The hotel was clean. The location was central. The staff was very accommodating. The room met our needs.

They have a lounge area where guests can make coffee, grab a fruit or a muffin, have some cereal and milk, or take a bottled drink on the go. It’s available from 7 am through most of the day.

Things to consider:
We were given a room on the first floor. The property is adjacent to a restaurant. We could hear all the clanging of dishes and people talking until the restaurant closed around 11 pm. The window shutters didn’t close in a snug manner so noise was more apparent. If we opened the windows, we were right above people as they ate. We could make out their conversations. This would be an issue for people who want to go to bed early or want to take advantage of the balcony.

Suggestion for the property owners: Change the movable glass half-door on the tub. It serves no purpose as the water splashes onto the bathroom floor and results in a wet mess.

We were there for 2 nights. We would stay again - just not on floor 1.

Very nice hotel in a great area

This hotel punched well above its 2 star weight. The room was atmospheric with beautiful long, shuttered windows and muslin curtains. A very comfortable bed with good bed linen. I’d actually booked a room with a terrace which wasn’t available but the receptionist acted in a very calm and professional manner and resolved the situation to an acceptable one and I was pleased with the room I got (probably too hot to sit on a terrace anyway).

I was disappointed we didn’t have an allocated parking space after I had emailed them and called. We ended up paying more in the public car park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Coffee and water facilities very handy. Fixtures and fittings dated. Shower too strong for the shower screen to contain the water so we had a puddle every time we showered. This was dealt with but not solved.

A lovely stay

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - a 5-15 minute walk will get you to any main attraction. There is a complimentary snack & beverage station, which was a delightful little perk. Our bathroom was spacious and the shower was great! We loved the décor - very charming! The staff were helpful and friendly. This was a perfect hotel for a family on a budget!

It is a basic hotel. Not that great, just a place to sleep. The room is small and the hotel is close to the street so expect a lot of noise. Location is good though. Finding the hotel and the parking next to it was not easy. The bunk bed is poorly designed. I would not probably stay again in this hotel.

Centered location where we can access all tourist spot in Seville to include Seville cathedral, real de alcazar, plaza de espanol!
We’ve enjoyed our stay. We love the complimentary snacks (coffee, water, cereals )
We checked in really late and we are thankful to the receptionist, our check in was easy! We are all tired, but despite that tired we felt good because our room was homey enough to get the sleep that we needed.

Good Location and perks

Great place to stay. Good location to walk to most places you would want to see. Very helpful staff. They were there to answer any question we might have. Pleasant surprise to have access to free water, soda water, sodas, coffee and pastries in lobby whenever we returned from our outings. Nice patio off room. You could smell fried fish from our patio from the fried fish store around the corner. It didn’t bother us but might bother some.

Fantastic little hotel!

Everything was great, the location, snack bar and coffee machine, view from the room. Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room though.
I did not appreciate Hotels.com advising that in my itinerary that parking was free when in fact it was 18€ per day, (total of 54€), payable to the hotel at the end of our stay. This was with the pass that we requested when booking.
i expect a communication from Hotels.com advising a refund will be issued.

Small apartment in the center of Sevilla. We booked a family apartment which included bunk beds for the kids. The bunk beds made the room feel smaller. The windows also let a lot of the street noise into the room. Staff were friendly and very informative of the area. Close to walk to the cathedral and other important attractions.

Primo location in a crowded city.

This small hotel is well located & well-kept.
Michelle at the front desk was the best! There is no breakfast, per se, but coffee, juice, & some packaged cereals. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants! I will definitely return.
Parking in Sevilla is tricky. There is a garage directly in front of the hotel. If you don’t mind paying the public rate (€25/day) it is straight forward. If you want the hotel’s discounted rate, you need to reserve through the hotel & obtain their card before entering the garage. This is the difficult part because there is no place to temporarily park to obtain the card at the hotel front desk.(and return it when you leave) ask the hotel how to handle this.

This was our second time in this hotel. It's a great location. Easy to walk to the main attractions of Seville and plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The roof terrace views are fantastic and it's a great place to chill. The drinks and snacks provided in the foyer are an added bonus. Our one negative is the noise if your room is on the front of the hotel. The price you pay for a glorious view I suppose. Despite that it's a little gem.

