The front office looks nothen like this. There is no breakfast that I could find. The ice machine was leaking water all over the hallway. The room was not bad or dirty but the curtains looked like a cat had lived in the room. No plugs to charge more than one thing by the bed. I use a CPAP machine so my phone had to be on the desk. The beds are very high so you have to jump in if you are short. I wont be back for the $140.00 I paid for one night. You could also hear all walking upstairs and next door. As a last minitue booking, but know this is not a true picture of this lobby. Not at all.

I was honestly impressed with the facility. You can definitely tell the owners and staff take pride in their product here. Not a bad town to be in. There are plenty of dining places, and I seen a few places to shop if need be. Only negative was as soon as I got out of the car, I could smell marijuana, and there isn't much I hate more than that smell. Today's world I guess it's just something you need to get used to. NOT SAYING IT HAD ANYTHING to do with the hotel because there are restaurants and fast-food areas all around the building

The staff and the actual room were very friendly and lovely people. However, the security glass in reception said a lot. The surrounding area from other buildings was untidy and dirty which made an impact on the motel. The air conditioning was very good but by drawing in air from outside consequently also made the room smell of cannabis!
In short, it’s a good place to stop over night if all you want is a comfortable clean room.

Nice place for money just remodeled

Looked like it was just remodeled. New floors no rugs nice. Breakfast had danish, fruit, cereal, yogurt, jug of good orange juice and milk. Coffee was wonderful not the cheap stuff. lol had a Walmart right behind and a huddle house on side. Lots of fast food and restaurants close. Dog friendly extra $20. A night.

Cheap, clean & pleasant.

Easy check in. Room was clean & spacious. Air conditioner was loud but most are. Large TV but blocked mirror. Nice selection of packaged pastries to grab otw out was a pleasant & convenient surprise as we had a long drive ahead & didn't come across restaurants for over an hour. Would stay again. Good location.

There was blood on the bedsheet and quilt. We complained to Windham and the owner called. She spoke to me so disrespectfully. She lied and said we left blood all over the room and had to pay housekeeping overtime to clean it. That was a lie. We even emptied our trash and bagged it up out of courtesy. I have photos to prove about the filth of the shower and bathroom floor as well as the blood stains. If need be I will submit them to you.

It was close to The Martin Center where we went for a concert, the price was decent, but there was no hot water in the morning to shower. There was hot water in the sink, but not the tub. I told the guy at the front desk, and he asked if we had turned the handle both ways. I asked him, so your handles are backwards? I asked for money back. He said he'd put $10 back on my credit card. We shall see.

Like that I could get a room, last minute on Christmas Day. Did not like the customer service, he was on his phone the entire time, verily acknowledged me, seemed annoyed. Shower was stained black, shower curtains were stained as well. Blankets had cigarette burn marks in them. There was stuff left in the room from a previous guest. They had no breakfast or drinks available. Ice machine was broke. Drink machine only took quarters & when I gave the guy $5, he gave me back $4 on quarters & the machine kept $1 without giving me a drink. Floors were rotting, you can feel the holes while walking down the hall. The place was a really old ugly orange & brown, very outdated.

The area scared me. The clientele was questionable. Also I was told I would be charged $20 for my small dog and $25 for my large dog per night. Expedia shows it to be $15 per dog per night. I was disappointed in the discrepancy. I think because of the hotel next time I will pay more for my dogs and feel safer with my stay.

The room was a smoking room, but it smelled as if it had not been occupied since our last stay in it. The Front Desk was prompt in fixing our issue with the TV and the dirty towels. Put the DND sign on the door Saturday. Sunday needed service so we took the sign off when we left out. Came back to the room the same as when we left out. The flooring is beautiful, and a nice picture hangs over the bed. But the furniture needs replacing as the bedside table fell apart when I put the remote down. The curtains are water and smoked damaged. It has a needs to be remodeled scent to it.

Don't waste your time

I was checked in by the manager. What a nice man. Went to my room and was pleasantly surprised by new vinyl plank flooring. I laid down to rest after traveling and made sure my door was secure and locked. Someone, never saw the woman, walked in my room, said oh excuse me and walked out. I went to the desk and asked about the security hasp they have on the doors. Mine was missing the hook part. The manager searched for one while I went to dinner with a friend, which was my reason for staying at this motel again. I have stayed 3 other nights and should have known better. When I returned from dinner the piece still was not on my door. I went to the front desk and the owner was there. He said they now have a different lock so the manager walked me to my room to show me. I thanked him and he left. Upon trying the lock it would not engage so back to the desk I went. Only to be told by the owner no one walked in my room that he and I were the only ones to have a key and that I was perfectly safe and not to worry. If anything should happen just scream. I was exhausted because it was now almost 10 pm. I went back to the room and attempted to sleep. I woke every hour and finally got up at 5. I figured I would have a cup of coffee and found they only had decaf. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will pay more to stay somewhere else next time. The owner never accepts responsibility for anything wrong at this motel.

The outside looked as if it was very well kept. I did not like the smoking rooms as the covers all had holes the floors were nasty the refrigerator was leaking and dirty and the microwave was dirty. There was a ring of dirt in the tub and the door looked as if it had stuff running down. The bed was not a king but advertised as one. It smelled worse than smoke. The bath rags were dingy and the room furniture appeared as if it was made. The pictures did not match the room. I was awakened by a child or children running and stomping above my room. I only stayed one night out of my three and I went to a different hotel. I also have photos to back up everything.

Stayed at this hotel many times before and it was pretty decent considering it is in a small country town and I’m from the city.I wasn’t expecting it to be over the top however this hotel need some up grading new toilet seats carpet has odor no safely locks on room number 119 no back to toilet seat lights didn’t work near bed...in room 119..and bed are small fits one person comfortably however two can sleep as long as you’re both on your sides....

No working keycard.

When I was looking to book a room I was only looking at places that were pet friendly. I made the reservation several days ahead of time but when we arrived and told them we had our dog with us, the manager started shaking his head...saying I’m only allowed 4 dogs at a time and you are number 6. After much sighing and fretting he said he would provide us a room. He gave me the keycard to the room & it wouldn’t work so he opened up with his key & make us another keycard. The second set of keys wouldn’t work either! Just overall not a good experience. Would not recommend or ever stay there again!

Shower dripped water the whole night which made a muggy feel in the room of hot steam... I was on the Non- Smoking floor, but smelled cigarettes all night long.... I was itching all over! I don't think the sheets were clean I tried to sleep on top of the towels. Experience was just bad!!!

An error was made in this booking and front manager was notified within an hour, however, he would not refund the booking. Hung up the phone on our call and would not cooperate even with Expedia. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Not even for an evacuation from a hurricane which we were seeking!
