The self check-in system does not work at all and be ready for long process and phone calls.
I have been there last year and it did not change at all .
I do not want that experience anymore. So, I will not stay there anymore . I do understand their step, but do not accept their solution.

Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, at check-in we were specifically told that if we arrive late and leave the hotel before eight in the morning we do not pay for parking on the road in front of the hotel behind the blue line, we did so and received a report from the police. It is very unfortunate that they misled us and caused us heartache and an unnecessary and expensive financial report

My favorite hotel in Liberec!

I often come to Liberec for work, and I always try to stay in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I like the breakfast spread, which can be eaten out on the patio weather allowing. The location is optimal for transportation in and beyond Liberec, and it is near some good restaurants and the shopping mall. Not all hotels in Czech Republic have air-conditioning, but this hotel does and I greatly appreciated it during the July heat. I left some things by accident in my room, and the manager kindly arranged for them to be kept safely for me until I could pick them up. I'll be back!!!

Ok hotel in central location

The hotel is in central location of Liberec. Due to covid19 reception was closed and no much options in the bar. Breakfast was basic and I had to ask to bring several items which wasnt there (bread, tea, etc) some staff wasnt really nice. When we arrived on first day the girl was very helpful and recommended us some places to visit.
Room was spacious with comfy bed. We had a terrace but view over the buildings so not very nice plus there is no light so not much for usage.

It was great that we had a top floor room, nice view and overall pleasant experience. For the time we got there, and for the fact that no one else was there, I would have expected earlier, 1 hour, to be offered, however we were advised that check in was not able. Otherwise, we liked the experience.

We loved this hotel, very modern, clean and right in the city centre! Excellent amenities, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast too, would definitely stay there again!
The only slightly awkward thing was the lack of a door or curtain on the bath/shower, made showering a bit messy. Parking was pricey but reasonable for the city centre, seems to be limited during weekdays but stayed there for a weekend so it wasn’t a problem for us.

I'd stay here again.

Good location not far from the magnificent Vienna City Hall and an underground train stop. Lots of interesting restaurants in the neighborhood (Indian, Peruvian, and Italian food). Sound-proof rooms and I slept soundly. Small space, but well organized and designed. Big breakfast spread with good coffee. Good wifi! I'd stay here again!

The parking garage is low capacity. It is shared with another companies and I took 20 minutes to find free space.
The location is very good, close to the center.
Wifi conncection is not stable. Maybe it depends on the time.

We arrived 1 hour early so we were not permitted to immediately check-in. The restaurant was closed so we could not use the hotel toilet. And there was no public toilet in the building! The walls are paper thin. We could hear the couple in the room below us having sex. It was like being in a hotel that rents out rooms by the hour.

A favorite of mine!

I travel to Liberec at least once per year and always prefer to stay here. Rooms are very thoughtfully arranged and equipped. Great breakfast and super location. There was a problem with the lock on my door, but the woman who came on behind the desk after 6 pm was very kind and quickly cared for the matter. I will happily stay here again!

Rooms (not as usually) combine practical view and design - first time I have seen outlets/connections for HDMI, USB and audio jack at the bedside to conveniently connect own appliances to the TV set. The history of the chain owner is as well very impressive.

Spent four nights here in February, and was very impressed. A nice modern hotel in the centre of Liberec so within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Great area for skiing and walking, only an hour's drive from Prague. No lift to top floor though, which was a bit of a pain with a heavy suitcase. Restaurant had limited selection for a vegan, and closed half way through my stay for refurbishment. Hotel parking expensive so parked on street some distance away. Slightly noisy from trams and neighbouring rooms as walls thin. Some minor design faults in the room but overall very clean, comfortable and high quality. Good breakfast selection.

Nice hotel with a small customer service \"but\"

We had a lovely room at the hotel, clean and pleasing with a nice view. We enjoyed the stay at max. The only thing was the customer service at the hotel. We didn't felt very welcome at the reception, the staff was slow with not willing approach.

Generally, the hotel was great, nice place, excellent cleaniness and room comfort, just the 4* hotel service (reception, restaurant) should be better.

A very comfortable hotel in a very central location in Liberec. I was very impressed with the style and comfort - good desk space, wifi worked without any issues and shower room was clean and smart. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Staff were freiendly and helpful.

