We had an upper 1 bedroom with sea view. 2-min walk to the beach, clean pool on-site. Mini-market and restaurant directly adjacent to the apartments makes it very convenient. Good value and excellent location if you are looking for something off the tourist beaten path. Staff were helpful and kind.

Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us.

The room was not finished vey well. The cabinets were almost falling apart. The staff is very friendly but the apartments were lacking in everyday kitchen amenities. The location is great- right at Playa Kalki and Go West dive shop.

This apartment was perfectly located as a 1 min walk to kalki beach. My partner and I loved travelling across Curacao and hitting up all the different beaches during our the day but ending our day at kalki, watching the sunset, going for a swim and grabbing a drink from the resort bar next door was always the perfect way to cap off our afternoons. There’s also a couple of great restaurants nearby within a 10min walk, be sure to reserve a table though as they book up quick

Right from the start, our stay never felt right. \"Check-in instructions\" required us to inform the property of our ETA, which we did. Although, we didn't receive any information (we reached out earlier with some questions and didn't get a response until we reached out directly on their website) for check-in procedures which was a little unsettling. Instead, we were unsure about manually opening the gate (some heads up would have been nice).

The place wasn't what we expected. And so many extra costs that were hidden: $20/day for A/C in kitchen, extra charge for housekeeping, extra charge for laundry. Things not included opposed to the add: TV, king bed was actually 2 beds side by side, no tub, ceiling fan broken in bedroom, and stove didn't work very well.

When we informed the owner of our issues, he responded in a defensive matter like a bully, asking us if, \"we could read\" and \"that's Expedia's fault\". His professionalism was poor and I didn't appreciate his condescending demeanor towards my wife.

There was maybe one other couple during our stay so the entire property was quite vacant. We thought we were offered to change rooms for the last couple of days to salvage our trip (lost in translation) but there was a charge required. At that point, the offer was tainted and felt out of spite, just to get a decent review. So, they doesn't actually care about their customers, just the review...

We had a wonderful stay. Mr Abraham is a terrific host and there is an onsite handyman that was just great and so pleasant. We were thankful for google translate however. When we first arrived we had been assigned a 3rd story apartment with a beautiful view (according to my husband) I have mobility issues so I didn’t go up and through my own fault I didn’t think to mention it. They immediately made accommodations for me and put us on the ground floor. We were grateful and lucky they had another apartment available. The apartment was clean but minimalist. No t.v but we didn’t miss it. We would recommend a few more kitchen items. There was one medium pot and two pans and no mixing bowls or containers of any kind. The pool area is beautiful and well kept and the location is 2 minutes from the beach and dive shop. We would definitely go back.

Good accomodation near beaches

Got the owner to arrange a taxi from the airport as we didn't want to hire a car for our stay. There is a local public bus service which is good but not frequent. We stopped at a supermarket before getting to the apartment and stocked up. We spent a week at westpunt in nos krusero. The room was clean and comfortable . Good shower, Aircon and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were upstairs and had our own balcony,which was fantastic as it caught the breeze. We had a kitchenette and did our own cooking. Any problems we had were sorted promptly by the lovely man who works there. There are 3 good beaches, kalki, the nearest. Had a cafe . A 15 mins walk to forte beach, shingles beach but our favourite. Not busy and crystal clear water. Then piscardo beach, busy and again clear water. This is the beach where they feed the turtles. You can get food here too. Beaches get busy at weekends. We easily caught the bus into Willemstad, download the ABC app for information. It was 3 us dollars for two people one way. It's worth a look . The accommodation was just what we needed. Loads of parking for people with cars. And loads of choice of room choice. Nice pool too.

Nice, great views but it’s not deluxe.

Hard to describe and I’m not one to criticize but will. First overall the room was ok but a deluxe, not. Many little things. Walked in the room which was clean but fridge wasn’t plugged in, took a day to get to temperature. Patio furniture looks good but it’s not comfortable for sitting. It’s a deluxe room yet only had one lounging chair. Patio is great though, large, private and overlooking the ocean. Pool area is quaint which was ok, however the furniture was homemade wood loungers and frankly got hard after a while.
Finally, a pet peeve, basically although there was internet for five of the seven days it bordered on non functional. First two days speed was fine, actually could watch a show. Last five days, no speed (1-2 mbps) and it basically shut down every 5-10 minutes. Raised the issue several times and in the end never resolved.
It is the south so we are ready to expect the unexpected, u fortunately we did have some unwanted insects. We took care of it and management did say they exterminated regularly but they were still there.
Overall, location was great, view is fantastic but it is not a deluxe room. Maybe for this facility but not when compared to many others.

