This is such a brilliant hotel for young families. It’s a really beautiful place with some lovely restaurants, bars & some cute additions like the gelateria & the little on-site kafenio. The staff are brilliant with kids and they’ve thought of everything you need. Malia isn’t the prettiest area, but parts of the Old Town are charming with some lovely, great value restaurants. My only criticism of this hotel how expensive the restaurant are. We chose not to go half board or all-included but I wish we had – I think it would’ve been much better value overall!

Relatively small for a resort and not much to do around the resort.
Bungalow rooms are not actually bungalows - our room was on the first floor
Balconies small
Pools not heated enough to be a pleasant experience in October (24 degrees outside). Daughter was turning blue!
There’s a nice splash pool for toddlers but it’s under trees so coated in tree debris all the time - feels like it should’ve been cleaned out more regularly
Menus were all on qr codes in the app but you couldn’t order through the app
There was a yoga pavilion so I expected to be able to pop along to yoga classes but they only had private yoga classes on offer. Every other resort I’ve stayed in does free sessions once or twice a day
Massage was lovely but availability was very limited so recommend booking in advance. Offers were advertised but not honoured.
Seemed to be one “experience” available most days but they were pricey. For example Brad making we’d have paid €200 for two suits and a one year old
Similarly we paid €23 for our daughter at the buffet (but she was free the second time)
Difficult to get restaurant reservations within a day or two

We spent a week here with our two daughters. It was an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with several options for swimming and laying out. It was great to be able to stay at a hotel where we could access the ocean directly. We never had issues finding beach chairs. The staff was incredibly nice and the food was excellent. Would love to return here again someday!

Misleading, chaotic, and not as advertised:
We booked this hotel for a romantic birthday getaway after seeing the beautiful photos and descriptions online and on their social media. Everything suggested it was a peaceful, couple-friendly place — perfect for celebrating.

The reality could not have been further from that. When we arrived, there were children running around everywhere. Walking to our room, we passed hundreds of children, overcrowded areas, sun loungers blocking the paths, and even a dirty nappy right outside our door. It felt completely over capacity and nothing like the relaxing escape we’d been promised.

We decided to at least try a cocktail before making any decisions, but the bar area was just as chaotic — yet again, swarms of children running around unsupervised. At that point, we cancelled our stay and booked another hotel immediately.

If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic, or special occasion stay, this is not the place. Completely misleading advertising and a very disappointing experience

AVOID AT ALL COST !!! this hotel is not adult friendly. thousands of kids running around screaming all day and night. parents lounging on the grass and walking areas everywhere. beach is rocky. breakfast buffet is average with a lot of frozen foods. not worthy of the design hotel list.

We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great. The Italian restaurant was our least favorite, with some of the food lacking flavor, but the view overlooking the beach is special. It was a bit frustrating that the Beach Shack was closed for food on Sunday but the food was good when open. There were always chairs on the beach. We were there for over a week and the kids requested to try kids club and enjoyed it. It was very well staffed (6 staff for 3 kids) so they clearly enjoyed the attention. Cons: wish it was possible to order drinks poolside. We were coming from the States and in hindsight, Malia is a bit far to visit some of the best beaches on Crete. We chose it because it was close to Palace of Knossos and the archeology museum but we ended up spending a night in Chania to go to Elofonisi bc it’s too far for a day trip. The hotel app was not particularly useful. Everytime I tried to make a reservation for dinner I got an error. On the plus side, I called the hotel to make the reservations and always got what we wanted.

Well kept and lovely decor. Nice beach setup. Very big and more suited to families. Don’t think we have ever seen more babies, didn’t bother us but be prepared for a lot of baby strollers. Only disappointment was food. Breakfast buffet is excellent but dinner is at best mediocre. Problem is the restaurants cater to all inclusive guests and a la carte, which in this case meant ok service and disappointing food. Also Malia, the nearby town, is strictly bars and nightclubs, zero charm. Agios Nikalos 30 minutes away much nicer.

We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and the hotel’s programme of events and activities are great for families. My two negatives was that the restaurants outside of the buffet, were inflexible for children, which overall made me feel that the hotel would rather you were eating in the buffet restaurant if you are there with kids.. which isn’t for us. We booked bed and breakfast because we enjoy the freedom for our other meals to be in or out of the hotel and restaurant experiences as a family are something we enjoy on holiday. We had some great meals in nearby restaurants that were very welcoming for kids too so if you’re the same, and don’t enjoy hotel buffet dinners, then there’s places to go outside of the resort. And then my only other disappointment was the towels were threadbare and our room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve expected. Overall a 4 star experience. Not the touches you would expect for 5 star. Crete was amazing as ever.

