Really great hotel that's only a 15 minute straight walk to/from Skandeberg Square. The area is also nice (beside all the embassies with 24 hour security so feels really safe). Hotel is well kept, very clean and rooms are modern and comfortable. Shower design was a bit akward but that's only a minor issue. The only complaint is that breakfast was consistently cold no matter what time we went. The \"hot\" items are placed in serving dishes thay dont actually have any heat source so they just sit getting instantly cold. It doesn't help that the aircon in the breakfast room is set to arctic so you're sat there freezing and cant even rely on the breakfast to warm you up. Staff were very helpful and overall our stay was great. If it wasnt for the cold food, we'd have scored our stay as excellent.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in in a long time and a really comfortable bed, both of which made getting good nights sleep after long days of tours effortless and very much appreciated. Room was very clean and cleaned daily throughout my 5 day stay. Lots of amenities around the hotel. Great facilities with an in house restaurant, room service and breakfast included. Good value for money as well. Very happy with my stay here and would be very happy to return here

A good hotel and fairly well positioned to walk into the city. Not a lot around the immediate area and it lacked a bit of character (like Tirana itself). The hotel was decent although a bit noisy due to the positioning of the room I was in. The bathroom also had a bit of a bad water odour (suspect the drains needed a proper clean). Staff were friendly and breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good (a bonus as the surrounding area didn’t have many good options). Overall it was a decent hotel option if visiting Tirana

A decent stop over in Tirana compared to what else you might find. Property is illuminated by spotlights which also illuminated the room all night, making for a difficult sleep. Car parking listed as 'included' but there are only about 5 spaces and no alternative safe option in this city. Restaurant food is basic for the price charged, and the chefs seem to think hammering away at a meat carcass is an acceptable thing to do at 8pm while guests are dining, causing an unpleasant noise that resulted in us leaving the restaurant early.

No complementary water, limited parking, poor breakfast - at 830am all glasses and cutlery were gone and almost all food.

Room was big, but nothing special. Elevator slow and ISO 9001 certificate displayed throughout the hotel expired in 2021...

Really lovely and beautiful hotel.
Staff were really helpful.
Arranged transfers cheaper than Hoppa allowed late check out until 2pm.
It’s near embassy and we felt safe. Allowed breakfast to be taken to our rooms .
Walking distance to the main square and shopping .
Doesn’t have a spa or gym, although another site does.
WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms, used hotspot from roaming

Nice hotel close to the main square (around 10 mins walk). The only concern is that I mentioned during check in that I won’t be able to attend breakfast because I’m traveling early in the morning so they said they will prepare a box for me, apparently they forgot and gave me a very poor meal. A hotel with this quality should have better service. And i received no perks of the VIP access except and small bottle of Proseco.

Perfect, everything was as expected. Plenty of space in a room and in bathroom. Main disadvantage is a lack of parking spaces. You have to leave a car in front of the hotel, leave the car keys at the reception and then they move your car if necessary.
Suggestion to hotel management: install self service coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant.

Stayed here for 3 nights on 3rd floor. Liked it. Breakfast is OK, efficient and friendly service from waitress too. The hotel attracts a good quality of guest, no noisy or inconsiderate people whilst i was there. Some traffic noise at night though but slept quite well.

Appena siamo arrivati in taxi, l'autista ha detto che è un \"hotel super\", e infatti lo è.
La location è perfetta a ca 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Skënderbej e vicino si trovano bar, ristoranti, un supermercato e altri negozi.
La nostra camera era molto bella e grande con la vista sulla statua davanti all'hotel.
L'hotel è molto pulito e lo staff gentile. Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta. Credo che sia uno dei migliori hotel a Tirana e se dovessimo tornare, soggiorneremo sicuramente da loro.

The location, cafe, and cleanliness of the room were all great. But what made the stay particularly great was the staff. Every person I dealt with was warm, friendly, and helpful. Especially Endi at the front desk who pre-arranged every taxi I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s our go to place when we stay in Tirana. The only criticism i would give is the queen size beds are not exactly queen size. It’s two twins combined together. Makes for uncomfortable sleeping. Other than that, the staff is superb, location can’t beat and it comes with one of the best breakfasts anywhere.

Within walking distance of all the city sights. All the personnel we came in contact with were very helpful, especially the front desk staff. Adelina went out of her way late in the evening to arrange a day tour of Albania for us--at a very good price. Benches around their very clean outdoor fountains was a great place to people-watch and relax, they even set up a large outdoor movie screen so we could watch the soccer games each evening. Highly recommend the Colosses hotel.

Noise, pretentions and overbooking!

This hotel does ‘overbooking’, does not apologize and charges you extra fees! I had booked a room for single use with a big bed and balcony. I was given a closet-sized one, with a small bed and no balcony. I was explained by what they called a ‘manager’ that this was due to overbooking, and that in order to have a decent room I was supposed to pay extra (ie 45% of the price already paid). Not a word of excuse, no free upgrade, just extra fee. Behind the fake, kitch facade of this hotel you will find lots of pretention and very bad management. Ps on the basics: beware of noise from the busy boulevard. They put tons of plaster on the facade, but forgot to noise proof the rooms!

This is my second stay in this hotel. This time room was smaller than last time, but comfortable. Breakfast could be better for a hotel in this class, but generally OK. Not many places in the vicinity (there are many places within 8-10 min walk, though) if one wants to eat outside. Parking was easy.

Excellent location on the same road as all the embassies. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. Great selection in the breakfast buffet. We also ate two dinners there and both were fresh and delicious.

The only negative is that the mattress was very firm however we have booked another night at the end of our trip with them because of how great everything else has been.

Great Centrally Located Hotel in Tirana

Hotel Colosseo provided a fantastic stay in Tirana. Centrally located with a friendly staff, modern rooms, and a tasty breakfast, the hotel offered everything I needed for a short stay in Tirana. The hotel's cafe also offered a nice atmosphere and good food at affordable prices. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to provide guests with complimentary bottles of water in their rooms on a daily basis, particularly as the city is quite hot in the summer.

Upon arrival, I knew I made a great choice. This was my first in Tirana so I was very excited, because the hotel is close to city centre and walking distance of a lot of museums, theatres and shops. The staff was wonderful and friendly, they spoke English and the valet person was helpful in giving us places for night time entertainment and live music. The rooms were beautiful, beds were big and comfy and the bathroom and shower were huge. The food was delicious and service prompt. Because it was located across a Embassy, I like the extra security. I have already recommended this hotel to people.
