Great location, cleaning service needs improvement

The hotel is in a great location—close to the town, shops, and restaurants, with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s also very convenient to arrange activities like bike rentals and boat tours directly through the reception, which we appreciated.

Breakfast was decent, though it was essentially the same every day. That said, this seems to be fairly common across many places in Italy, so it's not a major issue—just something to be aware of.

The main downside was the housekeeping. During our 4-night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned for three of those days. It’s possible the “Make Up My Room” sign fell off due to the wind, but for a stay costing over €200 per night, the staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are cleaned daily. We had sand from the beach on the floor and full bins that were never emptied, which really impacted the comfort of our stay.

With better attention to cleaning, this would be a much more enjoyable experience.

This hotel is a great place to stay for a trip to Favignana! The convenience of transportation from the ferry terminal to the hotel is priceless. We often saw many tourists dragging their luggage through town to reach their hotel as many streets are not easily accessible. Also the hotel is a very short distance to the two main piazzas in town. The staff here is amazingly helpful to assist us in getting around. We were able to rent bikes from that front desk and have a designated place to park the bikes overnight. Also the convenience of the shuttle to Lido Burrone is amazing. There are stairs to climb to reach your hotel room so double check for accessibility issues. The only downside was the bathroom and shower seemed dated and a little moldy in spots. Otherwise the views from the hotel at spectacular and the bar at the front was the perfect place to unwind for a aperitif or cocktail in the evening!

A good overall stay. The staff were really nice - they went out of their way to accommodate you.
The room was a bit small (even for a standard room) and had a window which overlooked some stores which were quite noisy in the morning. There was nowhere to hang a towel/swimwear to dry. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant was great. Being seafront, I had imagined that we would be able to swim there - unfortunately it’s a NO SWIMMING ZONE. The hotel is just a short walk from the centre and the harbour. All in all - a great stay in FAVIGNANA.

Calling this hotel a 4 star is a stretch. Very good shuttle service from the port. They say they have shuttle service to the beach, but it’s only one beach and the least beautiful. Our room was dated and the bathroom had lots of long black hair and the shower was disgusting. The worst was that we were kept up by the very loud banging noise from above us which was the breakfast room. Who knows what was happening there all night. Stay elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel to stay at! Great amenities and location. Note: drinks in the fridge cost money. They didn't have any signs for how much, so I was confused but they do cost. I spent 21 euros on drinks and didn't know until checking out.

Would stay here again next time!

Brilliant staff, very helpful and great location. Walking distance to the centre at night, less than 5 minutes and they do bicycle hire during the day to explore. Free shuttle to the port or even the beach. Rooms were nice clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space.

Would stay again if we returned and will recommend to friends

Struttura molto carina, alcuni dettagli andrebbero curati un po’ di più nelle camere come ad esempio qualche gruccia in più negli armadi, perché 1 sola gruccia a persona è un po’ pochino, oppure aggiustare lo scarico del wc che scorre di continuo e sistemare gli accessori del bagno che sono fuoriusciti dalle piastrelle. Sono piccole cose ma che renderebbero l’aspetto delle camere più curato. Prendetelo come un consiglio per migliorare ulteriormente.
Gli spazi comuni molto curati.
La colazione buona.
Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei.

Nous avions demandé une grande chambre pour deux avec vue sur la mer… On nous a donné une quadruple en disant que aucune précision de vue sur la mer n’avait été faite… Mais que devant l’hôtel nous voyons la mer !!!!!!!
Hotel, en surbooking, donc impossible de changer, aucun geste commercial… Une chambre avec une douche, une personne de 90 kg ne peut pas entrer… Heureusement, ce n’est pas mon cas!!!! En plus on nous a conseillé de passer directement et plus par Hotels.com. Donc nous sommes pourtant très satisfait. Par ailleurs… petit déjeuner buffet très bien…heureusement

Mi è piaciuta la posizione veramente splendida e la colazione ricca e servita in una terrazza panoramica.
Non mi è piaciuto il trattamento di serie B ricevuto per non aver prenotato direttamente con l hotel. Ci hanno fatto attendere fino alle 14.30 per assegnarci una camera per disabili, con un bagno senza bidet e con sanitari per disabili nonostante avessi prenotato a febbraio una stanza superior normale , che , come da foto sul sito ha il bagno con il bidet..Solo dopo varie rimostranze , due giorni dopo ci hanno spostato nella camera superior che avevo prenotato. Abbiamo dovuto rifare le valigie e spostarci con tutto il disagio che ne consegue….a onor del vero per scusarsi del disagio ci hanno scontato una notte, ma non è certo un trattamento che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle…. Altra nota dolente è la pulizia della camera che, testuali parole della signora delle pulizie, viene fatta in 15 minuti…e in effetti si vede…viene fatta in modo superficiale non all’altezza di un 4 stelle.

