I am so glad I chose this wonderful place for my stay in Seville. The service was kind and accommodating, I was in a convenient location, and the pension itself was quite charming. A great place with a stellar value-to-cost ratio!

Había una buena amistad de la señorita de la recepción, igual la vibra dentro del cuarto. El aire acondicionado funcionó, entonces pudimos dormir tranquilos. Pero, una de las camas era menos cómoda porque el colchón era mas dueo que el otro. Sin embargo, fue un buen hospedaje por el precio.

First impression want that good. When we arrive wait a lot for main door to be open the lady get x with us because we ring the bell twice for them to open the door for us. That was very unprofessional of them. Not like it at all. I booked very cheap room basement bank bed room. Room size is ok, lots of cupboard, air condition, only worse thing is bunk bed wasn't look safe. I thing needs to be change, looked like used for a long time or it is not the good strong one. Rest of it ok. Bed sheets and towels were good clean

The property is situated in a tightly packed neighborhood with one-lane, two-way traffic. I had rented a Mercedes C 4S20, and upon check-in, a full 40 minutes were spent trying to park in a garage so cramped it felt like a tuna can.

The room we stayed in was the largest and best option available. While it appeared \"clean,\" there was a persistent sewage-like odor wafting from the bathroom. it lingered until we had to leave the windows open, even in early April weather.

George, the staff member who helped us, was friendly, but he wasn’t available for our early morning checkout. Given the parking ordeal, I decided to film the \"Checkout for Dummies\" process, expecting it to be straightforward. But, in the middle of recording, a truck squeezed by us so closely, I accidentally stopped the video. Naturally, I didn't realize this until the next morning, when I found out I had only captured a few seconds of footage—nothing helpful. Without any staff around and no recording, we ended up wasting another hour trying to check out and remove the car from the sardine-can garage.

The bottom line is this: it shouldn't have been this complicated in the first place.

The facility has a convenient location, friendly staff. Reasonably clean. My stay experience depends on the room. My room has a small upper window next to staircase, with a thin blinds. Each time the staircase light is turned on by anyone, my room light up partially. This went on for hours into my night, making it difficult to sleep. This should be easily fixable though, by blocking the light from that window somehow.

Room was clean, good location. But, where our room was located, it was nearly impossible to sleep in the morning because it was so loud. It wasn’t the guests that were loud, it was the cleaning being done starting before 8am. The wifi also wasn’t available in the hotel rooms, only the lobby.

Basic but value for money.

Very well placed within easy walk to historic centre. Pleasant welcome from nice staff. Property has a lot of stairs. Good size room, comfy beds but pillows rock hard! Curtains needed attention as they were not completely attached to the rail. Nice bathroom. Air conditioner very old and not very efficient, took hours to cool the room to 20 deg. THERE IS NO WIFI in rooms & a very poor signal in reception. This should be amended on the description. This was value for money.

Very basic but reasonably comfortable. Had an ensuite bathroom but unfortunately the shared bathroom was next to our room & other guests were not very considerate. Rooms are not soundproof so lots of outside noise. On our second night other guests came back at 03.00 & went up to the roof terrace to continue their party!! Air conditioner excellent. Beds a bit hard & only one pillow. Was very convenient to walk to local sights & for food etc.

Quite a central location for city centre of Seville. But in December it can get quite chilly in a night,& unfortunately there was no heating,& there was extra charges for having the air-conditioning turned on.
Beds could’ve been more comfortable, & the street directly outside was quite noisy, at times.

Affordable stay in Sevilla

The Pension is located in walking distance to the cathedral and Alcazar, but on a quiet street. There are a lot of picturesque, fern draped, narrow streets in the area to add to it's charm. Our room was right off the lobby, so it was noisy as late night celebrants came in singing, but that is no fault of the Pension's. Rooms are basic, no breakfast offered, but they could arrange activities such as flamenco shows to those who wanted them. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pension is pretty close to the city center and you can find anything you need within walking distance. People at the reception are nice, in particular Alessandro, he was really helpful giving me tips on the town and its night life, we even went clubbing togheter one night during his day off, I had a great time in Seville also thanks to him and his friends.

Not much good to say here.

