We are so sad to have only stayed here one night. The staff from the start were amazing. Traveling with kids can be nerve wracking, and Mela and team made everything seamless. Provided a comfy travel cot for out baby, and brought out the sofa bed for our 7 yo. The rooms are spacious, well equipped for people staying multiple days. Location is fab. Everything within walking distance. Mela provided us with lots of activities, places, and things to do in the area. Christmas time in Seville is beautiful. Highly recommend Casa Palacio for a memorable stay.

I wish I could give six stars - I’m so glad we booked this apartment for our family holiday to Seville. The customer service was first class, nothing was too much trouble, the apartment was perfect for us as a small family, really modern but with a great view of the church across the road. This place was wonderful. From the location, communication, great customer service and comfort. We highly recommend staying here. Parking wasn’t as challenging as we thought it would be. We parked in the local parking garage very near by. We were able to pull our car up to the apartment to unload/load our luggage. I just love how close we were to everything. And still it was peaceful while we slept. Perfect! Thank you!

The fantastic location and space were unfortunately overshadowed by a major issue with ants throughout the apartment. The staff vacuumed up all visible ants when we first reported them, but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue as plenty more ants found their way in. When we reported finding multiple more ants crawling in the sheets, we were just told this was “not usually an issue” and given instructions for where to find new bedding to change the sheets ourselves. We will definitely return to Seville, but will definitely not stay here again.

The location is great, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and only a short walk to the cathedral.The only issue was there is a trash collection site right below our room, so people were dropping off trash during the night, and large trucks would come in to collect the trash during the night, both nights at 3 AM. It was very loud.

The location is fantastic along with the nice views. The customer service and communication were spot on. Our apartment lacked a washer/dryer, but their washer on the first floor helped. Note: they don’t have a dryer, so we had to air dry. No big deal. Now the central air was so clutch and the PILLOWS were perfect. Tell me what these pillows are and I will buy them!

The street is very narrow but there is enough space in front of the apartment to stop the car and unload. Parking is about 5 mins away and costs about 29 euros/ day. This place is impeccable, very modern with an espresso machine. I was surprised to see a small elevator.

We spent two weeks in Spain and this was our favorite place to stay. Very comfortable size for a family of four. In a hot place as Sevilla, our AC was working well and it was quite. Perfect location, right in the middle of old town, restaurants everywhere, never too crowded and never noisy at night. Apartment could use a small renovation and update, but If we go back to Sevilla, I would try to book this place again.

The penthouse on 3rd floor with balcony is excellent. The queen bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom look modern and great. The living area and balcony are spacious. The whole unit is bright and very maintained. It has a washer as well which surprisingly very quiet. The staffs are responsive, attentive and very friendly. The place is centrally located and only 7 mins walk to Seville Cathedral and 15 mins walk to Plaza de Espana. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

The property is in a quiet part of town and feels very secure. The terrace was a great to use as Seville is very busy. The city is walkable but make sure you book for the Alcazar and Cathedral in advance as we left it to the last minute and no tickets were available. Great to be able to cook but plenty of vegetarian options in the city. Helpful staff as well. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla at casa palacio! The location as amazing. The room was spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a hot pot, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, and snacks left for us. The check in was easy and access was simple. The area is safe and full of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was a less than 10 min walk to the cathedral

Excellent location, within walking distance to several sights, restaurants, and shops in Sevilla. However, soundproofing could use improvement. You can easily hear noise from the lobby and hallways. The streets are particularly noisy at night and can be heard from the apartments (i.e. from bars, motorcycles, delivery trucks in the early hours of the morning, and garbage collection). Additionally, the property is directly across from a church, which sounds their bell every hour from about 7h to 21h. Throughout our stay, we noticed cracks on the walls, with ants crawling through them.

Good location for tourists. It's just you need to aware that the road is very narrow if you are visiting with car. Parking spot is extremely tight. We managed to park Citroen C5 at the end but nothing bigger than mid siZe SUV will fit the space.

The windows are great for keeping out most of the street sounds, but not the sounds of loud, drunk, inconsiderate, American tourists who shout their conversations in the wee morning hours.
You will also hear the bells of the many churches in the surrounding area, including the one across the street. We were unbothered by the church bells and preferred them to the US spring breakers.
If you want a clean, reasonably quiet (under normal conditions), well-appointed place to stay that is conveniently close to the sights and many activities Sevilla has to offer, including nuns selling lively baked goods, we highly recommend Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca. If you like friendly, professional, informative, and thoughtful hotel staff, stay here. Should we have the good fortune to come back to Sevilla, we will be checking availability at Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca first.

Wonderful staff, location and amenities. Might suggest additional upholstered arm chair to sit in to not have to open and close sofa bed to sit comfortably. We loved the location of the apartment situated in the middle of a lovey neighborhood and close to the cathedral and many more places in the historical center. The building is beautiful and the view from the terrace, unique. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It has a lot of character with beautiful windows and balcony. The entrance has a beautiful wooden door. If we return to Seville, that will be our choice.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always easily accessible and responsive. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 . It’s in the heart of the cultural district and 4-6 minutes from the Cathedral, Alcázar palace, Girardo tower. Excellent restaurant choices around and a 15 minute walk to Plaza Espana. There is a 24 hr parking garage nearby. Loved this place and plan to stay there again.

TERRIBLE Don't expect to to sleep if you book this
Terrible stay. The suite is connected directly to the lobby via window and the bed is on the same wall as two heavy entry doors to the building. My kids didn't sleep at all. The sofa bed creaks every time they move and the nonstop banging of the entry door shakes their bed and the master bedroom my wife and I are in. When I raised the issue with the owner they make excuses that it is a travel apartment, that I should have known where the suite is located and made no effort to rectify the issues. The problem is that they deflect without addressing the issues. Stay far away from this one as you might end up in the same room with no support from Hotels.com (they did nothing thus far).

We had a lovely stay in the deluxe apartment. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our apartment was totally modern, but the building has the charm of an historic property (moorish tiles, marble floors, etc.) Spotlessly clean. There is a washing machine available also, which made our stay much easier. Highly recommend this place.

The only thing perspective guests should be aware of and this outside the propertys control is that there are community recycling bins right on the street which get emptied every day sometimes on multiple occasions.... Really great place to stay in the middle of old town. The apartment had a washer and everything needed to hang dry clothes. Full dish set including kids dishes. They provided a travel cot/pack and play. I wouldn’t probably stay here with 3 adults in the 1 bedroom, but a kid can sleep on the pull out couch - it was really uncomfortable. My 3 year old did fine with it. Otherwise was really great, and especially for the price!

Lovely apartment with great private balcony, bathroom was really nice, bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were lovely. Perfect location for visiting Seville on holiday, everything is so close. Only issue is the noise from the water pipes or something just outside the apartment, this needs looking at as it was rather annoying. That was the only issue and wouldnt put me offm but the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars
