Loved everything about this place, the staff was super kind, room was spacious and modern and clean. Train station a 5-6 min walk. There's an E-Mart right across the way and a wonderful coffee shop attached at bottom of hotel. Would stay again for sure

Love the room and location
5-10mins walk or a bus stop away from suncheon station. Checking in and out was easy. Love the spacious family suite, the comfortable bed, big tv and the bathtub. We went out for lunch and decided to just go back to the room to roll and watch tv for the day postponing our activity to the next day. A pity the jacuzzi function wasnt working. Location is good to go everywhere. Drama site and national garden are both reachable by straight bus. Theres a popular korean cockles restaurant visited by many local tourist just on the left side of the street. The chinese food there is also not bad. The emart and daiso across road are also good places to shop.

One of the better hotel stays I have ever had in Korea -- from the most friendly, attentive and helpful staff, to an extremely clean room, clean bathroom with a nicely separated shower with a closing door, and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again and again. Thank you!

We love this hotel and have stayed here many times. The owner and her staff are among the most courteous hosts we have encountered in all of Korea. The rooms are splendid - clean, spacious, with wonderful amenities. Climate control settings are also WONDERFUL! Usually in Korea, the room tends to be too hot in the winter and early spring - but Hotel RAUM allows you to have full control over the temperature. We love coming to Suncheon and staying here. I can't wait to stay here again. My room had a big comfortable king size bed, tall ceiling height, a big comfy chair and table, and lots of space. The space was very clean and overall an enjoyable place to stay. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lots of shopping options in the area. Would have liked to stay another night, or two.

순천만 국제정원 박람회를 보러가려고 이용했던 호텔입니다.아주 훌륭한 도심 호텔 같습니다. 국가정원과 가깝고(천천히 걸어서 10분 정도) 호텔 주위에 이 마트, 맥도날드, 등 편의시설이 있어서 좋습니다. 프런트 직원들 안내 친절합니다. 주차(기계식)는 직원들이 해줍니다. 방넓고 쾌적합니다. 침대 메트리스가 딱딱해서 잠잘때 흔들리지 않아서 좋았어요. 스타일러도 있어서 좋았습니다. 잠잘때는 약간의 차소리 소음이 들리는 때도 있으나 잠을 방해하지는 않습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 큰베게가 약간 높고 푹신하지 않아서,작은베게는 너무 푹신해서 숙면하는데 조금 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이어서 다음에도 이용하고 싶고 다른 사람에게도 추천합니다.

호텔 위치가 4차선 대로변에 있으면 창문을 두겹으로 하거나 방음이 되는 창을 설치했어야죠.
중요한 시험이 있어서 근처 호텔을 잡은 건데, 오토바이와 차 경적 소리에 새벽 3시까지 잠을 못 자고 겨우 잠들고 나서도 계속 빵빵거려서 잠을 설쳤어요. 호텔 분위기는 밝고 깨끗했지만 소음이 다 깍아 먹어서 추천은 못 할거 같습니다.