When you turned on the water the shower curtain would stick to your body. I reviewed the check in experience and the next morning the front desk had made arrangements to change our room. That was very much appreciated! The second room was small along with the bathroom but the shower had actual doors. My wife is a bit picky when it comes to bathrooms and I know hotel bathrooms will never be like our own but it is gross when you see mold, mildew and grime. It was in the shower and along the bathroom floor where it meets the walls. My wife honestly wondered if the shower and floor were ever cleaned! Pictures were taken but we couldn’t upload them. I deleted them because every time we looked at them it turned our stomachs.

We booked a Superior Double Room.

1) Per Expedia, the superior room was supposed to come with a “deep soaking bathtub.” There was no bathtub of any kind. What we got instead was a shower so small that the curtain constantly wrapped itself around you. Easily the most uncomfortable showers I have ever taken. (Per Expedia, the room was also supposed to have come with a bidet and a refrigerator. We received neither, but the absence of the promised bathtub was my primary concern).

2) Per the hotel website, the property was supposed to have dry cleaning and laundry service. What we got instead was directions to a laundromat.

When I brought up the bathtub/shower issue with the desk clerk (I was convinced they had given us the wrong room, but she reassured us that our room was indeed a “superior”), she informed us that amenities on Expedia weren’t guaranteed, that we should have requested the specific amenities we wanted. Apparently a “bathtub” means you get to ASK for a bathtub.

She seemed to be placing the blame on Expedia itself, so I decided to bring up the hotel website’s claim to have dry cleaning and laundry service. She can’t well blame Expedia for what the hotel itself claims on its own page. But she informed us that “laundry service” meant that they cleaned the bed linen. This gaslighting was so brazen that were it not for the price ($1300 total for 4 nights), I might have been amused.

The most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in.

Sadly, we experienced a huge theft of our belongings when our luggage was in the keeping of the hotel in their luggage hold. Our luggage was ransacked and items of high value were stolen.

The police report mentions the responsibility for this theft lies with the hotel. However, we have not received any assistance from the hotel so far and it has been almost a month. We had hoped they would help with this costly and very difficult replacement. But not so far.

We had a fantastic stay in Sevilla and were so impressed by this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very courteous and professional, and were always available to answer questions. The room was amazing: it was very clean and also spacious, with high ceilings and balconies that overlooked the Jardines de Murillo. (Also, the shutters and curtains completely blocked out the light, so we were able to catch up on much-needed sleep.) In the lobby there was a coffee machine, as well as water, juice, cereal, fruit, and other snacks which were available at any hour.

I have stayed at many properties in Sevilla over the years, and this hotel is definitely my new favorite. I am a budget-conscious traveler, and it's been awhile since I've experienced such elegance and comfort. The location is perfect: right on the edge of Santa Cruz and within walking distance of the cathedral and other monuments, and also close to bus stops (including airport bus EA) and the Metro. Staying here during Semana Santa, in particular, was really a treat: one cofradía passed directly under our balcony, the hotel had a lovely scent of incense, and there were even mini torrijas available down in the lobby for a late night treat!

Our stay was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean in room and all hotel.
Free coffee all day in reception plus a free continental breakfast.

Friendly welcome and spotlessly clean throughout. Tea and coffee on roof terrace watching sunset was a good start to the stay. Great location opposite park and 20 mins walking to most sights.
We were given a drinks voucher for neighbouring tapas restaurant Bendala and stayed to eat. Would recommend a visit. 6 tapas, 1 dessert, an additional 2 beers and a wine €52, plus complimentary sherry to finish.

The hotel, the lobby and the rooms are updated and very tastefully decorated. I loved the snack bar with coffee, water, and snacks available 24/7. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, specious for a family of 4 and had comfortable beds. We had our room facing the street and the park which was very noisy at times but that didn’t bother us that much. I loved the deck on the top of the building where we enjoyed some wine and enjoyed the views of Seville!! Parking was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Loved our stay at the hotel!!