Lovely hotel, main pool quite busy but the private beach was amazing with great beach bar and chilled music. We avoided the buffet and had incredible food at both the Cretan restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the Italian for dinner. Charming staff, just needs a minor rethink in bathroom as shower was narrow due to placement of soap holder. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend and return

The resort is stunning, absolutely beautiful and the staff was very nice and friendly. Very good
resort for families so would recommend if you want to have a relaxing week with your little ones, would suggest for up to 3 years old as they have
more activities for the little ones. In terms of food I was expecting a bit more for
the price and with the half board only one restaurant is included (excluding drinks) so it’s best to get the all inclusive, feel booking through Expedia wasn’t very clear and there was a confusion on what was included and what not. Drinks were amazing especially cocktails and the wine was very nice.
Beach was a bit disappointed as i was expecting more as it was rocky and small. Informations were a bit unclear sometimes but overall was a nice relaxing holiday with our little baby.

When we arrived the service was great. Hotel was amazing the room was exactly the one I booked. Food was great in the restaurants but the prices are ridiculous.. I mean is this a Michelin star chicken wrap or what!? Either way it was great. The only thing that’s really annoying is that the hotel clearly says you cannot leave your swim towels on the beds to “claim” them. However people did this every morning. By 9am the poolside beds are taken … even though you can’t see anyone there, they all have towels on them. I guess people wake up and leave their towels and bags to claim the spot and then they go for breakfast. Hotel staff does nothing about this. In addition the riverside pool, ALL the beds by that pool are reserved for people that are staying in the bigger properties. Now this is really unfair. This means we cannot lay on those beds as someone can come at anytime and claim it.. so really how can I use any pool?? If this is the case the main pool should be reserved for people staying on that side of the hotel. But no, people have the riverside pool beds reserved but they also come to the main pool and take the beds… honestly it’s really annoying. We paid just as much but it seems that families have priority here. Upon leaving the service was very disappointing. There was staff I did not recognise but she seemed mad that I needed a transfer to the airport and no one said bye or the usual things hotel staff says during checkout. Her attitude was off.

We had reserved 3 ocean view rooms. There was a mix up in our reservation. They put one of us in different room than what we paid for ocean view room although for one day only. They gave us dining voucher if we ate at the property but would not refund.

Our room had AC issues. They did come to room to fix issues at 2 different times but still AC was not functioning.

Rocky Beach with broken umbrellas and dirty loungers, tiny gym with broken equipment (you have to book timeslots to secure a space) only limited timeslots available for restaurant reservation. Claustrophobic layout (with beautiful design elements. Food was good and staff friendly but we had to leave early because we found it impossible to relax and the place to crowded. Not your typical design hotel.

The hotel is lovely. The staff are very friendly but also unhelpful.

Concierge recommendations was not very good and very inconsiderate, considering travelling with a nine month old baby.

The rooms with a garden has severe bold patches full of mud.

Was asked to move room 3 times. We did extend our stay but made to move rooms each time.

Beds are like sponge too soft causing back ache.

The Signator rooms are much better.

Charges £50 for couple hours late check out.

Massive positive is the pool is heated.

Great breakfast and friendly staff, well maintained shared spaces (gardens are amazing) but not a Design Hotel. You can see that the place have been remodelled with cheapish furniture, a lamp was broken in our room, side table was all scratched, no bathrobes, no wine glasses in the room. The balcony rail guard are cheap treillis so if you sit you feel like you're in prison. It's also a very family oriented place. Nothing bad with it but lot of toddlers all around.

The Cretan Malia Park has lovely grounds and communal areas and we found all of the staff we encountered genuinely friendly and helpful.

We were not prepared for the large number of families with children under 5 the point where it must be marketed specifically to these groups in some countries. People looking for a quiet relaxing break should avoid this hotel for this reason as there is no respite from toddlers anywhere in the resort which is akin to a huge creche.

We were half board and this only included a buffet option. There were other restaurants available but these cost extra. In our opinion, sitting in a noisy cafeteria-like environment surrounded by tables of dirty plates and crockery, with trolleys of said dirty crockery trundling past you on a regular basis is not something we would expect from a hotel presenting itself as 5 star and we would not have booked this hotel if we had realised this.

