Stayed half board 3 nights but some aspects only average. Quite a lot of noise from nearby road. Big groups being accommodated each day so quite busy.pool area closed for maintenance.

arrived at your hotel at 22:00 and was extremely disappointed with the condition of my room. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to change rooms despite the following serious issues:

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell due to humidity.

The blankets also smelled very bad and felt unclean.

The hairdryer was damaged and had a hole in it.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a 4-star hotel. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. I

Unfortunatly I would advise to avoid...

Would not reccomend this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night before our campsite reservation was ready. Check in was very poor with little or no info given. We were told we would have to pay extra for a travel cot despite requesting one before booking & providing children's exact ages in advance.
We were given free water park tickets to use for the facility across the road but it was closed.
Check out staff were equally as unhelpful - only holding 2 of our bags whilst we visited the water park - that was open the next day.
No other facilities around the area.
Hotel was a ghost town in the afternoon & evening with no one to serve drinks.
Breakfast was the saving grace - lots of variety.

The hotel was almost empty, probably because it was off season. I think the spa was closed too. The rooms were clean, the people working in the hotel were very helpful, the place was very quiet. I think it's a very nice place in the summer. Breakfast was ok.

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us .

The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it .

Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself .

It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona.

Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day .

Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .

No AC. Its broken and instead of contacting us before we arrived we came all the way out there. They didnt even tell us when we checked in. When we told the front counter they said it was broken for the whole hotel and it would be fixed. It wasnt fixed. When we asked about it again they said it may be fixed the next day. But then later we were told it may not be fixed again the next day. I have a feeling its what they are telling guests to get them to stay.

The floors in our room were not vacuumed and had stains that were crusty so you know they've not been clean in a long time.

Theb pillows were hard again not changed in a long while.

It was hot and uncomfortable so we didnt sleep at all.

We will be asking for a refund. The place has potential but maybe there's no financial capacity to maintain this hotel. It was very quiet and very few guests. I would require at the hotel before booking to ensure the amenities are working and available at this property.

1. Website said 24 hour check in, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, because we were going to arrive after midnight. When we arrived it was closed and we had a note with a number to call, and a 20min wait to be checked-in. We were chastised by the manager saying \"we close reception at 10pm\". Not happy.
2. The hotel is advertised as a Spa hotel, another reason for booking over other locations. I also informed my partner that while I worked she could enjoy Spa etc. Not even a pool. When we arrived we were told the Spa did not work and had not worked for some time. False advertising.
3. The breakfast was minimal and basic, not 4 Star. Very disappointing.
4. My friend booked there because I booked there. Her room was bad and smelt like sewage. She only told me this as we left, and she was too kind to complain. The hotel was sub-standard.
5. Overall the hotel was old, tired, poorly maintained and spartan.

I rarely write bad reviews, I stay at many hotels around the world (I'm a gold traveller), I feel this was one of the worst and falsely advertised. I will ask for a refund.

We called it \"The Shining\"

A strange nightmare. A huge hotel -- with almost no-one in it -- that did not seem to want another customer. A room with no A.C. in July -- and no help to deal with it from staff. Locked up and gated at night, so requiring a doorbell ring -- nothing wrong with that -- but the only open garage (apparently for buses) filled with random piles of cardboard boxes every few feet. An insane shower apparatus designed to be a back massager that was only capable of shooting one needle of ice cold water out into the bathroom itself.

Wir waren zu 4 mit einem Kleinkind und können sagen dass war das letzte mal in diesem Hotel. (Schandfleck)
Zimmer absolut nicht Sauber. Einer von uns hatte ein behinderten Zimmer (keine Dusche, kein richitiges Wc). Durch nachfrage ob ein Zimmer tausch möglich wäre wurden wir sofort darauf hingewissen ein tausch sei nicht möglich das gante Hotel sei Voll. Wir selber sahen nie wircklich viele leute weder durchs Hotel gehen noch in der Tiefgarage. Nicht wircklich freundliches Personal. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Von dem Essen oder Frühstück wollen gar nicht erst anfangen.

Area parcheggio vasta, ascebsore per raggiungere la reception. Check in non cosi veloce, camera spaziosa ma rovinata
Bagno grande ma anche questo molto usurato ( la doccia non si chiudeva ,il getto dell'acqua debole, sgabello rotto, temperatura acqua o bollente o gelida).
Colazione ok con vasta scelta ( cappuccino terribile ).

Check out non cosi veloce non c era nessuno in reception.

A bit run down, but ok

Everything was mostly fine, but the building is old. There were three giant cracks in the plastic sink in the room, that they clearly have no intention of fixing. The stairs from the garage were roped off cause a spotlight was hanging loose from the broken ceiling.

Good breakfast, everything else was clean, staff was nice.

