This hotel was in poor condition. Carpets were not clean. Fraying in tons of places. Our couch had what looked like a crusty poo streak on it. There was plaster chips from the corners of the walls on the floor of our room. The shower grout was not clean, had possible mold and missing in places. It smelled like weed and cleaner mixed in the halls and room. The only part of this experience that was great, was the staff. They were very nice.

The place was decent for the price. I was there for graduation and 10 minutes into checking into my room. The concierge person called to ask if I was single. Asked I was dating anyone.. I appreciate the manager for handling this situation quickly but this was just not the best way to start a graduation weekend.

It was an ok hotel. Not the cleanest but not really dirty either. Somewhat of a bad smell in the hallways and rooms. Bathroom door in the room did not fully close. The room and hotel were just adequate for a one night stay. Overpriced in my opinion. We probably could have stayed at something like a Super 8 for much cheaper and had a similar experience.

The hotel is so old and nothing was working. We paid like 700 for two days but quality was below one star. All things are broken, no toiltres or anything, we asked for fixing something multiple times but no service. The airport shuttle was 20 and uber was cheaper than that. No water bottle in room. Hope next time sometime better!

The windows needed the sills vacuumed, but truly had I not opened the window I wouldn't have noticed. The staff who checked me tried to check me in under a different first name, didn't ask for my ID. Overall, no real complaints, breakfast was great. Location is great, quiet and friendly.

Best way to describe this place is \"reasonably\". It is reasonably clean, staff is reasonably helpful, area is reasonably safe and quiet, value was reasonably good. There was a sign taped on the front desk that said something along the lines of \"The hot tub is out of service, we're sorry for any inconvenience, we are working diligently to get it repaired as quickly as possible\"....BUT it looked like the sign had been there for many weeks, if not months. I don't think they are working on it. Overall....It was ok.

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Clean sheets.
Just one tiny flaw... toilette seat was very loose. The would probably have come and tighten the bolts, but it was late and I was stoo tired to bother.

Beds & pillows were very comfortable. The shower was not as clean as should be expected but not horrible. The hot tub was emptied & out of order which we really wanted to use.!! It was one of the reasons we booked there was for the hot tub. Should have been informed about that. Other than that it was an okay stay in a quiet motel which was nice!

The room and bathroom weren’t cleaned. The sink had a big crack. We found a bug in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable. In our room there was not a darker shade for the window and we were right by lamp post and so light was in our eyes while sleeping.

Fist of all the pools weren’t working and it wasn’t inform till check in then they had me in a room when I go in there’s remodeling going on next they take me to another room and is not the correct room then they finally let me get to the room I was supposed to be on but the hallway smell like mold it was a strong smell it wast what o was expecting

Staff is great and helpful, the room is just meh. Curtains had a broken handle (my son fixed it), faucet is loose on the sink, chip in the side of the bathtub, stuff like that. The bedding is really thin so it was cold without having a really loud fan with heater on. Would like at least one thick blanket.

The bathroom toilet was made for a toddler, carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years, ice machine didn’t work on the floor.
If you want to rent the room by the hour, expect drunk people to sit on the steps outside, and have drugs openly used in the parking lot, then this is the place for you .

Room was clean staff was very nice and welcoming breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit bakery items stale breakfast was not allowed to be taken to our rooms worst part was throughout the evening screaming teenagers ran rampant throughout the hotel knocking on doors throwing notes and inappropriate pictures under doors my 14-year-old daughter was exposed to very inappropriate pictures drawings if you will from dirty magazines these were pushed under our door boys were outside screaming at people who are looking to see what the commotion was this went on until about midnight at which point I went to front desk no one was found however most parents for this hockey team that apparently was at this hotel were enjoying themselves in the lobby and or the banquet room consuming alcoholic beverages leaving unsupervised teenagers to run rampant and harass other hotel guests. Due to this my future stays at this particular comfort Inn well no longer be part of our itinerary options very disappointed and discussed it with the behavior and actions and the lack of discipline because of behaviors. For what was paid for this room this behavior is unacceptable it is ridiculous that the cost of this room is twice that of any other night sad that this behavior is tolerated due to this increase of demand shame how it's overlooked over a dollar while other guess who pay same amount if not more is unable to rest peacefully

Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected the experience. The towels had noticeable stains, and I found a few bugs in the room. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and the noise from other guests made it difficult to relax. The staff seemed friendly, but the cleanliness and atmosphere need improvement.

We didn't arrive until 1 am. Check-in was easy. We were worried because there was a sign at the desk that said \"there wouldn't be any water in the morning due to construction\", but luckily it was for the tower part. As a result, our room was not in the tower and the part of the hotel we were at was dark, smelly, and run-down. Our bed was clean and that is all that we need for those 8 hours 😊. Breakfast was average. We appreciated the coffee bar. It was cheaper to get an uber than to use their $10 shuttle to airport.

The heat/ac units need filters clean. Thos is a high humidity area and they smell like mildew. The carpets need deep cleaning or replacement. Building smells like left odors.

Bed was the worst ever slept in - felt like plywood.

I usually post only positive reviews but these items need to be addressed.

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars as our room was missing half the drape, so outside lights shined in all night. Staff was friendly enough but did not go out of their way to smile when they talked to guests - this is from multiple staff that we encountered. Hotel was clean, and had been remodeled, but shabbiness was just under the surface - didn't patch wall holes before painting, bathroom doorknob was loose, exposed screw in wall, lots of scratches/cracks in the doors/walls under the paint. However, it was immaculately clean and the tile was new, carpet still had \"new\" carpet smell, bedding was good and comfortable, even if the beds were small.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was almost $200/night and the hotel was worth about $70/night. I had higher expectations for a Comfort Inn. The hotel had a weird smell, felt dirty, housekeeping only upon request, towels were old, phone didn’t work, air conditioning was mediocre. Very disappointed!

The ceiling appeared to have leaks when we first checked in. On the second evening we returned just before the room upstairs turned on their jacuzzi. Soon after water started pouring through the ceiling, through the lights fixtures, and out the vents. Tried to call the front desk but this room had no phone.

We switched rooms after talking to the front desk but not really something that I wanted to do at 9:30 in the evening. Unlike the 1st room the 2nd room at least has a WiFi signal. For consistency the sink faucet shot water in all directions when on.

The breakfast was ok and the staff were at least friendly.

Insufficient parking when there were events going on. We stayed 4 nights from Fri to Monday nights. Housekeeping came into our room on Sat to clean and leave clean towels. That was the only time they came in. Sunday night when we returned to our room, both keycards did not work. Housekeeping was down the hall and let us in. When we realized they had not been in our room, we went back and took 2 towels off the cart. When the room was not entered Monday and we still had a pile of dirty towels, we called downstairs for clean towels and were told that the hotel was full and there would be no towels available until Tues morning after 9 am, by which time we would be on the road.

In the past they offered a free shuttle to the airport. This time the check in lady took my credit card for a $20 UBER fee, in the morning when I asked the man at the desk to call the UBER, he required my credit card again. Now that I have gotten home to check my credit card account I was charged twice for the UBER ride.

Well, first off, the information about the hotel shuttle on Hotels.com is wrong. Hotels.com says the shuttle operates until midnight, but I arrived after 11 pm and had to shell out for an uber.

The property itself seems poorly constructed and maintained. My room was mostly clean (the shower had some gross corners.

The breakfast was about what you’d expect for a Comfort Inn… edible, but super cheap in quality. Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils.

Front desk and the breakfast attendant were nice and friendly.