Room descriptions are very misleading as having carefully selected what we thought was a ground floor room with a garden view, we were \"upgraded\" to a partial sea view room in another \"bungalow\" only to find this was a first floor room with a prolific smoker below us which prevented us from sitting on our balcony for all of our stay. All of the rooms are described as \"bungalows\" which implies ground floor rooms but most of the accommodation blocks are at least 2 stories high.

Overall we had a disappointing experience and would not return.

If I had to make one small criticism is that it would be great if there was more English TV channels, especially for young children, but that wasn't dealbreaker.

One of the best hotels we have been to in the world. We spent a family vacation, 6 people in 3 WATERFRONT rooms. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, the breakfast is varied and excellent, the pool is stunning, the whole hotel is simply decorated and stunning.
Quality restaurants in the hotel. Especially Italian.
The beach is perfect.
It was very difficult to leave the hotel. Already waiting to arrive again.

Nice location for a young family

As a couple there are perhaps better suited hotels as the majority of guests were families with small children. That being said the service, the food and the bar were excellent. We were upsold quite aggressively at check in so be straight with them if you would like to go direct to your room.

The beach is nice, lots of loungers available but lots of rocks in the sea so you have to be careful

Overall good hotel but not 5 star level.
Room: a/c not working so they kindly offered another one.
Pool: not good if you don’t have kids, too busy and loud. Suggest adults only hotel if solo.
Other pool is just for private use of certain rooms. Website shows a better hotel pool.
Beach: fantastic area, only con is need to wake up early to reserve a sunbed, else they taken from early on.
Restaurant: Cretan one amazing, Italian one very disappointing ( it worth it)
Gym: ok only via booking and max 4 people. Get fully booked quickly and people don’t show up.
Location: only ok if you want to stay at the resort 24/7. Else, suggest choosing a different one. Too far from Heraklion which is not as nice as Chania. Malia is not the best area.

A great hotel for families with an extremely friendly staff. Everything was amazing in the hotel except for the air conditioning in the rooms. The temperature is set at 23 degree Celsius and can’t be lowered. For those who are used to chilly temperatures to be able to sleep, you will have some trouble to sleep during the warm nights.

A home away from home

Amazing hotel. Everything from the check in process with a delicious welcome drink, to a beautiful landscaped garden design and pristine beach makes this hotel stand out. You feel like you are a part of a community: everyone is very friendly and eager to make you feel at home. It’s a perfect place to escape from the outside word and engage in meditation, yoga or just chill on the beach sipping a nice cocktail crafter by Dimitris and his boys at the Beach shack. Both a la carte restaurants are outstanding. I recommend booking a garden view bungalow for the most private and secluded experience.

They are a member of Design Hotels, so you will want to take some clues on how to decorate your house ;)

One thing I’d say they can improve: please stop charging for water at the hotel. Some guests may feel annoyed having to pay for it given the room rates.

Only critic would be the lack of blackout curtains! BIG ISSUE FOR US. It is holidays, summer and the sun shows up early waking you up earlier and the curtains are not suitable to stop the sun. Most hotels consider this, not sure why this hotel doesn’t.

Amazing for families

Perfect for a family holiday, especially with little kids. Beautiful beach, two great pools, very good food, great kids club.

Only thing is there is a very big difference in your experience of the place depending on where your room is. Initially we got a ground floor room overlooking kids club and it was a disaster. We were moved to a quiet second floor room the next day and ended up loving it. Already booked our next stay.

Not a 5 star experience and HUGE dissapointment

I can tell you without any hesitation that is place is wrongly proclaimed 5 star hotel. I would rather consider it a 3 or 4 star with improvements to be made.
1) People at reception are not particularly friendly. You may pass next to them to exit or enter the hotel, they would ignore you.
2) We stayed in room 128. On our check-in day, as we were laying in bed, room service entered into our room without any notice nor knocking on the door. When they found out we were in, they walked back and just left our room without even saying a word! How shocking. We were undressed and this was clearly inappropriate. I had to get dressed and chase them in the corridor. They claimed they knocked on our door, which is NOT TRUE. It was silent and no one asked permission before entering.
3) The issue of hotel staff entering our room repeated itself EVERY SINGLE morning between 8 and 9am as we were sleeping. The cleaning lady was knocking and entering the room to clean our room as we were still in bed. Why so early? Why was there no disturb sign to be put on the doors! Really such a bad experience that left me a bad taste and the feeling that anyone could enter your room any time.
4) Impossible to find a sunbed to sit on. During our 5 night stay we kept wandering around for sunbeds. All of them are booked for special rooms all day long. And others are reserved by people who put towels on them to block them for hours even though no one is around.
5) Spa was tiny.
6) Gym was a joke with no A/C.

