Great stop over

When stopping over on the way back to UK we were very comfortable in this little gem of a hotel. Definite step up from the usual chain hotels. Easy walk to town to eat and decent breakfast before leaving. Definitely we will use again.

Very disappointed with this hotel

On the look of this hotel when we arrived looked quite nice, we had to pay before we saw the room which when we opened the door of the room we understood why it was very drab the walls were a horrible colour, the room and bathroom were very small and it all needed updating, very depressing, we had breakfast and payed extra but like the room it was very basic, disappointed as we booked a sea view and did not get one we did not complain as we were only staying one night, it's a pity as it's in a nice spot near the beach

We arrived late in the day. Asked the desk clerk whether there was a refrigerator in our room and when he said there was not, we asked if he would chill a bottle of champagne for us. He said yes, and it chilled while we went into town for dinner. The town is small but has several restaurants to choose from.

The bed was very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. We only stayed one night.

Hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and doesn't currently have a sign, so after a long drive we weren't sure if it was the right one! Lots of bare concrete and rubble in the main areas but the bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable.No lift so had to drag cases up two flights of stairs which wasn't great.
The car park is adjacent but is public and insecure. There are lots of flats behind the hotel so people coming and going at all times. We had concerns over the security of the car and its contents so ended up taking most of our stuff up the 2 flights of stairs.
Overall, although the room was fine it was expensive for a hotel in not great surroundings and we wouldn't return.

Family room stopover on way to the Alps. Slightly difficult to find but once in perfectly acceptable. Room very clean. Some building work outside so not the prettiest. Breakfast buffet good but a bit steep with no children's prices and 9€50 a head.

Very comfortable room and a step up from the standard motel type accommodation. We arrived on New Years Day and it was clear that building work was in progress and the hotel was on minimum staffing with few guests. However, the staff on site (owners) were very helpful and there was minimal inconvenience to our stay.

nice clean inexpensive hotel close to town square

This is a family run small hotel that is a couple of hours outside Paris. Wonderful for a one night stay. A lovely town square is a 5 min walk and has an old church, shopping, and a choice of places to eat. We had a couple of drinks on the square and then some very good Chinese food a street over. Service and room cleanliness was very good. Overall we enjoyed it greatly and recommend it if you are in the area.

Very good sized family room. Decor quite basic, but in keeping with price level. Well equipped room with coffee making (including biscuits and chocolates!), hair dryer in bathroom and overhead shower. Lots of towels and all immaculately clean.

We stayed at the hotel on route to Como, Italy. Our party consisted of two adults and two 15 yr old boys. The hotel was very clean and the family room has a double bed and two singles. All were comfortable. The bathroom was user friendly. The location is excellent. Just off the main route to Nancy but within walking distance to the charming town square where bars and restaurants can be found. For families with younger children the square has a children's playground. The buffet breakfast is very good value. The hoteliers are a coupe who obviously take pride in their hotel and are welcoming. Highly recommended.

Très bien pour un court séjour.

C’était une nuitée à mi-chemin de notre voyage. Tout était correct et en ordre, juste nous avions des voisins bruyants qui sont arrivés en retard. Le troisième lit pour un adulte était trop petit et se trouvait entre 2 murs pour que vos pieds ne puissent pas pendre dessus.

Hôtel très calme, nous avins été très bien accueilli, la réceptionniste (Cynthia si je ne me trompes pas) est très sympathique et avenante. Idem pour le service au petit déjeuner, la moindre demande est satisfaite. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et pratique, parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. La femme de chambre est très serviable et soucieuse de notre bien-être. Très bon séjour pour nous grâce au professionnalisme du personnel. Je recommande cet hôtel sans réserve.

La chambre est confortable et le petit-déjeuner excellent. La gentillesse de l'accueil par la gérante est à souligner. Seul point négatif de l'hôtel est que certaines chambres (A1 entre-autres) n'ont pas de vue à l'extérieur et peuvent donner l'impression de dormir dans une cave!