Great for short stay

There is a parking garage attached to the hotel but there are only certain spots available to guests, on the main and lower floors. Only some spots are 0-24 hours and some are only good to 7:30 am. Next, reception was friendly and helpful. We had rm 502 which faces the back of the property. Not the best view it did have a really nice, private terrace with 2 chairs and a little table. It was nice and quiet. The room we booked was a Deluxe Double, and it was pretty small. But as were were just there for one night it was fine. The bathroom has a nice jacuzzi tub with a centre drain, but it's pretty small for 2 taller people. My chief complaint was the towels; they were rather small and of cheaper quality ...a small detail but I thought it was a strange thing to skimp on when they are going for the boutique feel. There was also no bathrobes, which we were expecting based on the room description. There is a digital cable box for some premium channels and channels in other languages. The room had a window that opened, and of course the terrace door. There was functional A/C as well but it was noisy. Last ...the bed. Very comfortable with lots of pillows. But as is typical in this part of Europe, the bed is 2 twins pushed together with 2 individual duvets. The hotel allows dogs, and it's located just a few minutes walk from the city's main centre area. There is a mall nearby with a Billa grocery store. Overall, a very good choice in Liberec.

Nicest hôtel in Liberec

I have stayed at the Radnice previously and seen other hotels in Liberec and this one is the only one that is \"modern\". It is very clean and the location is perfect (although Liberec is very small).Only downsides are: - rooms does not have good soundproofing so you can hear hallway / other rooms noises. - breakfast is minimal, there is a small buffet and some a la carte plates but quite basic.

My room was excellent! I had a great rate, but even at twice the prices my room would have been excellent. Loved the jets in the bathtub and the breakfast! I did have to search a bit for the coffee-maker, but found it in a drawer. Really a great job of putting together this hotel in Liberec! I'll stay here again if I travel to Liberec again.

Staff was super friendly, helped me store my bike in their secure ski/bike room. Breakfast was a good deal for only 6eur, staff was great there too in preparing eggs and fresh coffee. If you want a more comfortable room at a great place, this is a good place to do it.

Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Venligt og rigeligt servicepersonale inde på hotellet (ingen reception, men en vagt i lobbyen). Udmærket seng - til gengæld var der ikke gjort rent under den. I dagtimerne (8-20) infernalsk støj fra noget, der kunne være en borehammer, under hele opholdet (juli 2025). Mangelfuld information fra hotellet før ankomst - der kunne let laves en bedre vejledning vedr. digital check-in og digitale nøgler. Kommunikationen omkring parkering indem ankomst var meget sparsom, både hvad angår beliggenhed og hvordan man skal forholde sig for at få adgang til p-kælderen (spoiler: henvendelse til vagten i bygningen, enten personligt el. ved tryk på knap ved indkørselsbommen). Under opholdet ingen problemer med ind- og udkørsel - muligvis kamerastyret, men hvorfor virkede det så ikke ved ankomst, når nummerpladen var registreret ved bookingen?
Alt i alt et ophold, der var acceptabelt, når man lige fik styr på modus operandi, men savnede mere/bedre information og mere komfortable lydforhold.

Der self-Check-in funktioniert noch nicht so, man braucht Hilfe bei der Eingabe z.B. der PKW Nummer (sonst kein Parkplatz) mir wurde ein falsches Zimmer (ohne Wanne und Balkon) zugewiesen-deshalb ärgerlich, weil du dann doch wieder auf englisch den Mann vom Self-check in anrufen musst, nach 5Minuten hin und her zur selbst Herstellung einer eigenen Zimmerkarte funktionierte es dann doch und ich bekam ein besseres Zimmer, als ich gebucht hatte. Zimmer dann top, Blick auf Liberec auch. Badewanne im Wohnzimmer, toll (gewöhnungsbedürftig) Frühstück gut-Personal freundlich.

We had a nice stay in the Pyloun City Boutique Hotel. Check-in was automatic via a tablet on the 5th floor as we arrived late. We had to pay an additional 2000 CZK as a deposit for the mini bar and possible damage in the room. Our room was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately there were no elevator for the additional floor so we had to carry our suitcase for some stairs. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom construction was a bit unusual as there were a lot of mirrors and the wall had a window through which one could look into the room or the other way around. A roller blind was available for a bit more privacy.

The staff was friendly and understood English well. The breakfast room on the 5th floor was also the reception and had enough diversity food wise.
We enjoyed our stay :)

The staff is very friendly and Agatha made my room perfect for my stay. The hotel is amazing with small things like umbrellas in the rooms etc. But the check-Inn is just terrible for a 4 star hotel. Most of the mobile phones are not working to open thd door and the reception is not available most of the time. A 4 star hotel should have a reception open at least from 3 to 10 pm. The mobile and self assistant check-inn is not working at all. This US really sad as the first impression of the hotel is not good even that the hotel is great.

Just perfect!

Service was superb. We had one person who had difficulties to go up to the reception because of the fear of heights and the reception was in the 5th floor (and there was only elevators with glass walls), so they tried to change our reservation to an another hotel, but it was full. Finally we managed to get up to the room and it was perfect. Nice room with balcony and five-star breakfast with sparkling wine was a cherry on top of the cake.

