Room was renovated and clean but the outside wasn’t updated. My children were scared to sleep there. Unfortunately no cable and when I asked to have it looked at nobody came.
I just needed somewhere rest and it worked for that. But it wasn’t matching to the online photos. And a 100 dollar deposit ridiculous.

The receptionist was not friendly nor helpful. The building was under renovations which is obviously required. The room was recently painted and still had the odor in the room as well as chalk dust on baseboards, coat rack. The floors were dusty and bathroom there was garbage on the floor.
The bedding and towels were fresh.
Outdoors the entrance and exit doors were filthy and one exit door remained open?
The majority of site had mattresses laying about.
Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, two types of cereal, milk, orange and apple juice. Apples.
Overall not a good experience for weary travelers
The bed was clean and comfortable. The towels were fresh.

The staff was friendly. We did not stay for breakfast. THE ROOM:----Another story. The door was severly damaged around the lock area although the door did lock but the safety catch was hanging partly off. The couch was dirty and needed a good cleaning or replacement. The best part was that the bed was excellent!!

We did not approach the staff about the room condition. Since the bed was clean and good, we let it ride!!

Upon arrival opened the lobby door and the smell of pot was very strong. Was also locked out of the room on night 2 and had to have them fix the key.

It was not up dated and smelled moldy the little fridge was over heating so had to turn off they charged me for a stay and I paid on line if I didn’t say anything they would have charged me double the sofa was so nasty you couldn’t sit on it the ceiling had water spots and they tried fixing and did not so good patch work

Arriving late evening they booked us in quickly with no issue. We were tired and requests a room we could park in front of and the change our room to a unit in the front. The room included a refrigerator and microwave. The area was quite and safe.

Bathroom was clean air conditioning worked very well however the room was in overall poor condition; ceiling was stained and peeling paint on the ceiling, the bed sheets had cigarette Burns in them right in plain view on top, and there was no breakfast available except for watered down coffee. Probably won't stay at this property again and we have stayed at this location several times in the past.

This place was TERRIBLE. It was absolutely FILTHY. I can understand dated, but our room and bathroom were straight up GRIMY. Suspicious stain on a chair, bathroom floor gross, substance on the wall by the toilet paper holder. Mold in the bathroom near the ceiling, ceiling was broken in places. The shower curtain was nice, but dirty.
We only had 2 towels for 3 people, and when I asked for a 3rd—they didn’t have any. Anywhere. The room had a capacity for 4 people. How is it possible for a hotel to run out of towels? They weren’t even full.
Breakfast was a joke. Nothing like pictures in the profile.
Beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean. Staff was friendly, even if unable to help with anything.

Its time to either close this property and perform major interior cleaning and renovations, or, its time to pull the Wyndham flag from this property. Room was wuite dirty and very beat up inside. Serious burn on the carpet next to the bed that is about a foot square. Carpet also dingy, walls dirty, doors filthy. Remarkably, the bed was comfortable and the hot water worked fine.

This motel has a humble appearance, but is sufficient. I like the rooms with an inside and outside entrance. All of the rooms are very large. All the staff were helpful. I usually leave too early for the breakfast, but it is enough. I enjoy some hot oatmeal and they have juice, milk, and coffee.

The 1st room I was offered smelled of pure raw urine - like it was embedded in the carpet bad. I was given a 2nd room & rather than just change the rm. number, I was billed twice and took a week to resolve the matter and the clerk told me i couldn't get a copy of my receipt. Also, despite a do not disturb sign - every Morning there was Knocking on door for housekeeping. This place used to be decent. Its one of the worst now and they don't seem to care.

The place needs to be demolished! Lights flickered when off, so i had to sleep with the light on. Bathtub had a huge soft spot under it. Couch needs to be burned, it had stains and grime all over it. The floor was grimy...after my shower i walked to the bed to put socks on and my feet were black on the bottom! Never again!

We had to let them know there was 4 of us in the room and the guy acted like it was an inconvenience he had to give us extra towels. Will not be coming back due to how we were treated.