Not at all a 5 star property. We were super disappointed upon arrival with the hotel facilities and also our room which had a hospital style bathroom and no sunlight. The staff were great and upgraded us to a nicer room however unfortunately for this price range and a “5 star” status we were super disappointed. The gardens were not well maintained, you can only use the pool chairs dedicated to your specific room or by on of the pools (the older one which is not so nice), the gym is a joke for a hotel of this size there are maybe 5 pieces of equipment included, the buffet breakfast was very average and crowded. Personally this hotel was not what we were looking for - we won’t be back.

The garden is simply incredible and the beach is really beautiful. Take the time to explore the entire beach going further than just the area in front of the hotel: there are many surprises waiting for you.

the hotel is newly renovated, high end and top notch. the staff is super friendly and caring. we had one big problem with our room which was the a/c didnt work two days and it was a nightmare. after a few complains it occurs that they had a 'blackout' of the a/c, and we asked for a solution for the situation. we got another room, just for the night, and they also compensate us for a free late check out.
food at breakfast was good, at dinner- we had lass options since we are on the tradition-keeper Jewess.

Nice location & value

Room was spacious however found bugs several times cockroaches, mosquitoes etc possibly due to location & vegetation. There was breakfast & dinner included in half board which was decent. Found wait staff in restaurant sometimes a bit rude. Enjoyed pool and beach nearby which made stay good. Reception staff Eleni was nice. There was entertainment by pool most nights.

Will be back. Travelled with 2 kids and joined a bunch of friends there. Eva at the reception was extremely helpful. Giorgeous at the pool restaurant was very sweet and helpful (calamaris to die for). Dinner at the pool restaurant was amazing! The best moussaka, baked cheese I've ever tried in my life. My daughter loved baby discos every night and I was very touched that Dominyka (entertainment manager) came at the reception at the time of our check out to give her Diploma. Staff in the main restaurant for breakfast was very helpful and they made for us a big table to accommodate our group. Overall, it was amazing holiday.

Well run, calm and relaxing hotel

Excellent hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Good mix of guest (nationality, age). Very friendly staff and we'll run. Rooms are embedded in very well maintained park. We particularly liked that there was no need to hunt for sun beds as there were plenty on the beach and around the pools. Even when fully booked the place doesn't feel crowded. Kids older than 10 might get bored. We will certainly come back. Very good for families with young children.

The pictures thankfully lived up to expectations and more. Didn't feel the need to venture out of the hotel for food or entertainment as everything on hand. The food was good and a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and everything well organised. Lovely gardens, lounging area and pools which were well maintained.

Huge comfy beds and fluffy pillows.

Lots of beach beds available around the pool areas and on the beach. Although sandy beaches, Hadn't realised there would be so many flat rocky patches entering the water - just need to walk along the beach a bit.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful Hotel and gardens

Beautiful gardens and layout of the grounds. The hotel also has several large and relaxing swimming pools. We traveled early in the season (first week of May) and felt we almost had the hotel and facilities to ourselves - partly due to the size of the hotel which allows people to find their own spot to relax. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were also very helpful in allowing us to extend our checkout on the last day which allowed us to relax a bit longer before going out to the airport.

Would be happy go back some time in the future

Excellent hotel for Families or couples

Absolutely excellent in all respects, we stopped in the main block on the first floor though there are also apartments throughout the grounds. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with all areas planted out and tended by a team of gardeners, the condition of the gardens being a real credit to them. We were on half board basis but the hotel also offers fully inclusive stays, the food was first class, excellent quality, very well presented, a good choice which changed daily and very friendly staff in attendance. Both the breakfast and evening meal were a buffet style which we all enjoyed. There are 2 main pools, one by the hotel arround which the entertainment was based and one in the gardens on the way to the beach, both were spotlessly clean and well maintained. There is also a small \"Toddlers\" pool next to the main pool. The main pool is split into 2 sections, one 2 m deep and a second shallower area for children to play and in which the Sumba and excersises took place should you be interested.
The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds, shades, a Bar and a full time lifeguard. The beach is white sand, there are places to swim amd also rocky areas for snorkelling.
The hotel is suitable for couples and families, it is located about 1.5km from the main street in Malia (center of the night life) - It is quiet but close enough (1/2 hours walk or 7 Euros in a taxi) to get to the shops and restaurants. Stallis, Sissi and Hersonissos are all within a short taxi ride

