Family Freindly Hotel

This hotel has some great facilties with a good pool, particually for young family's. Onsite resturant/pizzeria is really good. Staff are also very friendly. Only complaint is room was very basic, mattresses very thin, and decor was tired.

Nice hotel convinient location.

Small hotel with friendly staff. The location is close to Pinerolo, a very nice small city where you can find nice restaurants and do some nice shopping. Only 35 minutes away from Turin.
The indoor pool.is not for leisure as it seems to be part of the gym/fitness facilities and the children under 16 are not usually allowed to prevent disturbing the people. Get hair caps for the pool.or you will need to pay 6 euro for each cap and it is mandatory for the use of the indoor pool. All in all, nice hotel. I do recommend it .

The room was bad. 2 small windows. Very noisy because of fan outside window. The AC was very bad and some of the electric was open/broken. Standard French/Italian breakfast. Good wifi, good pizza restaurant, very friendly straff, They have a tempting poolarea but it was closed when we arrived and when we departed.

Great hotel, friendly staff, but can be improved

The conditioning was broken and it was over 30 degrees in the room which made our sleep impossible. It was fixed later, however it was still 29 degrees in the room. The pool facilities are great, however it would be great if there was a swimming lane for adults to enjoy their time in the pool not just to be surrounded by screaming kids constantly bumping into you :)

there is nothing to do around. we went to the winter olypic games villa about 70 kms away. Sestriere. Great place visit. If that is the purpose of the trip it would be better to stay there.

Very old, very run down

Paint chipping off the walls outside, inside lobby area, inside room!
Bed was clean! But bed, cot, or table?, It was as hard to tell. it was as hard as any I've ever tried to sleep on?
Free WiFi, in the lobby, yes. In the room I could get one bar max, in the hall, one to two, in and out.
I'd say three stars is two too many!

Enjoyable Stay

This was a stopover to break up a long drive , hotel was very nice as we're the staff .
Excellent facilities inc the Swimming pool .
Restaurant food was excellent , only moan was that upon arrival we were told that they hadn't put our daughters bed into the room , no problem , went for a drink , bed was promptly put in the room only to discover later that there were no sheets on the bed , anyway the young lady on the desk that evening sorted the problem for us , would stay again .

Middle of nowhere,definatly not four star

Located nowhere close to Turin or for that matter anywhere else.Located near car dealerships.
Rooms spacious but with skylights covered by an inadequate curtain letting light through leading to waking up 1st thing in the morning.
Breakfast was dreadful with us being told on a Monday morning that as the hotel was full they had run out of eggs and thus we were to make do with whatever was available which was not really worth getting up for.
Only good thing was the water park next to hotel which was free to use.

Stay was good in general, very kind people working there. But I have one remark for improvement. I booked a family room for 4, (2 adults, 2 children), the bed for the adults seemed to be a clip-clap and not a real one, which surprised me for a 4 star hotel (Italian rating and not international rating I guess).

Incredible for the money

overall a superb value for money hotel. Facilities were brilliant and very reasonably priced. Staff were quite ignorant.Especially the girl leading into the pool from the hotel. Totally ignored us every day even when we said hi. Although the restaurant brothers were great! Food good, best coffee i've ever had. Outside pools were superb.

Hotel for all of the family

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious and even had 2 skylights. Plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young kids). Clean and comfortable. Tons of towels! Much more than we could ever use. It was nice to have 2 kinds of pool aswell. The kids pool did close at 6pm which was a shame because sometimes we were only just getting back from days out at that time. But apart from this one minor thing I really can't fault the hotel at all. We would love to go back one day.

I don't even know where to start... a hard to write review expecially since I am an Italian who lived in TOrino for a long time so I know the area quite well...
The room was dirty, under the bed not swept nor washed, the toilet smelled of urine although it boasted the tape with \"igienizzato\", the shower door old with many rust marks, the corners of bathroom full of grime and dirt, the grout black with dirt, old bathroom fixtures, bathroom door creaking lowdly. The first night we did not sleep as there was wind and the shutters outside other rooms were slamming lowdly, the morning at 8am the \"cleanin\" crew would roll their wheeled buckets lowdly over tiled hallways, waking us up. The netry doors were not soundproofed and let through noise both from hallway and other rooms, the rooms were tiny, poorly and very cheaply furnished, I could still go on... only positive note the close by pool. Bear in mind that we were traveling with a couple from France that were staying in another area of the hotel but still felt as we did.
Will never go there again!

Very friendly - nice hotel

Had a good stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely on the ball and very friendly. Breakfast was standard italian and the room was good - nothing too fancy but comfortable. Only complaint was the cleaning staff who were having a massive conversation at 8:30 in the morning outside our room.