Charming hotel with very slow service

Charming and clean hotel with a good location but extremely slow service. Checkin was delayed 1.5 hours and we tried to rent scooters through the hotel but we had to wait ages and got no service. Restaurant also very slow service, food took 40 mins and my girlfriend was served 10 minutes before me. If you go, skip the waiting line at the hotel and just eat and rent things other places.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom Hafen entfernt, was super ist. Man kann für 5 € pro Tag ein Fahrrad ausleihen um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel an sich ist ganz hübsch. Die Zimmer haben eine mittelmäßige Ausstattung, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Checkin war super, das Personal super freundlich. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer unterhalb des Restaurantbereichs bekommen, weshalb wir nie (!) Ruhe hatten. Ständig wurden Tische und Stühle verrückt, was bei uns für ein halbes Erdbeben gesorgt hat. Das Ganze beginnt ab 7 Uhr und endet um 23 Uhr. Danach sorgen Nachbarn für Schlaflosigkeit, indem sie ihre Türen zu schmeißen müssen. Frühstück besteht nur aus Kuchen. Leider wurde uns nur am Tag der Abreise ein Kaffee vom Personal angeboten. Wir dachten, dass es dort keinen Kaffee gibt und sind daher immer morgens in die Stadt gelaufen für einen Kaffee. Cocktailpreise sind höher als in deutschen Großstädten, was ich etwas übertrieben fand, auch, wenn sie gut waren. Wir würden aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht mehr hier buchen. Es kann aber sein, dass wir nur Pech hatten.

Camere spaziose magari da insonorizzare un po’ di più….colazione veramente ampia nella scelta e il personale fa veramente la differenza con una gentilezza e una professionalità mai invadente. La posizione dell'albergo è sicuramente suggestiva e lo staff molto sorridente e disponibile, tuttavia la camera, per quanto spaziosa e pulita, non giustifica il prezzo al limite dell'esorbitante. Il buffet della colazione è di buona qualità ma non particolarmente fornito, spiace che per una spremuta d'arancia (ironicamente nella prima regione d'Italia per la sua produzione) sia previsto un sovrapprezzo di DUE euro (quando il prezzo della stanza è di oltre 200€ a notte), mentre il succo di frutta dozzinale è incluso nel buffet. Comoda la possibilità di farsi una doccia e di depositare i bagagli anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza, presente il parcheggio per le biciclette.

Buona struttura. Dà indicazioni per escursioni e ha a disposizione anche biciclette a noleggio (attenzione che sono senza luci!!).
Cercano di risolvere ogni problema.

Ho fatto un viaggio di una settimana con mia moglie. La permanenza e' andata bene. La stanza era pulita al nostro arrivo ed e' stata mantenuta pulita durante il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel e' in una buona posizione, vicino al porto e al centro del paese. Tuttavia, non sono rimasto contento per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho prenotato una stanza di fascia superiore, chiamata \"Delux\". Immaginavo di trovare una stanza più comoda. La stanza mi e' sembrata abbastanza standard. In particolare il bagno e il piatto doccia erano scomodamente piccoli. Per tale motivo, il prezzo pagato mi e' sembrato esagerato. Il costo della stanza sarebbe stato giustificato se fossero stati inclusi altri servizi, come la colazione e/o il noleggio bici.

In tour sull’isola (Sicily) decidiamo di passare qualche giorno a Favignana.
Scegliamo quest’hotel per la location vicino al centro ma in posizione riservata e silenziosa.
Camere spaziose, ben arredate, pulite e luminose.
Personale presente e a disposizione ma non invadente.
Perfetto per esplorare e trascorre qualche giorno nella colorata e selvaggia isola di Favignana.

Die Lage des Hotels ist TOP! Das Zimmer etwas klein, aber man ist im besten Fall nur zum Schlafen dort :-)
Die Preise für Leihfahrräder, oder Roller sind im Hotel leider extrem hoch im Gegensatz zu den Preisen im Centrum.
Das Personal ist mega freundlich und es wird ein guter Shuttle-Service zum Strand angeboten.
