A very solid place to stay, a few minutes' walk from the ADO bus station. A great option if you only need a night or two. The room is very basic, but the towels are high quality, and the cleaning staff is very attentive. I especially enjoyed meals in the restaurant. A negative point is that the AC unit is regulated to only go down to 25 c and the fan cannot be turned higher than low. It gets pretty hot in Oaxaca, and it would be nice to have a cooler room.

This is a very nice hotel, except for two things that could be improved. We had a room with two full sized beds and neither one was really comfortable. The other thing is that I tried twice, for over five minutes, to get hot water from the shower and never succeeded. Otherwise the hotel is is nice, and located near the bus station and a number of good places to eat. The service is also friendly.

This hotel is very convenient for the bus station, right outside, but nearly all the rooms have Windows inside the passageways, we were able to get a front room window, which suited us but of course it was very noisy overlooking the main road, the restaurant was nice.

Great location for a weary traveller!

Great location for travelling, right next to the bus terminal - I stopped here for a few hours sleep between a 10 hour bus ride and a long flight home. The hotel let me into my room quickly at 2am in the morning and the room was large, clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Recommended.

Good value hotel right next to ADO station

I stayed for 2 nights mainly due to its proximity of 1 minute walk to the ADO station. To my surprise, this hotel with mainly local customers are very well maintained with decent crowd of customers.

The receptionists don't speak English but they were helpful. Check in was fast as I prepaid for it. The room was spotless clean and serviced daily. I stayed at Room 206 which is a far end corner room with a window facing the back road. I think this is the best room. Wifi was fast and accessible from the room. Some of the room are front road facing or with window facing the corridor inside the hotel. These room may not be desirable.

The hotel provides baggage storage so that I was able to take a day tour on check out day and then rest in the hotel lobby till my night bus departed.

There are a couple of supermarkets around the hotel. But it takes about 15-20 minute walk to the centro. So it depends on what is convenient to you.

Great location but a but loud.

Stayed for Day of The Dead. Right off the bus terminal for ADO. 10 minutes from the town center and they provide tours to all the major sites. Being next to the bus terminal it can get loud. That's our only complaint.

Buen hotel

Es un hotel céntrico, las habitaciones amplias, las camas cómodas, la comida rica de buena sazón! El personal muy amable y atento! Casi no estuvimos en la habitación ion porque fue durante la Guelaguetza, lo único que si está pesado es las escaleras, ya que no tienen elevador y cargar maletas grandes y pesadas es un castigo!!

Para empezar no contaba con restaurant, había personas trabajando en reparación hasta las 9:00 de la noche,cuartos muy pequeños ,techos con humedad, hasta telarañas en las paredes, el baño para bañarse la presión del agua muy despacio, con poca agua tibia, no hay agua caliente, francamente no me gustó.

Great hotel. Very clean, staff are very nice. We arrived 3am on the ADO bus and there was someone there to check us in when we arrived. Highly recommend this as an option close to the bus station, or for a stay in the city. Nice neighbourhood to walk through nearby.

entiendo que no pueden controlar quienes se hospedan ,pero a media madrigada un grupo de varones llego al piso en el que estaba hospedada, haciendo mucho ruido, jalando muebles y cerrando puertas sin la mas minima consideracion para quienes estabamos descansando, en esa misma habitación se podia escuchar como roncaba a un volumen altisimo el señor alojado ahí
La factura nunca fue enviada en tiempo y forma como se solicitaba a pesar de haber pagado por adelantado .

The 19 rooms are on two levels and offer direct views of either the gardens, pool, or those under the porch offer views of the courtyards. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception.

Further facilities include air conditioning, a children's playground, bar, wireless Internet access, and a car park. Under the personal direction of its owner, the rooms have been tastefully decorated and each is furnished with a unique style the incorporates rustic bed linens, bathroom lights, air conditioning, TV, heating, furniture, tiles, woodwork and much more.

All in an environment of soft pastel colour tones that offers a serene and intimate place of rest. All are also en suite with a shower.