I found a brown recluse spider in the shower and upon inspecting the rest of the room a possible black widow behind the sofa and cobwebs all over. I told the front desk I can’t stay there and if they can’t cancel the room I’ll take it up with Expedia. Clerk Tonia said there’s nothing she could do on her end. When trying to go through Expedia customer service they called the hotel and the clerk Tonia told them she offered me a room but I refused. So I was not refunded. I drove back to confront her and she said had been there since 4:45 which I know is I correct because I snapped a picture in the lobby when I arrived of a drop cord hanging out of the ceiling and plugged into an outlet. She tried to argue they were on central time and I was wrong about how long I was there. She pointed at the clock behind her which was right and she realized her system clock was wrong and ran back to the back room.
It’s a filthy place poorly managed and best avoided and shouldn’t be listed. I’ll be taking my complaint to Super 8 customer service.

The hotel was absolutely horrible! Arrived to junk washing machine and dryer right by the entry door. We go into the lobby to find air conditioners stacked against a wall and the desk attendant was busy playing on his iPad. After waiting awhile he puts it down and acts as if we were just disturbing him. We get to the room and there is plaster falling from the ceiling and no door on the closet. After using the toilet we find it won’t even flush. This was the highlight, yes it got worse. There was actually another guest staying at the hotel who tripped trying to get around all the disregard appliances outside. After running in and telling the desk attendant, I find he doesn’t have a first aid kit. We end up having to call the ambulance to attend to the injured guest because the employee refused to call for help. Thank goodness the kind lady who took a spill ended up ok with just many shallow wounds on her forearm and a bump on her head. I was sad thinking about what if this was my grandmother who got hurt because the hotel blocked the handicap ramp. Please just be aware of this hotel.

The lobby and halls were dirty and in a state of disrepair. General maintenance is long overdue. The pool area is used as a boneyard for old A/C units. Ceiling tiles were missing. Two rooms were reserved with ceiling spackle /paint peeling. I would not recommend this property.

The room overall was sub par: cobwebs in several places, dusty, spider found. See pictures shows condition of room. Sink plunger for stopper was missing.
The room had very pleasant smell, bed was comfortable, bathroom was acceptable; and staff was helpful.
The breakfast offering was very lacking considering the cost per night. Wyndham should be ashamed to offer their guess such a very sad breakfast.

The room was not cleaned! The carpet was dirty and wet! There’s black mold in the bathroom. Hair on the toilet. There was black like mold on the air conditioner vent. Blood on back of door and in bathroom. If it weren’t for everything else being booked up, we wouldn’t have stayed. I cleaned the entire room with Clorox wipes and sprayed with disinfectant before we brought anything in. We couldn’t check in early due to the front desk saying nothing was clean because they were booked the weekend before, even tho the parking lot was empty when we got there. So either everything was left dirty all week, or idk but Maybe 3 cars total in parking lot.

My room was awful. The place needs to be fully remodel. The ac in my room, barely worked, there was a plastic bad wrapped around the shower head, to keep it from leaking. The celing in the bathroom was chipping away. Also the where some king of stains of the celing above the beds, and the tv did not even work. It she was not worth my money to stay here again. Fully refund if you ask me.

This is a decayed roadside motel. The room was dirty. I found doritos and other trash under the furniture. The toilet would not flush properly. The room smelled musty. The tv didn't work. There basically is no breakfast even though they advertise it. Literally all they had were some packaged cereal bars, apples, and lukewarm coffee. The clerk at check-in was nice but the gothy girl at checkout seemed tired and bored.

One of the front doors was sticking and there was a note on that door to use the other door. Why not fix it instead of putting a note? The window in my room was stuck and hard to close. They did not have extra thicker blankets. The online pictures of the hotel made it look newer than it really was. I paid $75 dollars to stay there one night and it definitely was not worth that amount. On the positive side, the staff was extremely friendly and they had great customer service.

It cost me almost $200 for 2 rooms and he took my card and told me it was for incidentals and drafted $75 twice for 2 rooms .I stay in motels 4 days a week because of my job and they don’t draft any money any where else. Bed was bad, with a big rut on the entire left side. Showered head wrapped with a plastic bag to contain a leak. Holes in the wall patched up, but biggest issue was loud neighbors drinking beer outside the door. Several empty beer bottles outside I. The morning.
