Really enjoyed our stay at Royal Park Hotel. Great location in a beautiful city. We had a lovely view over the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the best we have had so far and also super clean and lots of toiletries supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the PJs were really nice. Would definitely stay again if in Hiroshima.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I stayed one night and the hotel was in a nice area, the room was spacious. I am paranoid about bed bugs so I’m happy to report I did not find anything when checking the mattress but the pad and mattress did have a lot of stains, the bathroom also had not been cleaned as there were pee stains under the seat, the staff was the best thing about this hotel.

A great hotel on the river very close to Hiroshima Shinkansen Station. Had a great room with a view of the river. Was spotlessly clean and maintained as is the case with all the hotels I stayed in, in Japan. It was only a reasonably short walk to the Atomic Dome Memorial Park and the CBD. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were great - they moved us to another room when a vent in ours was making noise, and mailed some lost items to our next hotel - very kind ans helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. Nice, responsive, courteous staff. I’m thankful they honored my request for the river view.
The location is quiet and convenient - close enough to the train station (10 minute walk) and Okonomi-Mura (18 minute walk).
It worked good for our family of three, but the room is very small, even by Japanese standard. For the three-bed room, there was hardly any floor space left with no room between the beds. It’s also a bit dated.

Perfect experience at this hotel. The lobby is warm and welcoming, always receptionists there to say hello as you arrive. Every area of the hotel we saw was pristine. Our bed was extremely comfy, the amenities were amazing and always topped up. The room was comfortable and homely. Location is amazing, such a quick walk from the station and a flat journey, no need to go up and down stairs etc (excluding station, but this has their own escalators). Took us about 7 mins to walk to Hiroshima station. There are no cons, only pros to this hotel! Thank you so much.

Although I had a small room for a single, I found that it was well organized and efficient. I had a beautiful view of the river and city to make up for the room size though. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I enjoyed the lunch at the cafe and lived their potato and cheese pizza! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the main station too.