This hotel is in an out of the way location, but we had a car so that wasn't a problem. The people were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel is clean but the furniture is not very comfortable. Overall, we were happy with our visit. It was worth the price we paid for it, and it was an hour from Sestriere and 1/2 hour to Turin. Good location for us.

Functional Hotel with friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and functional. Adequate parking and easy access. Considering it is atleast 45 minutes drive from Torino, we expected the rooms to be a bit large but disappointed.
I would certain recommend the hotel as good value for money.

Villa Glicini rescues trans Alpine bicycle tour

A wonderful place to stay if on business or touring, a Latin dance troupe was there while I stayed. Nearby is a major sports arena. Convenient if traveling to nearby Alps or French border. The staff showed uncommon kindness and were a great help to me while a bicycle I had brought on the flight from California was lost for a day. Rooms and bathroom facilities are quite modern and the breakfast offered included espresso drinks to order. Dinner was offered at the restaurant next door and could be added to the room charge. Again a perfect spot for hopping onto the highway after a good nights rest.

Ho passato 2 notti in questa struttura per trasferta di lavoro.
Scelto perché è uno dei pochi che si può prenotare e pagare poi dopo in struttura, fondamentale per ottenere la fattura.
Personale professionale, camera ok, letto molto comodo, TV minuscola, bagno senza finestra e ventola poco efficace (il bagno rimane sempre umido per ore dopo la doccia)
Struttura grande con tanti servizi, come palestra e spa, peccato che siano a pagamento (circa 12/15€ cadauno).
Parcheggio ampio ma non facile trovare posto dalle 18 alle 20
Ristorante Rosso pomodoro attaccato ok se non si vuole prendere l’auto per uscire.

Concernant l'hôtel, très propre, la chambre avec balcon donnant sur la piscine extérieure très bien ( il y a des chambres donnant sur la route ) le personnel super sympa, le restaurant est très bien, le personnel aussi 😄.Le souci vient de la piscine intérieure salle sport et du spa : c'est un établissement extérieur qui fournit les services ( à 25 mètres) et il faut payer en plus pour l'accès ( 5 euros accès piscine ou 15 euros accès à tous ).

Le séjour dans l'ensemble c'est bien passé
Mais il me semble que quand il y a des points défectueux dans la chambre ( jaccuzi qui coule, lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, et porte des toilettes impossibles à fermer)
On fait qqch surtout que c'est un 4 étoiles!!!
Et quand on annonce que le petit déjeuner c'est de 6h30-10h et que à 8h30 personnes ne remets de marchandises dans le buffet c'est léger.

Come ospite per una notte dell'hotel mi aspettavo di pagare un solo ingresso alla SPA valido fino al momento del check out invece ho pagato 2 pass uno per il pomeriggio del giorno di arrivo e l'altro per la mattina del giorno di partenza. Così si perdono i clienti.

Ottimo hotel come grandezza della stanza (quadrupla) e del bagno. Non ho apprezzato pero' due bustine bagno/shampoo in 4 ospiti
Area bar/colazione da rivedere, tanti ospiti in piedi che aspettavano si liberasse un tavolo per fare colazione (c'erano al massimo 22/25 tavoli) con prevedibile affollamento al buffet breakfast
Colazione comunque abbondante e molto buona!
Personale gentile e disponibile. Promo hotel + bioparco Torino non conveniente perché i bambini pagano come gli adulti! Meglio prenotare con expedia!
IMPORTANTE: la piscina esterna è il paradiso dei bambini e degli adulti, con anche vasche wellness, anzi SAREBBE un paradiso perché l'acqua è gelida!! un peccato vedere di domenica una struttura cosi grande, attrezzata, pulita e seguita da più bagnini senza NESSUN bagnante in acqua :-(

Non è il primo anno che pernottiamo in questa struttura ma forse l’ultima. Zona piscine, palestre e nuova gestione del ristorante Rosso pomodoro eccellente, personale accoglienza e ristorazione eccellente. I problemi sono tutti nello stato delle camere ormai fatiscenti (i materassi ormai sembrano amache), le pulizie lasciano il tempo che trovano nelle stanze ma soprattutto nelle zone comuni come i corridoi.

Chaque année, nous faisons une halte dans cet hôtel quand nous prenons le bateau en Italie ou nous revenons par Gênes, ceci déjà 4 fois, et jamais déçus.
quelques fois, il y a un problème de parking, mais beaucoup d'entrées et sorties
la piscine est superbe et souvent, nous y passons une heure avant de reprendre la route
bon petit déjeuner

De kamer was erg slecht. Slecht schoon gemaakt, gat in de deur, wcbril los,leiding lekte in de badkamer. Kluis kapot en de logeerbanken vreselijk om op te liggen.
Het zwembad was wel erg mooi.