Great location, poorly maintained rooms.

The property is located in the heart of westpoint conveniently located to diveshops, restaurants and beaches.

The property is very nice and well maintained - the guy on prem was very helpful and took great care of us.

The room itself is quite awful though. The door slams in the wind so you need to wedge a plastic bag to shim it up if you want any peace and quiet during your stay.

The couch is dilapidated to the point it's quite painful to sit on. The bed lacked a boxspring and the mattress was beaten up as well.

The bed had a plastic cover on the mattress that was covered in blood, and the sheets were about as terrible as the toilet paper. I wasn't expecting to have 1000 threadcount Egyptian cotton or 3 ply Charmin, but honestly both were pretty bad.

The bathroom needed plumbing attention - the sewer gas was seeping back into the room from either the sink or the shower or both.

I spent most of the time trying avoid the room, which of course anyone would - Curacao isn't indoors. But it would be nice to have a bit better accommodations when you need a rest or want to unwind at the end of the day.

Very quiet and safe. Nice swimming pool. A good place for relaxing as a couple or family with children.

Far away from everything, no convenience store or walking distance restaurant, however, there is plan to have one. Near beach was nice but lots of little coral rock’s on shore, a protecting shoe is required.

Nice apartments close to great reef and beach

This was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is very clean and well maintained we had a nice sized one bedroom. There is a nice pool with some shade and a caretaker, Jose, onsite. I love the area it is super close to Playa Kalki and Gowest dive shop and a great reef. We had a nice and relaxed stay diving.

This is a very nice property offering super easy access to a gorgeous Playa Kalki beach with excellent swimming and snorkeling. The unit we stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bedroom, spacious sitting/dining room, kitchen and patio. We drove to it from Willemstad and got groceries on the way at New California market, otherwise there are no stores or mini markets in the area. We forgot to buy coffee and ended up with a drip coffee maker, filters but no coffee - good chance to go without coffee for three days;) Just bear in mind that in the apartment you will not find any basic supplies - no salt, pepper, sugar, oil, napkins, paper towels, etc, so stock up on your way! Otherwise it’s a very pleasant place - safe, friendly, relaxed in naturally beautiful area. Close to all the gorgeous beaches and the Shete Boka national park - a must!!! We had a marvelous time at Nos Krusero - just right-size your expectations!

As expected it was a small room BUT very close to a Great Snorkeling spot Playa Kalki. Go West diving is right there for you divers. I had a fantastic time snorkeling there .
Only downside was a bit of a drive for a good supermarket or dining experience...although playa forti is only a few minutes away it is all open air dining ...other restaurants were available close by but On vaca we get what we want right? lol There are also bigger roome apts if you want them check out the site..

Laid-back place to rest between hikes and dives

Nice apartments extremely close to the beach and Go West Diving, and a short distance from hiking at Shete Boka Park and Christoffel Park. The owner lives on site and is very friendly and helpful. The cable didn't seem to work on our TV, but I was easily able to link it with my smartphone in order to watch Netflix. Be aware that there are no grocery stores nearby, and that some of the restaurants in the Westpunt area are closed Monday-Thursday. If you are one of the few travelers in Curacao without a rental car, the ABC Curacao bus app is extremely helpful. The 9A bus runs between Westpunt and Willemstead every 2 hours.

Location, location, location

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the second floor with a good view across the street from Kalki beach which has great snorkeling and a pro dive shop - you can also dive right off the beach. Diving is not our thing but there is amazing snorkeling at this beach and others within 15-30 minutes drive. For example, swim with sea turtles at Playa Grandi and the colour of Playa Kenepa Grandi (or Grote Knip) is like a swimming pool. I love this apartment for its location and spaciousness.

PERFECT location on Playa Kalki, especially if you intend to dive (Go West Diving was an excellent dive shop). Easy, secure parking. We stayed in the Deluxe Room, which had every amenity one might need -- we cooked for ourselves most nights and mornings and also enjoyed using the fridge/freezer to keep our water bottles chilled. Hendricks in the office was very helpful when we had tire problems, suggesting a tire repair shop, offering to help put on the spare, and even checking in later that night to see how things were going. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall we were extremely pleased!

We like the west side of the island which is where Nos Krusero is located. There is a nice beach dirscty across the road. The property is clean, well maintained, comfotable and safe. Communication was great before and during our stay. Hendricks is a good person, sat down with us providing tips, information and insured we were satisfied and had everything we needed. I hope to visit Curacao again and I would stay and recommend Nos Krusero apts.

