한 컨디션에 이런 가격 찾기 쉽지 않을 거라 생각합니다.

La moquette fait sale et les fissure de la baignoire dans la salle de bain montre un manque d’entretien.
J’ai payé pour le petit déjeuner buffet mais sur les 6 jours où j’ai pris mon petit déjeuner seul 1 jour fut en buffet. La reste du temps on nous apportait à table.
J’ai jamais vu de bacon ni de yaourt comme annoncé.
Le personnel de cuisine était néanmoins sympathique et souriant pas comme le réceptionniste qui avait une tête d’enterrement.
J’ai choisi cette hôtel car c’était le seul disponible avec 2 lits pour 3 personnes à mes dates.
Je ne le recommande pas.

그럼에도 불구하고, 치명적 단점 몇 가지만 언급하겠습니다. 다른 방도 그런지는 몰라도 구조적으로 방음에 매우 취약합니다. 객실 문이 아래가 약 1-2cm정도 틈이 있습니다. 왜 일본 비지니스 호텔 (오사카 신노미야 쪽) 어떨 때 보면은 객실 문이 아래쪽이 2cm정도 틈이 있는데요. 이 호텔이 그런 구조입니다. 옆 객실이 일부러 그러지 않아도 들릴 수 밖에 없는 구조입니다. 잠귀 예민하신 분들은 못 주무실 수 있는 점 참고하셔야 합니다.