Hôtel présentant bien extérieurement , mais intérieurement médiocre , les services annoncés en supplément. Quel hôtel annonçant 4etoile à une piscine mais en supplément et seulement pour 1h , après il y a cours de gym !!!!!!. Faut bien rentabilisér là piscine. Personnel serviable .

Nel villaggio vi sono due vie dallo stesso nome. Dunque attenzione a non finire in aperta campagna di notte. La ricevuta di indicazioni via telefono è stata infruttuosa. Dopo il primo tentativo ( il telefono squillava a vuoto) il telefono dava permanente occupato. Le stanze al piano terra sono buissime.

Il posto odeale per me.

L'Hotel. Villa Glicini è perfetto per le mie esigenze per la posizione che è ideale perché è tra la stazione dei treni dove io arrivo e il posto dove devo recarmi saltuariamente per lavoro che non offre la stessa struttura; per i mezzi di trasporti pubblici che si fermano davanti all'hotel per il prezzo molto interessante.
Alle camere non manca niente se facciamo una valutazione qualità prezzo. Sono pulite.
La colazione offre l'essenziale. La sala della colazione non è mai piena di gente per cui c'è tranquillità.
Nella stanza c'è un bollitore che trovo estremamente comodo.
Volendo, c'è un aupermercato a due passi. E una bellissima piscina attaccata all'hotel con sconti sul prezzo per gli ospiti dell'hotel.
So che c'è il centro benessere ma non ci sono mai stata.
Il personale è molto educato e gentile.

Ottima accoglienza all’arrivo seppur con check in effettuato in serata. Personale gentile. Impossibile cenare perché ristorante in ristrutturazione e alternativa proposta inadeguata: in pratica tavolini nella hall, o locale adiacente il banco bar in bella vista dal parcheggio e con tovaglioli di carta sui tavoli.....Stanza grande e ben pulita. Un po’ fredda per i miei gusti e termostato non funzionante. Tv funzionante, anche con canali Mediaset Premium, ma troppo piccolo per la distanza dal letto. Bagno grande e ben pulito. Porta carta igienica mezzo rotto e rotolo di scorta piazzato alla meno peggio in bella vista sul calorifero. Box doccia con sigillatura non stagna, risultato uscita d’acqua sul pavimento del bagno. Letti confortevoli e coperta calda. Cuscini troppo piatti. La colazione della mattina un mezzo disastro....... sala troppo piccola per contenere tutti gli ospiti, la stessa dell’alternativa cena, e personale numericamente non sufficiente per le esigenze dei clienti. In tre non possono dare retta a tutti e i disservizi si accumulano: Brioches finite, torte finite lunga attesa x rifornimento; al loro arrivo poi brioches immangiabili perché ustionanti. A richiesta, spremuta d’arancia con supplemento di 2€....... ma scherziamo? Non ho grandi esperienze di viaggi ma ho già soggiornato in 3 stelle con servizio migliore e con caraffa di spremuta sul tavolo. Non credo che tornerò. Lo salvo solo per il prezzo che é stato conveniente e per la cortesia del personale.

Gradevole, personale gentilissimo

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato e' un po' meno carina e nuova di quelle viste sul sito ma confortevole .
Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito.
Personale gentilissimo.

A Pinerolo per Melotti e per le valli Valdesi

L'Obiettivo primario è stata la visita alla mostra dello scultore Melotti al Castello di Miradolo (Pinerolo).
Però è stata anche l'occasione per vistare la Val Pellice e Pinerolo, entrambe esperienze interessanti. Ancora una volta, felice incontro con la cucina Piemontese, tranne che presso l'Hotel.

Chambres peu en adequation avec les photos, piscine municipale ou alors payante, petit dej basique.
Hotel situé dans une zone industrio—commerciale bruyante en peripherie de la ville... pas ideal pour des jeunes.

Soggiorno in famiglia con bambino

Struttura magnifica, moderna, pulita. Ottimi materassi, occorre portarsi un asciugacapelli degno di questo nome però.. fantastico il ristorante in piscina, economico, con una scelta discreta di piatti veloci e una pizza fantastica. Meno buono il ristorante a cena. Carta fornita, bella presentazione, ma cotture approssimative e piatti un po' banali. Ottima la colazione, non la solita accozzaglia di brioche di poca spesa, ma prodotti buoni e pensati, con scelte anche gluten free.