Fantastic Hotel

From the moment I arrived at this hotel I was treated like I was the owner. I was shown to a seat and offered a complimentary drink. I was taken to my room and was shown all the amenities and how to use everything. The food was exceptional and food services staff friendly, professional and saw to all my needs.

The guest services staff were always friendly and more than willing to help with any question or query. There was entertainment every night which ranged from professional outside entertainers to the local hotel staff organizing dance lessons or trivia night.

The rooms were clean, well furnished, quiet and comfortable. The beach is a one minute walk and there are plenty of free beach loungers plus a life guard on duty. The beach is all nice white sand and the water is crystal clear.

My wife and I were there is early Oct and the weather was still beautiful, with only one cloudy day in the eight days we were there. When and if I ever go back to Crete, I would definitly return to this hotel.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und können es sehr empfehlen.

Ja die Preise vor Hort für Speisen und Getränke sind durchaus hoch, das wäre das einzige , was wir bemängeln könnten.

Sowohl das Büffet-Restaurant als auch die a la Carte hatten tolles und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen.

Die Anlage ist ein Traum und Service wird groß geschrieben.

Wir waren zehn Nächte im Oktober hier (Familie mit zwei Kids, 6 & 8 J.). Die Anlage ist traumhaft schön: flache Bauten, viel Grün, alte Olivenbäume, Palmen, Kakteen, Sandstrand (felsig, aber mit zwei kleine Sand-Buchten für den Zugang ins Meer) – perfekt für Kinder. Auch die Architektur und das entspannte Ambiente draußen machen viel her.

Trotzdem erreicht das Hotel den Fünf-Sterne-Anspruch nicht. Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten: abgenutzte Polster, kleine Defekte am Pool, am OutdoorGym oder Anlage. Wenig Aufmerksamkeit beim Service (weniger bestellt - spart uns letztendlich Geld ;-) ). Das Buffet-Restaurant wirkt wie eine Kantine – laut, ungemütlich, wenig Atmosphäre. Im Mouries und Almyra ist der Service herzlicher (Frühstück im Mouries: großartig!)

Die Zimmer sind schick, sind aber in den Bädern eng wie bei MotelOne. Nespresso auf Zimmer kostet extra. Kommunikation oft leider eher „geht nicht“ statt „wir finden eine Lösung“. Dazu kam bei mir eine Lebensmittelvergiftung (happens) – professionell reagiert, mit Bedauern, aber ohne Entschuldigung/Geste.

Die Lage ist ruhig, aber abgelegen. Ohne Mietwagen geht nichts (Malia selbst lohnt nicht). Trotzdem: Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Strand, Sonne, Kinder happy – das zählt. Man merkt, wie viel Potenzial hier steckt. Wenn Service, Pflege und Gastfreundschaft im Detail nachgezogen werden, kann dieses Resort großartig sein. Wir hatten das Gefühl die letzten 20% fehlen hier...

Fazit: aktuell gute 4 Sterne mit Entwicklungspotenzial. 💬

Prima verblijf maar met werkpuntjes

Ons verblijf was prima. Het was er alleen extreem druk met voornamelijk gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Voor gezinnen zal het een goed verblijf zijn maar als je de rust opzoekt was dat niet altijd ideaal—soms zaten we net te ontbijten in een creche. De kamers werden schoongemaakt maar niet echt opgeruimd. Om te eten moet je op voorhand reserveren en daar zijn ze niet echt flexibel in.

