We were a group of 6 with two separate rooms, celebrating a friend's 30th birthday, and the carpet in both rooms were SO DIRTY! The bottom of our feet were so black and disgusting. They need to do some serious deep cleaning. Also, I specifically opted out on housekeeping for my room and had the do not disturb sign; however, I noticed that someone had come in and left towels on our tub that we did not request for. If there was a housekeeper who came in, they should've at least cleaned and make the beds and also informed me. It's irritating! I messaged Laurel (probably a bot) about the situation and it said they would be able to do a $50 credit for inconvenience but i dont see they they did yet.
Overall, i would NOT stay here every again. So disappointed.

Stayed here over a weekend for 2 nights. The first night was tough as the room was next to the very loud elevators and sleep was next to impossible. Fortunately, the hotel changed us to another room and even gave us $50 in hotel credit towards the bill. Otherwise, nice, large rooms and large gym. The casino has a few penny slots that are still just one cent minimum bet- very hard to find these on the strip anymore.

Overall beds comfortable, pool nice, staff we encountered great . Things that were a minus bathroom tub was dirty floor wasn’t cleaned well body fluids were around tub and toilet. Excessive resort fees were ridiculous. For a non smoking hotel entire hotel smelled of smoke didn’t matter where you went.

I’ve come to really like Planet Hollywood I like the location. The only amenity I had was a fridge, but I’m so thankful for that. They did ask if I wanted an upgrade I didn’t want so I had no view but again great hotel for a place just to sleep everything is clean and you can’t ask for a better location.

I have precious stayed at PH and this trip was so disappointing. The toilet would not flush, the casino area smelled weird and checkin was a hot mess. The self check in Kisok ate my ID and all the workers were busy so I had to wait for checkin. I had an adjoining room and the neighbors were really noisy.

We stood in a Non-smoking area that smelled as if we stayed in the smoking side. Towels also smelled like cigarettes The plumbing was an issue my son took and bath and the water took a while to go down and when it did it came out in the shower along with rust when i called guest services they said they call maintenance we waited 40 minutes and nothing so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone in person the moment i asked to switch rooms the sent someone to \"fix \"it. I was never given an apology or complementary anything and i was charged more then what was quoted on expedia. For the price you pay you would expect plumbing to work. Very disappointing .

The sink faucet was broken or less than completely functional. Also having a room right be the elevator is loud. You feel like you a resting next to a noisy dishwasher. This was communicated before we received our keys however, so we knew what to expect. The elevators were fast and getting access to shopping was awesome! Room was very clean and loved the way the bathroom was ser up with separated bath tub.

The pool was closed during this trip. I wish hotels still had microwaves and coffepots, but most don't. Does have a fridge. Convenient vending machine w/ softdrinks close to rooms near ice machines. Room was very nice, clean and not run down, but art is wierd. Beds are a bit too high for short people. Views were nice. There should be locks on the bathroom double doors. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Maid service were very kind and efficient. Site is centrally located and convenient.

My friend and I recently stayed here for a short trip to see a show. We ended up paying a small one-time upgrade charge for a nicer room with a view and to be able to check in early…it was worth it. We had Gordon Ramsey burgers for lunch which was delicious. The best thing about this hotel is its’ location on the strip. One downside, however, is it’s a very long walk from self parking to the lobby.

- Property has a great location. Right across from Bellagio, 10 min to Caesars Palace, and 5 min walk to tons of restaurants.
- Staff were very nice and the check-in was about as smooth as possible.
The Bad:
- No microwave or coffee maker in the room. I had to forgo my morning coffee because i wasn't spending $7 a day on plain black Starbucks coffee.
- While the view of the fountain was nice, the window was absolutely filthy and detracted greatly. So much so I couldn't even take pictures/video of the fountain show. I have pictures of the window to share.
- Our trip was a getaway to celebrate our 8 year anniversary, and stated such in my reservation. However, the room we were put was on the same wall as the elevators and we had to listen to them going up and down ALL NIGHT LONG. Again, i took video (at 2AM) which highlights these sounds. This caused poor sleep which was then exasperated by the lack of coffee. If you don't believe me, try spending a night in room 1781.
Lastly, the Ugly:
- The HVAC filter was absolutely disgusting. Words can't possibly describe how dirty the filter was. Again, we took pictures/video of this issue. There was about a half-inch deep amount of dust and dead skin caked on the filter. In the video, we took a pen to scrape a section of the filter and words don't do justice. I'm willing to bet, the filter has never been changed because the screw to open and change the filter is painted over and clearly hasn't been removed.

Enjoyed the pool area for two days. Rented a cabana (apprx $ 250 US/day) made a mini tropical trip because the weather was favorable. Evenings we went to Fremont! Worth every bit of time and money to get there. A must do while staying at PH discover the Mile Shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Blondies for breakfast! The overall accommodations were good a regular hotel stay. Would book again because of the accessibility to the teathers and mall.

To begin with, we did not receive the room upgrade we had requested on one room. While the manager, Romell, eventually compensated us for this, the issue set the tone for what became a very frustrating stay.
Throughout our entire visit, we did not receive housekeeping service even once. Despite being out of the room for long stretches each day, we returned every evening to unmade beds, unchanged towels, and overflowing garbage.
On top of that, the shower in one of the rooms repeatedly backed up, causing water to fill the tub and spread a strong, unpleasant smell. This odor lingered for two days. It took three separate requests before engineering finally came to inspect the issue, and even then, no one communicated the outcome to us. Because of the smell and lack of clarity, the four of us ended up using just one room for the remainder of the stay, which was extremely inconvenient.
To make matters worse, we all returned home feeling unwell, with sore throats that we strongly suspect were connected to the odor and conditions in the room.
Overall, this stay was nothing short of unacceptable. For a hotel of Planet Hollywood’s reputation, the combination of missed upgrades, lack of housekeeping, unresolved maintenance issues, and poor communication is simply inexcusable. I hope the hotel seriously reviews these concerns

I rarely leave reviews unless something is either terrible or phenomenal. This was not a good experience. Room was ok and was clean. Some minor maintenance items could be addressed. The pool had very limited hours, SUPER expensive drinks, and pretty limited options for soaking up sun due to all the space being taken up with cabanas to rent for a stupid expensive price. Even some of the normal pool chairs were only available for rent. We were pretty bummed about the pool layout and situation. The pool welcome staff/security were super friendly. The waitresses didn’t ask us if we wanted a drink at all so we got our own. The worst part was having the water shut off on our last night. We were not notified of a water shutoff from midnight to 5 am on our last night. This was a casino so some of our group was back after midnight and needed showers and to brush teeth, but we had NO WATER. Completely unacceptable. They said they couldn’t notify us due to our “do not disturb” sign beings door, but had been receiving communication via text and email before and during our stay, so they could have notified us. We were quite upset about this. Also for the price we paid, we could have spent just slightly more for a much better hotel and experience. They comped us $50 but I didn’t feel that was enough.

The sink was unusable because one faucet handle was stuck, so no cold water, only hot water and it's very hot. The toilet didn't flush well. At one time, I had to open up the water tank cover to stop water from draining.