Location - Great location in Westpunt. It is minutes away from several of the nicest beaches in Curacao and hiking.

Property - Clean and well kept. We stayed in a container studio. everything was relatively new and modern style. The balcony is lovely with a poolside view and to watch the sunset at the nearby beach.

Hospitality - Hendrix and his family are very friendly and helpful. On the first day, he personally walked us through all the property amenities and provided suggestions/directions for activities.

I would absolutely recommend this property.

Another great vacation at Nos Krusero! The location across from Playa Kalki is perfect and enables easy access to other beautiful beaches. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which is very spacious. Only negative of our stay was the amount of mosquitos - no matter that there are screens on the windows, that we sprayed bug spray and kept doors closed, we could not stop them from appearing! A real frustration which has a lot to do with the season and not the hotel - just be prepared!

Nos Krusero is located in the Westpunt area of Curacao. This area is quite rural with limited dining and entertainment options but the reefs are incredible. Nos Krusero is just across the street from Go West Diving, Playa Kalki (the best of over half a dozen beaches in the area), and an excellent reef, Alice in Wonderland, for diving and snorkeling.
A rental car is necessary to stay here and also remember to shop for food before you come. You will be cooking many of your meals here.
We have a two bedroom unit. It is large and spacious with wall unit A/C in each of the bedrooms. No A/C in the living/dining area. The unit comes with a refrigerator, stove/oven and coffee make. There is adequate pots and pans, plates, bowls, and cooking utensils for the 3 of us. Dish towel, soap and scrub provided. There is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and bedding provided with adequate closet space.

Two hammocks are hanging outside the patio with a table and chairs and sitting area. A rack is provided to hang your wet scuba gear and swim wear. There is also an outside tap to rinse off all your swim stuff and sand off your feet.
A pool is outside and laundry facility is available to wash your clothes. Check is in easy. A small coded lock box is outside the door and the unit keys are inside. Staff is very attentive and a flakey WiFi and leaking kitchen sink tap is fixed immediately. The unit smells like it has been sprayed for bugs.

Quiet and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nos Krusero! After being near the city for a week, we loved the more quiet laid back setting of Westpunt. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The closest beach was a 3 minute walk, with great snorkeling and shade. Our 2 kids loved the small pool at the apartment and the porch/balcony was spacious and always breezy. The only improvements I would have liked were in the kitchen- better supplies and a blender would have been great. Also, more comfy furniture on the balcony would have made it more homey. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Nice quiet location

We stayed there for a week while on vacation. We were there to do some diving. We really enjoyed apartment H. Beautiful view of the ocean and so close to the dive shop and the beach. If you are looking for an all inclusive type of place this is not the place to go. But if you want a quiet place away from the crowd, it is perfect. We would have breakfast and lunch on the nice terrace looking at the ocean. And have a nice afternoon nap in the hamac. We went out every night for dinner to some very good restaurants not too far from the apartment. A rental car is a must if you stay in this part of the island.
The apartment had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. The place is also well set up to store diving equipment, big locked storage room with a lots of hangers. There was even a nice rinse tank. The owner is very very helpful. We will go back for sure.

The facilities were nice and Henrik, the owner, was very friendly. He was on premise almost everyday asking if things were good.There was a pool to swim in & sit around after we were done diving and the porch had a hammock - all very relaxing. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes, pots, pans, & utensils. Cleaning was offered weekly.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment across the street from Playa Kalki and within a 15-20 minutes drive to the best beaches of the island. We were here last year and enjoy the convenient location, the quiet, tranquil area and ease of access to other west coast beaches. Tried the pool which was clean and a nice relaxing area. Wifi was sometimes capricious but always working - so no complaints from my teenage son. Ideally, this is a good place if you prepare your own food because there are about 5 restaurants in the area and only 2 within walking area - there is a snack bar at the beach but it is not always available for food. Would recommend if you want peaceful rest while exploring nature.

We have had the most amazing week in Curaçao and our stay at Nos Krusero was a big part of this great experience. The staff were amazing and very friendly. They made sure we could ask for anything if needed. The location of the apartments is ideal if you love beautiful beaches and surround yourself with nature. We found fantastic walking trails right outside our door. The beach, Playa Kalki is amazing for swimming, snorkelling and diving. We definitely plan to go back to Nos Krusero apartments. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful location for beach activities and scuba diving. National park is also in a very short drive. For nature lovers, this is heaven! (Can't tell you how many times I ran into forest falcon: Caracara during my walk in the neighborhood.) Load your grocery up before you head for Westpunt. This is my 2nd visit to Curacao. Westpunt is still my favorite; too hard to NOT use it as a home base for exploring the northern half of the island. Nos Krusero is surrounded by nature elements, and it's a very safe and friendly place.

