What an unbelievable stay. We had booked 2 std rooms and the rooms were not ready almost one hour beyond check in time due to the new year rush. our plans for the evening went a bit misaligned as it was a family vacation to celebrate my mom’s 70th but the hotel staff and specially the GM did everything in her capacity to make up for that one mistake. Our rooms were upgraded, we were sent two champagnes, treated to a full multi- course lunch for a family of 8 along with asking and apologizing for the error multiple times. Customer service at its best ever seen in the US. I have traveled the world and seen amazing customer service but my very best experience in Northern America for the 1st time! Thnx for living up to what hospitality should be for guests and their families Four seasons!

When I checked in, I realized that my reservation had been mixed up with another guest’s who had the same last name, and I was charged for an extra night. The issue was eventually resolved, but the hotel did not take any action to compensate for the mistake, which is not what one would expect from a high-end hotel.
Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night due to a service door located near the room, which was extremely annoying as it was constantly being opened and closed throughout the day. To make matters worse, the guests next door had two dogs that barked during the night.

The hotel is really nice and tranquil to stay for a couple of days with the family and kids. This hotel doesn’t have a casino which makes the stay convenient and pleasant. The price however is pretty high to stay here and there are different charges for the room and tax, which is new!
