Great hotel with great amenities. Staff is super friendly. The a la carte dining is very reasonable (meals under 6€). Free outdoor parking (there is a 5€/night charge for indoor parking if desired). Bus stop is a 2 minute walk and direct bus (30 minutes) to Seville (fare is 1.75€ each way). Perfect way to visit Seville!

Overall it was a nice hotel that had everything we needed. Our toilet constantly sounded like it was filling up but with the bathroom door closed you couldn’t hear it. I don’t love the half glass door thing on the tubs but that is found all over Spain so it just took some getting used to.

A great place to stay for access to Seville. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel and about 30 mins into the city.

2 nights at the Hotel TRH La Motilla

The hotel was a very good choice in terms of taking the bus into downtown Sevilla and not trying to find a parking space. The bus stop is across the street and the bus brings you to and from Plaza De Espana, where everything is within walking distance. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds (2 singles pushed together) were very comfortable. The breakfast had a very good variety of foods which pleased us. Our only complaint is that our room, which was on the top floor (floor #3) was very warm. We discovered that the air conditioning in the rooms has been turned off at that time of year even though both days, it was 26 degrees Celsius. Only the heat worked in the room. The only way to cool down the room was to open the window. The residential area under our hotel room has a park-like setting and one very early morning, we were wakened by someone in the park with their yapping dog. If it wasn’t for the air-conditioning issue, I would have rated this hotel much higher. Our reservation clearly states for Comfort: Climate-controlled air conditioning and daily housekeeping. The hotel did not deliver on the ‘Climate-controlled air-conditioning’.

The hotel is basic but adequate - clean , big rooms , courtesy water and cava supplied, friendly staff . Next to a shopping centre and with lots of good restaurants and bars within 3 minutes so perfect for a road trip stay over for us on the way through to the Algarve . Breakfast was excellent and very cheap. Great value for money ! Only complaint was poor soundproofing , could be a little bit noisy but as it was off-season and quiet it didn’t impact us .

Spacious hotel easily accessible and perfect staff

The hotel is very easy to find. Parking situation is good and easy to access.
I liked my room with a balcony, the swimming pool area is lovely and nicely landscaped and most of all the staff, from the receptionist to the ladies filling the breakfast trays, is exemplary in its attitude, attention to client and amiability.

Beautiful hotel and excellent rooms. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Has a nice refreshing pool. Parking was not a problem. Only about 15 - 20 minutes away from Seville by car. Breakfast was really good. I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Handy hotel if you are planning to drive around

It is a bit dated hotel, as can be seen from warn out doors. Sound insulation is not that great, noise from outside can easily be heard. Breakfast is not bad for a budget hotel. Several choice of meat, two-three choice of cheese, fruits, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee etc. Free farking space. Dos Hermanas is a nice little town, you can have dinner there as there are couple of nice restaurants in town centre. 30 min drive to seville, close to motorways if you are planning to go to nearby cities. I would recommend if you are low on budget, doesnt need to be inside Seville, and dont expect high quality.

Great hotel during Semana Santa

We stayed at Motilla during Semana Santa in Seville, and you can expect sky-high prices for hotels during this season and almost sold out.
The town of Dos Hermanas is about 15KM away from Seville city centre, but there is a public bus that runs approximately once every hour to Seville's Plaza de Espana. Single bus ticket was approx EUR 1.60
Free parking spaces outside the hotel complex, and you can also park underground (secured) for EUR 5 per night. But there is no need to park underground unless you require extra security for your car or belongings.
The hotel is quite big and clean, and staff are VERY helpful and polite, always trying to give you as much information as possible.
Rooms were big and comfortable. The only negative point was that there was a smell of smoking in the corridors, but once you go to your room, it was fine.
Breakfast has a good choice of basic variations with hot/cold dishes. The best part of the breakfast was the freshly squeezed orange juice machine that you do it yourself. Very good.
On our last night, we had dinner downstairs, which was a buffet for EUR 10. Amazing price for what they offered. Its not Michelin star, but for the price, we had a wonderful dinner with several choices.

OK for an overnight stay

I booked this hotel for it's location only. As I needed to be nearby, it's a nice enough place you wouldn't holiday there. OK for an overnight stop. The restaurant in the evening only had a buffet which was great for the coach load of tourists tucking in, not for me though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with good internet. Bus stop just across the road. 20 minutes to town out of peak hour, 45 minutes to 60 minutes in. Peak hour. Saves driving in crazy traffic and definitely worth it. Parking in hotel grounds free.

