One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was pleasant, clean, and in great condition. The staff were helpful in spite of my poor Spanish and helped me with every issue. The staff even had some English which is not common in this part of Spain.The best thing was the welcome package, everything I or my partner could possibly need was provided, from the standard soaps and a hairdryer, to things like a razor, toothpaste and toothbrush, shoe horn, and feminine hygine products. I have never seen a bathroom equipped that well. I cannot reccomend highly enough

The hotel is only 30 minutes from town and directly adjacent to the bus station. There are several supermarkets and cafes nearby as well.

The only negative we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room failed part way through our stay, and they were unable to fix it after several attempts. This wasn't a major issue as we were able to open the windows.

This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz.

We really enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast.
Although I was rather surprised the see the Manager inspecting the buffet on both mornings and he did not acknowledge guests.

It's quite a long walk from the old town.

A gem of a hotel with very friendly staff

The first impression of a new hotel is the friendliness of the reception staff. I was very impressed that all my questions were answered at checkin without asking a question. The rooms are immaculate with every attention to detail considered. The hotel is clean, quiet and well appointed. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness and politeness of the chamber maids in the morning and generally the entire hotel staff. The hotel has very safe underground parking and is only a short walk into the center of badajoz. This hotel I can highly recommend.

Hotel Badajoz Centre February stay.

The hotel was very nice apart from the temperature in our room which was far too hot. Unfortunately the only way of cooling it was to open the window but the traffic noise was far too loud at night with the window open.

Stopped off here for the night on the way through to the south of Spain.
Got upgraded and the room was lovely.
Really comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking garage.
Lots of cafes etc in the vicinity too.

A very nice, clean and comfortable hotel.

This hotel was so much better than we expected. It was very clean, quiet and great dining room service. The area seems good and relatively convenient and fairly close to shopping.
Parking was easy and reasonably priced.
Front desk check in was friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a very nice decor and nice lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Good Quality Hotel

Hotel pools are scarce in Spain so we specifically booked this hotel so we could enjoy their pool but it wasn't open on April 20th yet which was a bummer. The bed was really comfy, staff were friendly and helpful and the room service was good. The room is full of amenities and extras. And they have underground parking (for an additional cost), overall we would stay here again.

The staff was relatively efficient apart from the breakfast area where they preferred to chat with one another rather than taking away dirty plates. The swimming pool was a sad site, tiny, full of leaves, obviously not meant to be used. Breakfast was good but on booking we did not realise that we had to pay extra - should be made more obvious to guests. Obviously more a hotel for business people than for tourist. Spaniards don't seem to smile very often.

Hotel facilities were good but the local area was noisy. 20 min walk from old town through business area. Some local restaurants but not high quality and hotel restaurant options limited. Great breakfasts and great sleep but this hotel is for business stopovers, not relaxing family holidays.

There was much to enjoy about the hotel excepting the administration. The management has a francoesque style of management that puts the customer last. As we checked in I noted that the people checking in before us seemed to take a long time but it was the procedure rather than the people. I was asked for my phone number. It's not normal to provide this and I hesitated because it raised its own security issues and then I was told that it was not a requirement but only after some time. The management appears not to recognize that tired travellers want to check in quickly. The receptionist was however friendly so it had to be the management style. The shower had no thermostat and hot water came out at great pressure which is fine if the shower is controllable but if you knocked the control by accident (it was at knee high level) then really hot water emerged. There are many countries where health and safety people would have become quite excited.

This hotel is right next door to a hospital if that is important. We had no complaints and the staff was friendly. Mini fridge in the room, comfortable beds, room darkening curtains. All in all very nice with store within walking distance.

Los zumos no son naturales, poca variedad de fruta, los embutidos de poca calidad, igualmente la bollería muy básica nada apetitosos.
No se aparca demasiado bien por la zona, pero el hotel tiene aparcamiento.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is also very clean.
However, there a number of installation issues whic affected my stay: the flush on the toilet did not work properly, it was very difficult to get the shower to work, and the air conditioning was extremely loud. While the pool was nice, it was a lot smaller than the photos reflect and the music playing there was far too loud.

Hotel bom, localização boa, quartos espaçosos e bem cuidados, um pouco antigo mas bem conservado, atendimento da recepção bom, café da manhã bom, mas o atendimento do senhor que gerencia o café da manhã é extremamente estupido, colocou os hóspedes que estavam terminando o café da manhã para fora, acendendo e apagando as luzes do salão e dizendo para sair pq já tinha acabado o horário do café. Tão grosseiro , desnecessário e estupido!
Tão mais fácil apenas fazer como fazem pessoas civilizadas ,se aproximando e educadamente avisando que o café já havia terminado, embora esses clientes já não estavam tomando mais café, estavam apenas concluindo alguma conversa e avisasse que iriam fechar.
Mas acender e apagar as luzes e falar: FORA, o horário acabou, foi no mínimo estupido é MUITO mau educado!

Hotel muy completo, limpio, habitaciones amplias, desayuno tipo buffet excelente y el personal de 10. Restaurante- cafetería en el mismo hotel, gimnasio, piscina, parking privado y si no quieres pagar, hay parking público a la puerta del hotel y si no fácil aparcamiento en hospital, estación de autobús...Parada de buses a la puerta del hotel con varias combinaciones para ir al centro, aunque andando son 10 minutos. Para repetir siempre que vayamos
