I was booked into a smoking room despite having a confirmation for a nonsmoking room. The hotel was booked full and we were unable to move rooms. Due to being exhausted from a long day of travel, we didn't look at the confirmation until it was too late to leave and go to another hotel that night. We checked out Saturday morning bc I developed a migraine, the primary reason for booking a non smoking room. We had to book at another hotel further away from the wedding venue we were going to which was the only reason we were in town. They are now refusing to refund my money despite booking a nonsmoking room and having the confirmation from this website saying that it is a nonsmoking room.

The room was nothing like the website portrayed. I up dated the room from 3 ppl to 4 on the website and when we got there was told it would be an extra $50 a night. The TV didn't work, and no coffee pot in the room and no breakfast bar like in the description on the website. I was very disappointed.

Don't waste your time or money!

Made reservation through Hotels.com the day before. Arrived early went to get something to eat. When I tried to check in I was told that I had no reservation. The place was run down. I was trying to communicate through a large glass window with a small hole. I could barely understand her and she could not hear me either. When I finally got through to hotels.com they called the hotel and was told they cancelled the appointment because we were a no show. I've never been treated so poorly by a hotel.

This was pretty bad. The room was a disaster. Stuff all over the walls, whoever was fixing stuff was not someone who knew how to. It was very bad. Also booked a non-smoking room and was put into a smoking room which felt like sleeping in a pack of cigarettes.

The property was fine and for a budget model it's about what you'd expect. My issue was with the reservation itself. The night before my check-in, I received a call from the front desk who stated they were overbooked and the room I requested wasn't available but they could give me a smoking room with a king bed (I had requested a non-smoking room with two queen beds). I mentioned how much of an inconvenience this would cause me and they said they'd call me back. 10 minutes later I received another call and they said they would have a room for me. Upon arrival, they said someone else had already checked-in under my name (simply a coincidence in names I guess) but they stated my room wasn't available, but they could give me a room with two full beds. I said this would be fine, but then there was a mixup with the deposit which she had charged someone else to my room and wanted to put my deposit on another room. I explained that this would not be acceptable as I don't know if the other party might trash their room and I didn't want to be responsible for it. Eventually she figured it out and gave me the key to the room but the whole check-in took around 20 minutes, after I had a long day and had food sitting in my car. I'm not sure why they overbooked in the first place or why there was such an issue with the check-in process, maybe the staff is new or needs additional training but I will certainly not be using this motel again.

First of all they put us in a smoking room when I booked a non smoking room with my small kids. Okay whatever. 2nd of all, the morning of check out, which is at 11, they were pounding on the door at 930 and I said just a minute and they continued to try and break into the room when we weren't all decent, again 2 small kids. Not sure if we'll be going back terrible service.

Upon entry I got to kill a spider. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. Mold on the ceiling in the bed area. I took the time to take pictures. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. You need to know your tech to get the tv to work properly. Then the service they have constantly pops up ads on the screen to advertise that service. Annoying. The only reason I stayed was that we had already paid and would not receive a refund.

Non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke (I sprayed the entire room with perfume two times during our 2 night stay but it still smelled terrible), burn holes in comforter, possible mold on the ceiling, we were woken up by maintenance to check for a leak that the gentleman said he didn't think was coming from our room but had to be sure (not really their fault, but it added to the discomfort of the whole trip), the key card stopped working after the first night and had to go get it reactivated, black stains on the towels, and housekeeping interrupted us while packing before we even checked out to try to take the bedsheets. My partner was not even dressed and they were asking to come into the room.

The Expedia site also lists a car charger for EV cars on site, which was not present. The photos on Expedia are also probably quite old, as the facility looks much more run down and not inviting; photos show a breakfast nook with continental food items that is not available.

Also for reference, there is a seedy motel directly next door, and a strip club on the other side of that. The hotel is located on a divided highway, so it's not convenient to enter or exit the parking lot depending upon your direction; don't plan to walk to any of the businesses nearby, this is not a safely walkable area.

This is just our experience. We stayed for 2 nights here, the room was not that clean. Floors were dirty, on the wall by the sink was some sort of goop that was disgusting. The fridge was wiped down inside but once the glass rack was pulled out, the back of the fridge was gross too. The linens didn’t inherently smell like laundry- they were nearly scentless. The non smoking room also smelled heavily like smoke, all of our clothes and suitcases stank when we left. The property outside was fine- there was some sort of table outside that was cluttered and surrounded by toys where people would sit late in the night, no idea what that’s about. The service was friendly over all, no complaints on the people there, just the cleanliness.