Here is summary of our stay at Nos Krusero Apartments Curacao
1. Immediately after our booking at Expedia we received email from Nos Krusero Apartments Manager with directions to establishment, shopping advice, car rental and dinner offer.
2.Member of the staff was waiting for us to make sure that we are well accommodated
3. Apartments are gated, situated very convenient in walking distance to Dive shop and Playa Kalki Beach in Westpunt. Short drive away is Sol restaurant. Our rental was on 1st floor, spacious enough, clean and furnished with everything necessary to feel home.Good air conditioning in kitchen and bedroom and ceiling fan in adjusted living room. Apartment had floor ceramic tiles throughout for easy cleaning
*Kitchen was equipped with microwave, coffee maker, good size refrigerator, gas stove, stoneware, silverware for serving and cooking for 4
*Living room had dining table with 4 chairs and coach and nice pictures on walls
*Bedroom had king size bed -very comfortable, Bathroom had sink and shower with shelf. Phone at living room, 30mb WiFi Internet and Good selection on TV channels, washer
*Small patio with hammock was in front of apartment
4. Beautiful pool garden with beach chairs is available for off beach relaxation
We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner was going out of his way to make sure that we are comfortable - 5 stars hospitality

Beautiful hotel, spotless clean and well equipped kitchen. Bed was a bit hard for me but my husband loved it. The only issue I had was reservation stated weekly housekeeping but we never had any. Our garbage was full and only 1 roll of toilet paper with no replacement for either.
Otherwise excellent stay.

perfect for scuba divers

We will return to this hotel - service was great, location was perfect, quality of room and amenities exceeded the price we paid. Stay in a room on an upper floor for a view and a breeze. There is a rinse tank and a place to store scuba gear, or use the excellent facilities at Go West (dive shop) across the street. The beach across the street is sandy and nice and the shore diving was fantastic from Go West's pier. Eat at Sol Food (a short walk from the hotel, delicious, make reservations) and the owner will give you her personal guide to the area. Westpunt is remote and a long drive from everything else, but the diving is better and it's quiet with access to several lovely beaches. As far as we could tell, Nos Krusero is the most conveniently located hotel to the beach and dive shop. Even people at the fancy cliffside resort have a longer walk and more stairs to the beach.

Hot and Mosquitoey But Nice Location

The hosts were very nice and responsive when my shower hot water never appeared. Luckily the local water is tepid and tolerable :) The main room of the apartment was stifling hot, despite fan; and it was mosquito season so I was bitten to pieces. (The bedroom had the A/C.) Keeping the door open to get any air meant bugs. There are no food supplies at all in the kitchen, not even paper towels, and no coffee making tools. The beach is literally yards away and excellent. The hammocks were great. There are 4 restaurants walking distance (including the resort at beach), but you have to drive some distance for food shops.

Stayed here for 3 nights then spent 4 nights near Willemstad. Wished we had more nights here! The 2 bedroom apartment was large and bright. Favorite thing was the large private shaded balcony. The location of this apartment (front side facing the road) creates amazing cooling cross-breezes that were a nice reprieve from the hot sun. The beach is literally across the street and there are some nice walking paths up on the cliffs above. No grocery store anywhere close, so definitely stock up before you come. When we picked up our rental car at the airport, they programmed the huge Centrum Supermarket in Willemstad into our GPS so was easy to stop before making the drive to Westpunt. One night of barking dogs across the street that went on awhile and forced me to close windows and use air conditioner to block out the sound (otherwise the cool cross breezes make it very comfortable to sleep with no air conditioning).

The only reason I can't give it a higher rating is because there was a lack of communication from the owner. For example, it was unclear where and how to check in when we arrived. The owner is not onsite and eventually we found an employee (who didn't speak English) who called the owner and received instructions about getting us to our apartment. A couple days later, a new guest showed up at OUR door trying to check-in and looking for help. But overall this was a great apartment and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing place to stay in Curacao

This place is a best kept secret. Beautiful, state of the art kitchen with all facilities, can easily sleep 4 or even 1 or 2 more. It is a fantastic deal, charming apartment, and located in Westpunt, 5-20 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Curacao. I cannot say enough good things about this place or the owner, who was very friendly and always there if we needed anything. Nos Krusero is a great deal and a wonderful place to stay and unwind on Curacao. I will definitely be back.
