I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back. The first thing that stood out was how clean and well maintained the room was. Everything felt tidy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

We had a great stay at this Novotel.

The location is good with amenities close by and the old town and popular sites around 30min walk.

Reception area is modern and clean, staff are very friendly.

Rooms are good value, clean and tidy. They aren't as modern as other Novotel rooms, but are well equipped.

Breakfast has a good selection of quality food. Other reviews has put this down, we felt is was very good. Although it does get very busy after 9am.

The pool area is fantastic and a great addition to this hotel. The rooftop bar is also a welcomed treat.
We did find the pool water itself a little cloudy.

Staff could be a bit more helpful when I asked about where to park in the city center etc. they kept saying they didn’t know and I got the feeling that they weren’t interested in helping. Other hotels would’ve called around or tried to look up online to get the answers we needed.

The hotel is near the FÚTBOL stadium but quite a distance from the historic downtown. Overall it was not bad and Ubers made it easy to head there and back. The front desk was not super helpful in providing tips on how to get tickets to anything other than say online

We only stayed there one night on our way to Lisbon. It’s convenient but not in city center. Close to train but right now there is a lot of construction near hotel . It’s also next to the stadium Sevilla fc so it would be loud during the games. We have stayed in other Novotel in Europe and this was our least favorite. But certainly beds and pillows were clean and comfortable

The bartenders were not especially knowledgeable but they could take care of any drink with the ingredients in the name. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were a couple give aways that it needed an update/renovation but nothing drastic. Checking in was easy and fast. Breakfast was just ok. The area is next to the stadium grounds so it was easy to walk the dog.

The hotel was difficult to find but after asking , we were able to locate the hotel and parking underground garage. The breakfast was excellent . The sofa bed was not that comfortable but the bed was very comfortable. A Uber is needed to get to downtown. Overall good good experience.

Definitely recommend

I would definitely stay here again. Having the supermarket (large Carrefour) directly underneath the hotel was convenient.

Metro station is across the street (or a 25-35 minute walk depending on where you are going). While it was a long walk, taxis are reasonable and the advantage is that rooms are very quiet and large (and very clean).

Alternatively, if you stay in Sevilla Central your room window is likely only a few feet from the window of the next hotel across the very small street, so much higher likeliness of noise and drunk people walking below (and tiny rooms mostly).

The Novotel housekeeping staff were very friendly and hard workers!

Decent restaurants directly below the hotel, too.

Child-friendly hotel with a great location

When we checked in the first thing we noticed is a lack of a typical hotel reception. Turned out \"reception\" was just a laptop and staff member there by the table. Doesn't really matter just an interesting point. The moment the reception guy Ángel saw our little daughter he gave her a small Novotel teddy bear! I tell you that teddy bear went through casas and sierras castillos and cervezerias in in 14-day Spain trip so it was a very great way to make our kid remember her first trip abroad. Room was clean, big and well-eguipped so nothing to complain about that. One minor detail which I found a but uncomfortable was the water temperature in their rooftop pool. That's probably just me cos lots of people were swimming there happily but I felt like it couldn't be a bit warmer. Hotel is located along the EA-line (airport line) and it has few hundred meters to a metro station. Huge shopping mall, the Nervion Plaza is located basically at the same building than the hotel so it's very handy if you need ti grab something to eat or do some small shopping. All in all perfect stay and I'd stay here again any day! Thank you Novotel for the pleasant stay.

Hotel is located near the city Centre. It was located at walkable distances from the city Centre or like 4-5 euros by taxi. Rooms were clean and well maintained, however they were small. Breakfast was good.

Very recommended with a few things to improve.

Great location, clean rooms and good breakfast restairant. But, not very impressed with the food we got in the bar. We arrived late (just after 23h when the bar was closing) so we called the hotel and they proposed to keep a few burgers and pizzas on hold as the kitchen was closing. I assume it was from the \"room service\" card, but the food was not very pleasant to be honest, and I would have preferred the hotel had adviced us to find food just outside on the doorsteps where there are several bars and even a known burger restaurant chain if needed. Secondly, it was quite disappointing the pool was closed \"for winter season\" when it was +30 degree celsius during day time (20+ in the evening) and we were there for the kids school holiday. Spanish winters apparently starts very early, but not more than the pool and the bar on the roof top would have been open Friday and Saturday evening from 19-21h had we been there so apparently not too cold however!