Decent hotel with little character

Parking space was available in abundance and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spacious and seemed recently refurbished, but looked rather generic. It seemed more suited for the business traveller than the holiday maker. The pool was big but was covered from the sun by the hotel building much of the day. Taking towels from the hotel room for the swimming pool was restricted but the hotel charged a fee for swimming pool towels. The room was spacious and clean and had a balcony. The breakfast was okay and the staff very attentive. Gluten free bread was available upon request. The hotel was about 25 min. away from Seville's city centre by car, but was located in the town of Dos Hermanas, which offers a good range of bars, restaurants and shops.

Gentillesse du personnel, propreté, très belle piscine dont nous n'avons pas.pu malheureusement profiter à cause du temps. Bien appréciable d'avoir l'option demi-pension même si la cuisine reste une cuisine de collectivité.
Un bémol cependant, manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres mais comme très souvent dans les hôtels.

Generally we had a good stay at TRH La Motilla when we visited Seville. (We stayed there for a week)

Pros:
very friendly staff
clean rooms and daily fresh towels
free parking in front of the hotel (roadside)
nice hallway, seems to be renovated recently
Cons:
- food quaility varied a lot (one day it was great, another day quite miserable, but mostly average)
- rooms have quite thin walls and you can easily hear your neighbours and sounds from the hallway (usually till 11/12 pm)
- the bathroom could use some renovation (was clean but outdated and minor damages e.g. joints and silicone and doors should be fresh painted and adjusted)

Hint: If you are a vegan I would not recommend eating there as the choice is very limited (you wont find a lot at breakfast besides cereal, oatmilk, bread and fruit)

II booked a triple room(33 sq m, Sleeps 3, 3 Twin Beds).
But they gave us the room 101 and the beds were not twin beds.)
Most of all, we couldn't have rest at all because the large air conditioner in the restaurant downstairs was so loud, so we asked to change the room.
At first they said, there had been no such complaint in the past from other guests and there is no other triple room left.
We told them in that case we will move to another hotel.
Finally they changed the room.

Be careful! I don't recommend staing in room 101 in the summer. You will have nightmares.

Este hotel está genial, el personal súper amable, todo muy limpio, la habitación nueva, cama súper cómoda. En frente del hotel el bulevar de tiendas y el Factory. Y al lado una plaza increíble llena de terrazas y bares súper chulos. Que más vas a pedir??? Todos al TRH sin dudar. Yo voy por trabajo mucho a Dos hermanas y no dudo seguir alojándome.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y me ayudó con la conexión WiFi que no era muy buena en la habitación. Las instalaciones del hotel y limpieza son muy buenas. Sugiero engrasar las visagras de las puertas de las habitaciones, el ruido al abrir y cerrar puede resultar molesto para los clientes que deseen descansar. Excelente ubicación para bares y restaurants. Buena impresión general, sin duda repetiré.

Das Hotel ist eine tolle Gelegenheit Sevilla zu besuchen. Mit dem Bus, der neben dem Hotel hält, kann man direkt zum Place de Espana fahren.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und preisgünstig. Gerne wieder!

Hotel decentré de Séville, idéal pour découvrir la région. Calme et propre. Pdj de qualité moyenne (cantine) mais nourriture en quantité.
Diner de qualité (demi pension) et servi copieusement. Merci pour le champagne offert suite à fuite dans la chambre au dessus ( nous avons changé de chambre et recupéré un lit immeuse). Personnel à l’écoute.
Une belle piscine malheureusement hors saison pour en profiter.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba de la tercera planta y la segunda. Muy difícil poder descansar. El personal amable pero el hotel ni estaba apto para funcionamiento debido.
La ducha necesito upgrade. Y Las camas incomodas. La piscina estaba limpia y disponible para uso.

Facil aparcamiento, centro comercial y servicios cercano, acceso facil. Amplia entrada y comoda. Habitacion amplia, con buen armario. Almohadas bajas y colchones algo duros, pero bien. Baño amplio aunque con algun desperfecto mas falta de mantenimiento que otra cosa. En zona silenciosa aunque se escucha bastante las habitaciones vecinas. Bueno hotel si el precio no es elevado (en esta estancia fueron 49€). Si vuelve a cuadrar repetiremos.

Halte dans la banlieue de Séville. Arrêt de bus a proximité, pratique pour ne pas être obligé de prendre sa voiture pour visiter Séville.
