Historically, this hotel has been decent value for the money, though in it's current state as of 1/16/26, it is not a healthy environment to stay in. The interior of the hotel smells musty/moldy and looks as if the sprinkler system went off months ago and caused water damage to everything (carpet/furniture/beds/etc.) and then wasn't cleaned up - rather just covered with towel-like chair/sofa coverings. The 2 hotel rooms I was assigned are in horrible condition (I've stayed in cleaner rooms in 3rd world countries), room carpet matted with dirt and debris from clearly not being cleaned, bodily fluids/hair on the bed, bodily fluids on the pillows, and bed linens and towels that were unclean and trash in the closets and floor. After checking in to the 1st room, I walked immediately out as the room was exceedingly dirty/grimy and requested another room - the 2nd room was also uninhabitable as the bed linens were visibly dirty with body fluids on the pillow/sheets/bedspread (both beds). The elevator was also out of service. I immediately decided to turn around, cancel the reservation and check out. I requested a refund at the front desk, and was given a receipt showing reversed charges for my 3-night reservation, though now 4 days later my credit card statement still shows no reversal charge/refund, though rather additional(!) charges - (4) charges in total (so I was in fact grossly overcharged). Don't waste your money reserving/staying at this property.

Hotel needs repairs. I booked 2 rooms. We had to switch both rooms. One room the floor was soaked in front of the sink. The bath tubs were nasty. The second room the shower knob didn’t work. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Staff was polite. Thats about the nicest thing I can say about this place. Not recommended for another stay.

Hotel was largely fine. Place was clean. My white sheets had bleeding on them from being washed with other colors. Biggest issue was the 2 mornings I ate there they ran out of hot food for breakfast. That just can’t happen.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway. It was a good place to stay overnight...clean room, large lighted parking lot and a good breakfast. Bathroom could use some updates as rust around the drain but good shower water pressure. Also, the room was a great value at half the price compared to other hotels nearby for a Saturday night.

I do not recommend.

Between the half full bathroom supplies, the broken dirty lamp shades and the poorly and crooked hung mirror, this property needs some serious TLC.
The pool area although kind of lovely, also needs some polish!
Breakfast closing at 9 am?
Would I recommend it? No!!
Will I return? No.
I wish I could request a refund or discount.

A pleasant surprise considering it is a value priced hotel. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Breakfast was also included. Do yourself a favor and DONT go to the dinner down the street. That place is awful. I did a separate review of them. This hotel is awesome and ill stay here again when in the area.

This hotel had musty smell even in the lobby when we checked in. We should’ve left then to find another hotel but it was 10 PM. The AC unit in our room did not work at all, which was why our room smelled of mildew. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom showed signs of brown rust in the shower, which we Could not use and also had a sewage smell. Rooms were dated along with the lobby that had one TV that did not work. The continental breakfast was very minimal and mediocre. Ending on a positive note the person that checked us in was very pleasant For working that late at night.

The property was disgusting! We didn't stay and after I showed them pictures of the room they refunded me. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The pillows should've been tossed years ago! They were lumpy, folded in half and put in a pillowcase. The sheets looked like they weren't changed, they had something sparkly on parts of them. The carpet near the baseboards in the hall and room had months worth of dust and dirt. The layout of the room was nice, but that was it.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could of went better. Everyone knows no one or hotel is perfect. The little things like the house keeper didn't change our garbages or bedding while we weren't there at the time it was supposed to but when we got there the bedding was clean ,garbage was clean, smelled good in the rooms, no bedbugs no dirt,no dirty garbages. I and our family overall loved it and plan on going back.

When we got there the guy at the counter said \"i hope you dont have pets\" that should have been my first warning sign. We did so he said I have one room. When we got in the room it immediately smelled of cat pee and cleaning supplies. So much so we debating on leaving and going elsewhere. We stayed because it was too late at night and I pre-booked the room. None of us could sleep because of the odor. The bed had hair on the sheets. The floor was damp and dirty, the bathroom tub had hair in it, rust by the drain, and back ofthe door lock was exposed showing the keycard components. The next morning early, I brought all of it up to the desk person and they were less than surprised.

Dirty towels were all in the hallway all night from when we got there into the morning and a smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. For the price I paid I would not go there. I would have rather drove a few hours more south and went to a nicer hotel.

Good and restful, but a few tweaks will help!

Breakfast food was OK (but I am GF/not celiac so I can't eat most options). The bed was very comfortable. The AC was fully adjustable. I enjoyed the pool, but it needed more care and cleaning (e.g., scrubbing the wall tiles, having more towels available; the patio outside the pool needs weeding). I did not have a bath towel when I checked in but got it from front desk in the morning. My shower was fine (a bit tricky getting the water temperature right) but then I could not turn it off completely. No one was at the desk when I checked out to tell them about that, even after ringing the bell. Otherwise, things were fine, but made me wonder.

looks like the property had some major water damage in the past, but the renovations to fix the damage were well applied. only down side to this was that the property was damp and dank, the rooms could use dehumidifiers. the staff was kind and helpful. over all this was the best hotel for the price point I would stay here again if the price state the same.