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage mit guter Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Auch ein kleiner Shop ist dabei, wo man alles nötige zu einem guten Preis erhält. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind geräumig auch wenn die Badezimmer etwas eng sind. Punktabzug gibt es dafür, dass die Liegen und Tische am Pool zu selten gereinigt wurden

Wir sind zum 4ten Mal dort gewesen und wsl zum letzten Mal!, bis zu diesem Mal war alles super! Aber nun hat der Service nachgelassen, Preise nochmals gestiegen! Hauskeeping hat bei Ankunft ein eher schlechtes Zimmer an uns übergeben! Begleitet wurde unsere Woche durch: Verschmutze und kaputte Liegen am Strand, fehlende Waschlotionen bis kurz vor Abreise! Ekelhaftes reservieren der liegen am Pool! An 2 Tagen gab es auch Kinder die in beiden Pools ihr großes Geschäft gemacht haben! Poolaufsicht ist eher mit Handy beschäftigt! Die Anlage kommt langsam in die Jahre nach der Sanierung und das merkt man! Die Preise und auch die 5*sind absolut nicht mehr gerechtfertigt! Es ist schade aber leider die Wahrheit! LG Alex U

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Das Frühstück war eintönig und es gab jeden Tag das selbe, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Das Fitnesstudio hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht, es war ein winziger Raum mit paar Geräten die leider zum Teil verrostet und dreckig waren.
Der Pool war leider auch nicht ganz sauber.
Ansonsten hat es uns im grossen und ganzen gefallen.
Die Gegend war abgelegen, ein Auto wäre sinnvoll wenn man auch was unternehmen möchte.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Phāea Cretan Hotel in Malia sehr genossen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit einem Willkommensdrink empfangen. Eine Mitarbeiterin nahm sich Zeit, uns alle wichtigen Informationen in Ruhe zu erklären. Das gesamte Hotel und auch unser Zimmer machten einen sehr gepflegten und modernen Eindruck. Besonders schön war unser Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Pool, von dem aus wir abends sogar Livemusik genießen konnten.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Auch die à-la-carte-Restaurants überzeugten geschmacklich, wenngleich die Preise für nicht-All-Inclusive-Gäste etwas zu hoch angesetzt sind. Der Service war insgesamt gut: Das Personal in der Lobby und im Sicherheitsbereich war stets freundlich und professionell. In den Restaurants wirkte das Team gelegentlich weniger motiviert, arbeitete aber dennoch zuverlässig.

Die gesamte Anlage war stets sehr sauber, der Pool gepflegt – kleinere Verbesserungen wären bei der Reinigung (z. B. Sand und Insekten) denkbar. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der private Hotelstrand mit bequemen Liegen und Strandbar. Leider war das Baden durch starken Wellengang nicht möglich – dies lag jedoch nicht am Hotel.

Ein klarer Kritikpunkt betrifft das Thema Poolliegen: Obwohl es eine Regel gegen das Reservieren mit Handtüchern gibt, wird diese kaum durchgesetzt. Das führte regelmäßig zu Frust und Konflikten unter Gästen – und auch wir mussten am letzten Tag notgedrungen mitmachen.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 year old. The property is well kept and staff is excellent. Enough dinner options (included in halfboard is the buffet or a discount in the other restaurants). Pool was great and it felt like a small village. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The resort is a little outside of the village and we rented a car for a few days to explore part of the island.

Buffet til frokost og middag med alt du kan ønske deg, privat strand med egne solsenger, svært gode resturanter på stedet og kjempehyggelig personale. Nettes Hotel, schöne Lage, aufmerksames Personal, viele Parkplätze. Das Essen ist gut wenn auch gerade beim Frühstück jeden Tag gleich. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants für Mittag- und Abendessen, somit hier genügend Abwechslung.

All Inclusive lohnt sich nur, wenn man vor hat das Hotel nie zu verlassen, das Essen in den umliegenden Dörfern ist massiv günstiger (und auch besser) bzw das Essen im Hotel ist bei nicht-all-inclusive einfach viel zu teuer…(Mittag/Abends/Snacks/Drinks an der Bar).
Das rechnet sich niemals wenn man nicht alle Mahlzeiten sowie Snacks und Drinks ausnahmslos nur im Hotel konsumiert. Die Restaurants fürs Mittagessen sind an gewissen Tagen einfach ohne Information geschlossen, sehe ich die Logik nicht…

Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer nicht sehr geräumig, erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Dusche hatte bei uns kaum Druck, man wurde mehr betropft als etwas anderes wohl um Wasser zu sparen was aber nichts bringt wenn man dafür 4x länger unter der Dusche steht um den Sand vom Körper zu bekommen.

Es gibt extrem viele Kinder, obwohl das Hotel abgesehen von einem kleinen Kinderhort eigentlich nicht diesen Eindruck erweckt. Ich würde das Hotel Paaren ohne Kinder nicht empfehlen, ansonsten ist es sicherlich gut.