The room was awful. There was scribbling on the lamp shade, on the walls, and on the heater. The walls and ceiling had chipped and peeling paint. There was a hole and splintering in the inside bathroom door. Bathroom register was rusted and bent. The bathtub had streaks of white paint, I assume to cover rust streaks or damage. The toilet paper holder was missing. The draperies were held together in the center with chip clips and were not on the rod correctly. When I tried to open the draperies, the entire rod fell on my head and shoulder. We tried to put it back up, but the bracket would not work, so we propped it on top of it. I suspect that was how it was originally, which is why it fell on me.The floor was dirty and the table was smeared with food. A drawer pull had pulled out and was laying on top of the dresser. One of the pillowcases had red letters drawn on it with marker. There were no cups on the sink, no coffeemaker in the room. Coffee was available in the lobby, if someone was around to make it. The newspapers provided were over a week old and never changed in the three days of our stay. There were no vending machines, and since the place is on a one way divided highway, getting to a store or restaurant meant driving until you find a uturn marking and driving the whole way back. The motel is to the left of another motel and an adult book store/entertainment place. This is not a motel I would ever stay at again. Pictures available upon request of room damage.

The property manager was very helpful and friendly, but the hotel itself is old and needs some repair. There were various electrical outlets that were loose and didn't have an electrical cover. The outlet that the refrigerator and microwave were plugged into had a shortage, so you had to jiggle the plug to get it to work. The fridge was dirty, and we had to clean it out. Also, the was a roach infestation in our room and we had to kill them. Although the room was clean, it was old and needs an upgrade. The shower area was clean but old and had a lot of lime build up. The site states that there would be complemental breakfast but there is no \"lobby\", just an old-style check in office. So, we never saw any type of breakfast and we were not informed that there would be. I would not stay here again.

Never been to a hotel, ever in all my life, with broken locks, decor for the 60's perhaps? Urine stains on the bed, holes in the walls & shower, dust bunnies so think they hang from the lamps... and a smell that was kinda like a wet cigarette.... NEVER. Moved to a second room, equally as nasty. Left immediately and contacted Travelocity for help. Three hours later was moves to a decent hotel, clean and basic. Thank you for your assistance Travelocity. Beware this hotel is DIRTY, NOT Covid clean like they advertise. Never Ever Agani!!!!

Claims on site and sign in lobby, complimentary breakfast, when I asked where the food was, the gentleman said “we only serve breakfast on weekends” and it’s “bagels and butter.” Lobby small, kind of run down, no seating. Also, you’re only allowed to ask for linen or towels from 2 PM to 10 PM, no exceptions! Check in took a long time, person at counter didn’t seem to know how to use the computer. Someone had to come help him eventually. I was given a smoking room when I had requested non-smoking, person at counter insisted it was a non-smoking room though it reeked of cigarettes. Switched me to a room, clean, except floor was filthy, had to keep socks on & one night there, they are black! Front sign at Highway does not light up, so at night very difficult to find the small driveway. Generally an unpleasant, seedy feel to the place. Way overpriced for what you get.

first of all let me tell you the room is so filthy that I got so dissatisfied and disappointed at this hotel, the towels are dirty, they are not properly washed, there’s roaches in the freezer, the paint is peeling, the floor is dirty, the cover of the toilet is broken in all the words this is the worst experience that I never had in a Choice Hotel. I don’t know is it management or it is own by the same people that owns the property, when I went to ask for a sign of not disturb the front desk clerk gave me a hard time. They charge me extra on my credit card, the sheets smell like cigarettes and they had cigarettes burn on them. some feed back in resolving this issue.

We were there to see a nearby concert and had to leave vert soon after checking in, when we got back and tried to have the issues dealt with staff was very uncooperative, said it was to late to get decent Sheets. This property was absolutely gross! We had a room on the second floor and right outside of our door light fixture was flickering causing my husband who has a seizure disorder to have headaches. Our room was disgusting filthy! There was urine still on the toilet seat, the bedspread had something black all over it, the blanket underneath of that was not only torn but it has cigarette burns all over it. There was cigarette burns all over the toilet and the tub in the bathroom. There was still dirty Q-tips on the sink and the furniture was is all scuffed up stained and broken. This hotel is an absolute disgrace

I didnt get to stay more than 3 hours. Manager kicked me out of a smoking room for smoking. Threatened to call cops on me, also lied to cops and said i had a weapon and yelling at his wife. He doesnt want to release my deposit. Spent $200 between the room and deposit to stay 3 hours. Room wasnt cleaned before i checked it. Pupic hair all in the bathroom, floor was sticky.