Viaggio di relax con amiche per un weekend nella vicinissima Bardolino. A parte un piccolo disguido con la prenotazione, risolto immediatamente direi bene. Ecco forse la considero un 4 stelle per una serie di cose, il bagno in camera non aveva finestra e la ventola non funzionava e c'era perciò un po' di odore di risalita dagli scarichi. La colazione continentale nella media, ma mancava un servizio bar. Erano disponibili solo i dispenser. Siamo rimaste solo una notte quindi tutto sommato bene.

Snabbvisit

På genomresa så vi kom sent på kvällen och åkte tidigt på morgonen. Lätt att parkera kostnadsfritt bilen i garaget. Lite hårda sängar men fräscht rum.
Frukosten serverades kl 7.30 men då vi checkade ut redan kl 6 var de snälla och bjöd in oss på frukost precis innan vi skulle åka, mycket bra!

Im Internet wird mit Swimmingpool und Wellness geworben. Das wurde aber nie gebaut, trotzdem bekam das Haus 4 Sterne. Das Haus ist angenehm großzügig gebaut. Der Servicemann beim Frühstück ist absolut keiner von Gastronomie. Der ist absolut nervig mit seiner täglichen Tischbevormundung

Il tutto da rispolverare … non propio pulita la stanza .., colazione con prodotti scadenti ( meglio meno scelta ma più qualità) , brioches del giorno prima mescolate con quelle fresche … la mezza pensione è stata deludente … mancavano i prodotti menzionati ne menu .. comunque tutto sistemabile a parte il direttore che e’ stato maleducato con due camerieri davanti a noi pensando di fare lo splendido ,noi tutti ci siamo rimasti male !! In aggiunta al soggiorno di due notti incluso ingresso al parco acquatico Rio Valli (distanza un paio di minuti a piedi) un giorno in più.Le Suite che rimangono al piano Zero rispetto alla sala pranzo ecc non hanno vista (molto verde sul davanti) però per quello che ho speso più che belle. Det var et skønt sted, og især morgenmaden og hele området, hvor vi spiste morgenmad - ude eller inde - var hyggelig, og tjenerne søde.
Vi nød den lille by, Cavaion Veronese og dens skønhed midt i vinmarkerne, og vi den korte køretur til Bardolino og Verona.
Badelandet var også rigtig fint.
Alt i alt et skønt sted væk fra al turismen, men tæt nok på alligevel.

A good 3-star hotel, but in no way a 4-star. The staff is kind and servicemindet. The morning buffet is fine by 3-star standards. The hotel conditions are okay, but not a 4-star worthy. There is no spa - they should remove those pictures, as it is false marketing. The elevators have not been checked since 2016, not safe.

Avoid staying at this hotel. The rooms had ants (alot) and moisture damage from the looks of it. The room door did not close/lock, which resulted in me sleeping next to the door during the night. as there was no security accessing the rooms from the garage. Furthermore the shower did not work as expected, and there was no shampoo. The breakfast was mostly sweets. There is nothing close by either, so you need to take the care to buy food or basic items.

The hotell staff were friendly though.

Abbiamo usato la struttura per una notte durante il viaggio verso il Trentino. Arrivati alle 22 abbiamo trovato una calda accoglienza, una camera pulita e grandissima, forse le riparazioni del lavandino del bagno appaiono molto evidenti ma... chissà cosa può essere passato per la mente all'ospite che gli è saltato sopra! La colazione in una grande sala con buffet dolce e salato. Un buon punto di sosta non lontano da Affi.

En déplacement en Italie pour une compétition sportive, l'hôtel à été choisi presque par hasard. Au final un établissement certes un peu vieillissant mais propre, chambres spacieuses avec vue sur la vallée, chacune avec un grand balcon. Probable que je revienne là lors d'un prochain déplacement dans la région.

Matratze des Sofabettes in der sogenannten \"Junior Suite\" eine absolute Katastrophe, auch nach bitte um Austausch oder zumindest einer zweiten Matratze wurde nicht reagiert ... Frühstück am ersten Tag ein Alptraum, nicht mal den Kaffee konnte man trinken ... auf Beschwerden wurde verhalten bis garnicht reagiert ... am zweiten Tag war es ok und auch die verantwortliche Dame im Frühstücksbereich fragte ob nun alles in Ordnung sei und war überaus freundlich ... Fazit: nich eine ziemliche Baustelle im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, wir würden es in diesem Zustand nicht nochmals buchen

Buon albergo, situato vicino all' autostrada comodo per una notte per poi proseguire il viaggio verso il nord, comodo per l' aeroporto di Verona etc.

Ottimo qualità prezzo

La cosa migliore di questo albergo è la colazione, la scelta è infinita. Ci sono tanti lavori da fare nella struttura a livello estetico ma tutto sommato è funzionante. Personalmente non mi piace il letto matrimoniale con due materassi singole e mi sono trovato male con i cuscini (troppo duri e bassi).