The service was good and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is next to a small shopping center and a soccer stadium. Most of the site attractions were about 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel. Breakfast didn’t have much to choose from but wasn’t bad either. One good thing about this hotel is you don’t need to make a reservation to use the gym like other hotels during Covid. For the price you pay, this hotel is great.

They could probably film a breakfast TV talk show there; it was that kind of vibe (or maybe that's just me). I liked it. Lovely place.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Very close to the Nervion and Gran Plaza metro line. There is a shopping centre next door as well as the Sevilla FC football ground. Its not too far to even walk into the city centre. The walk to the Plaza de Espana is also very easy. The hotel itself is modern with a nice reception area that also has a bar area. The restaurant is also well presented. The swimming pool on the rooftop is also very nice to retreat to after a day of sightseeing. The Santa Justa train station is also close by for any travels away from Seville

Overall the hotel and city were superb. Loved the location and so easy on the tube. The staff were excellent. The only things I would change is the pool requires some love and attention, it looks a bit worn around the pool. I also thought the car park was experience £64 for 4 nights. I would definitely come again. The food was also superb, the hotel provide great recommendations. A big thank you to Martin ( from Belgium) who works there, he was just so helpful, great knowledge and always putting us first, my advice is don’t let him go!

The hotel was situated close to Sevilla Football Club and minutes away from Nervion Metro station. The room was comfortable. Laura and Angel from reception assisted with all our requests and Eduardo from restaurant was always very attentive to our requests. A good hotel with comfortable room, very well situated and super friendly staff.

It was our first time in Seville, but it won’t be our last! The city is absolutely beautiful & the locals a very engaging. Our stay was topped off by the hotel. We we're pleasently surprised by the hotel. The location was brilliant, with the Nervion Mall a minute around the corner & the Seville football stadium even closer! The link via bus from the airport couldn't be easier, getting off opposite the mall & hopping across the road to the hotel & catching a return bus from directly outside the mall, all for €4, bargain. The hotel rooms are very modern with a lovely bathroom, big 4k television, comfy bed & booked at very competitive price. Even remodernisation work that was being done (which was a very minimal inconvenience) couldn't dampen our enjoyment.

Hotel was nice enough though some communal areas (corridors, reception and restaurant) need a bit of refurbishment/modernisation.

Bed was very comfortable, the room well sized fitted to a 4 star standard. The staff on reception were great and very helpful.

Great location if your going to watch a Sevilla F.C match but a bit far from the centre if you want to walk/cycle (esp in summertime) to the main city sites. You can use the metro (nearby hotel) to travel a couple of stops to get you closer to the centre for a few euros so its not terrible.

Room service/Restaurant was disappointing and not the best quality (pretty bland and expensive). Seville is a city with amazing food and i wouldn't recommend eating at hotel unless you need something convenient.

Great hotel very comfortable and easily accessible by metro. Sevilles metro is easy to use and great. The breakfast is great. The hotel has a parking garage and it costs 16 per day. We were helped by a front desk worker named Anabel and she was absolutely great!!! Her manager should know that she goes beyond and above to help the guests. Thanks Anabele!

nothing was good besides the breakfast... not recommended at all...
a 4 star hotel in hotels.com is deceiving.
it must be a 2 star hotel..
the cups are plastic, and one was broken even before we touched it.
the curtain in the bathroom was VERYYYY smell.
the carpet was dirty.
the TV was veryyyyyyyy smalllllll...

Superb location for us as we were attending s football match at Seville FC which is literally Next Door! Great location for sightseeing too and some nice little bars and eating places dotted around in short walking distance of the hotel (some right outside!) Shame pool only open seasonal but it was November after all! A great hotel!!
