Neither pool were open. All doors were locked up and a note dated 6/16/26 that they were closed for repair. We looked in and there was about a foot of water missing in the pool and the water was so green I’m sure frogs were living in it.
The room- totally dated and GROSS!!! Smelled awful. Rugs were ripped up, what looked to be someone’s “coughed up” mess was on the wall.
The shampoo etc was not filled thankfully we bring our own ALWAYS!!!!
1 bed was super hard and the sheet didn’t fit, the other was ok but sheet was so wrinkled.
AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT?????? HA!!! Continental breakfast that you had to drive up to the front desk area for !!!!!
Cheap yeah, no bugs but do your research. Lots of stray cats that are actually being feed there. The bowls are out in the grass. Amenities can’t be used,and the news reports! They actually had the door still police taped and barricaded up from a previous brutal attack on a female visitor by the hopefully now previous owner!!!!! Drug bust in Nov! We couldn’t cancel so we had to make do with it. We didn’t really encounter any issues but the second night we came back and the parking lot was so full we had to park along the grass about 75 feet from our room. We should have been able to park in front of our room door as we were told we could!!!!

For the price this was a nice place to stay passing through Brattleboro. Everything was fine until an employee, without knocking, just unlocked our door and walked in at 10:40am and said “Check out”. Someone could have been dressing. We felt very rushed even though checkout was 11am. It took a lot of restraint to not verbally lay into the guy. Just make sure your extra locks are secured.