Nach unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass wir ein \"falsches\" Zimmer zugewiessen bekamen.
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten hat sich dann die Hotelmanagerin sehr nett für uns eingesetzt und uns ein anderes, sogar höherwertiges Zimmer mit Terasse zur Verfügung gestellt.
Nach einer Verletzung beim Ski-Fahren waren die Angestellten und die M;anagerin sehr zuvorkommend, hilfbereit und am Gesundheitszustand interessiert.
Ich kann aus dieser Sicht das Hotel nur empfehlen.

V hotelu se ubytováváme již několik let, jsme zde velice spokojeni. Líbí se nám poloha hotelu, čistota, možnost parkování. Hotel má velice milý personál. Pokoj nám byl denně uklizen. Měli jsme terasu. Možná bychom uvítali trochu větší výběr na snídani co se týká sladkého pečiva, ale i tak jsme se ráno vydatně nasnídali. Určitě se zase vrátíme ...

Sehr gut war: Frühstücksbuffet, zentrale Lage, die Betten die für uns genau richtig waren (nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich) und allgemeine Atmosphäre.
Mangelhaft war: außer Funktion gesetzte Brandschutztüren (Obentürschließer ausgehängt). Weiter ärgerte mich, dass wir für die Minibar die Kreditkarte hinterlegen mussten. Obwohl wir ohnehin keine Minibar nutzen wollten.

Für die Generation ,die kein Englisch in der Schule hatte sehr mühevolle Kommunikation.(keiner spricht Deutsch).Frühstück war o.k.,fehlendes wurde schnell nachgefüllt.Abendessen ist im Hotel nicht mehr möglich,aber im Umkreis von 100m 3-4 sehr gute Restaurants.Austattung der Zimmer gut bis sehr gut ,wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terasse und Sprudelwanne (war sehr angenehm,wenn auch ein bisschen laut)und wenn bei der Zimmerreinigung noch ein Staubtuch dabei gewesen wär, dann wäre es perfekt gewesen.Betten waren auch sehr gut.TV einrichten hat ein bissel gedauert weil in der Anleitung schlecht beschrieben,aber man bekommt es auch hin.Alles in allem können wir das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel sind die 2 obersten Etagen in einem Bürohaus mitten in der Stadt. Trotz moderater Preise kommt ein Hauch von Luxus rüber.Die Aussicht von unserer Terasse ( Zimmer 617 ) auf die belebte Stadt war fantastisch.Ein Parkhaus für 8 € zusätzlich gibt es auch. Bummeln in der schönen belebten Stadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomischen Einrichtungen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich.

Hôtel moderne tout confort très bien situé en centre ville, notre chambre donnant en arrière cour était calme, petit déjeuner correct.
Malheureusement la terrasse de l'hôtel était en travaux donc inaccessible. De plus, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de rentrer un soir et de trouver notre chambre non faite. Après réclamation auprès de la réception, la chambre a été faite, ce qui nous a obligé à ressortir. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, c'est dommage!!!
J'attendais de leur part un geste commercial qui n'est pas venu.Par contre le réceptionniste s'est excusé alors qu'il n'y était pour rien. Il y a eu un loupé!!!

Vi hade bokat rum för 3 personer men när vi kom fram sa dem att det fanns inga 3-rums rum lediga. Receptionisten sa att det händer ofta via internet bokning!! Sov 2 nätter på obekväma extrasäng.3:e natten fick stor rum. Det läckte från AC;n, blev inte båttre trots dem var där oC fixade. Större rum hade massor med myror vid extrasäng som vi fick själva spraya på. Inget varmt vatten på kvällen sista natten. Och spegeldörren hängde lös..

Hotel besteht in einem riesigen Geschäftshaus aus 5.&6. Etage. Zimmergrösse für mich war ok, aber die Einrichtung topppp. Tv,, Dvd, Radio, Klima, Bar, Bad mit GLaswand vom Zimmer getrennt mit allem,was man braucht, zig Handtüchern, echt tollen Seifen&Co + Wanne mit Whirpool. Das beste, die Zimmer im 5. Stock mit riesiger Terrasse und Blick zum Jestedberg. Das Frühstück mit Abstand das Beste, was ich in 50 Tschechenhotels erlebt hab, über der City von Liberec mit Sekt, frisch gepresstem Osaft warme Waffeln,Obst +Gemüse. Zi. Kostete im ANGEBOT 30!! Euro über Expedia. Lediglich das Parken unten im Parkhaus ohne Alternative war 200 Kcs (8€)