When we arrived the employee gave out a big sigh like he didn’t want to wait on us. The housekeeper kept nagging to him about something and not talk nice to him. The bathroom had mold and hot water wasn’t really much of when showering even when all the way turned. We found a sock from the last person on the floor near the bed. The fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep things in. We checked out the pool are water little cloudy. Nice space could definitely use and upgrade. Breakfast was ok but again the housekeeper nagging on the desk person. To have your guest her how she speaks to you was not a great impression and kinda felt bad for the guy.

My family & I stayed for a total of 4 days/3 nights. In that time, not a single day was our room serviced. No clean towels, no trash collection, & no making of the beds despite being out of the room no later than 9AM. Our second night there, my husband went down to the desk to request an additional set of towels to which the desk person said we would have had to request them in the morning???

The beds were comfortable. A light was out over the vanity, the hair dryer was falling off the wall, the shower had no water pressure and was scolding hot, the breakfast was decent 2 out of 4 days (got down 1 morning at 8 a.m. and the sausage & eggs were cold and waffle irons were off), and I asked the front desk for 3 fresh towels and they only had 1. Maybe it was just a rough week, but was definitely lacking in a few areas.

I arrived at the hotel with 5 children and my wife and I and from the beginning it was horrible. The room had a very musky smell to it and it resembled cat urine but we proceeded to stay anyway and just sprayed air freshner due to being exhausted from traveling from Arizona to Pennsylvania. The next morning we begin to leave and go to my vehicle and laying on the ground is a heroin needle in plain sight. I proceed to safely pick it up and take it to the front desk and tell them the situation and they act as if it's nothing no sorry or anything said. Now mind you im here for a week which I paid months in advance. So after said incident we move on with our plans. We return and want to take showers and ask for enough towel and washrags for 7 ppl. The tell me they can not provide that many things and each room only has an assigned number of both. So I now have to go purchase my own items from their local store so my family can shower. JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now it's the next morning and breakfast which is included in my reservation I ask for orange juice because they were out. I give the guy the container and go outside to get a few things out of my vehicle and make a call. I come back and ask for the orange juice and they tell me it's too late for me to get it because it was past breakfast time. Lol talk about a joke. So after my personal experience I would not stay here. There's plenty of other hotels in the same area save your money and some nonsense on your vacation.

Staff was nice & friendly but the place needs A LOT of work. First room had a bad mold smell, bathroom light made a loud sound and the door lock bolt was busted off the door. They did move us to a different room. Key didn't work sometimes and the next customer they put right in the first room we just left. The second room was better and we did stay,but don't think its the best place to bring your family Will not be returning there. Again staff was friendly just the place needs work.

I had booked a king room and told them I had a dog. When we arrived they told me there were no dog rooms on the first floor with a king bed. They gave us two fulls.

Our second stay here and if was just as bad as the first.
The room wasn't very clean, with black mold in the shower. The water temp was luke warm at best making for unpleasant bathing.
The automated sprinkler system had a cup over it. The bed frame had metal sticking out to catch your ankle if you were not careful.
No house keeping service, which ment no fresh towel, so you end up with wet floor mats and damp towels.

The guy at the desk tried to claim that my payment hadn't gone through and that I was obviously using one of those prepaid cards. He was very insistent o me paying again until I picked up my phone to call my wife so she could bring in proof of payment. Plus he never had me sign anything. That all seemed sketchy.
The bath tub had actual rust in it, the TP holder was rusty and dirty and some mildew in the tub area. The pillows we like the size of thow pillows. I have photos but cant seem to load them.
The breakfast was way less than its ever been in the past. No muffins or bagels, etc. (We've stayed here many time's over the years).
After arriving home we discovered scratches on my car that were clearly intentional (not that can prove it happened there).
Overall, very unhappy with how the hotel has gone downhill.

Honestly, it was a very, very, very bad experience. Very old rooms droppes of water to take a shower. Took me three hours to wash my body I was using a small bucket and some room cannot heat up because the draft of the cold air coming in I still don’t believe this hotel. It’s existing in America. I’m shocked so please stay away from this.

It was a stop on the way home. Convenient, off the highway and next to McDonalds and a gas station. Room neighbors were noisy slamming the room door. Maybe install soft close doors. Dog friendly, but humans don't understand that you stll need to do pick up duty at the pet area.

The bathroom honestly threw the stay for us. It was not good. The toilet wasn't stuck to the floor it was like a rollercoaster every time we tried to use it. And the tub looked like it needed new chalk and cleaning.
The staff was great! Very friendly and polite. The pool and pool area were nice. The room itself was good, beds were comfy.

We ended up staying in two rooms. First room the tv didn't work and then we found that the shower only had hot water and only one towel.
We got moved to a second room, which had marginally better cold water flow, but the hot had to be turned down to hardly any flow to have a shower. The shower was also dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned.

We were placed in the 3rd floor, however the elevator was out of order and we had to drag everything up the stairs.