Good location (bit hard to find though) and the cleaning lady was very nice. About the two good things to say about this hotel.
I stayed here with my girlfriend and we were very lucky it wasn't too hot in Seville because the air conditioning remote is another 30EU. The bed was broken so you had to be very very careful about it, one of the toilets had a broken lock and both of the shared bathrooms had a room in between the two (pity the poor girls staying there). There was free wifi but it didn't really reach into the rooms, you had to stand outside.
One night my girlfriend and I came back, went to bed and were quietly whispering to each other for a bit, just chatting. Suddenly there was loud rapping at the door, I opened it and the receptionist downstairs angrily complained that we were being too loud. We really weren't. In any case, any concerns she had about customers being woken up went out the door during her sudden outburst. I don't know how she heard us talking but in any case, if you're not allowed to talk quietly with your girlfriend in your room then that's not an appropriate hotel in my opinion.
I once stayed in a mosquito-infested converted shed in North Germany and I swear I would give a better review to that place. Even if it wasn't for the incident with the angry woman at the door, it's really not an impressive place. It would be acceptable (sans crazy employee) at maybe half the price.

Okay for somewhere cheap

This hostal is cheap but there are some downsides. The staff are very friendly but only speak Spanish. The location is okay - it's a longish walk back from many sites. The rooms are clean with authentic charm. Mine had faulty table lamps and power outlets. The wifi is intermittent. AC is additional 3 euros. My bed was very uncomfortable and the room was noisy - very. I also had a cold shower on 2 out of 3 of my days. If you're looking for somewhere cheap for 1 or 2 nights it's fine, if you're staying longer, or can afford to pay more - it's worth paying a bit extra - in my opinion!

Hostel is nice, clean and with a kind staff. Some rooms are without any windows to outside. Very good location, for two and a half days we didn't need any transport. Air conditioner can be used for an extra 3 euros per day, worth it for sure. A little bit noisy at night.

Very noisy but pretty building

If you can sleep through loud noises then you might enjoy this spot- typical Andalusian guesthouse style, with a center reception area that opens to the top floor and balconies overlooking. Unfortunately, that means all the sounds of people coming and going (plus VERY old squeaky, banging doors) reverberate throughout the hotel at all hours of the night and morning. Also lots of street noise, back of hotel might be better.
The room was very clean though too much furniture- couldn't open the door all the way because of a bureau in the way. The shared bath was fine but a poorly-placed window- perhaps a screen of some sort? Also- 3 euro extra for AC per night.
The staff was great!

It is a hostal, so don't expect too much. Location is good: a 5 - 10 min walk from the cathedral and other major attractions. You have the option to pay small fee to use A/C on the top floor (third), which is good during the summer. Staff was very friendly and assisted with directions and other things.

A nice stay in Seville

Arriving at the hotel I was greeted by a friendly man. He spoke quite well in English and was very friendly. Offered me towels to use in the room and advised me there were refreshments I could buy and the prices were good. The room was basic - a double bed, table and wardrobe but was comfortable. The shared washing facilities were basic but clean. Pretty much in the centre. I enjoyed my stay but it wouldn't suit all.

Depends what type of experience you're looking for!

First of all, not even my taxi driver knew where the street of this hotel is! Turns out it's not on a driving street, but on a super small street where you can only go by foot. Once I finally found the place, I thought it was cute. Plus, once you get to know the area, you find that you are right in the center of a lot of the cultural destinations (within walking distance), and the little street area is super rich in Sevillan shops and tapas restaurants. I felt like I was getting more of a cultural experience where this hotel is situated, rather than a typical tourist trip, which is the reason why I'd say Seville was my favorite city I saw as part of my Spain trip.

My room was nice, the receptionist was friendly and talked to me about options I had around the city. Definitely take them up on their flamenco ticket discount!!! However, while I can't say that they DON'T speak English, it certainly benefited me the fact that I speak Spanish... Also, I don't know why this hotel says it takes credit card and offers free wifi. I had no wifi, there's a computer in the lobby but you're not allowed to use it. And I'd just been robbed the day before in Barcelona and had very little cash (which I expressed to them), but they still wouldn't allow me to pay by credit card.

All in all, you'll feel very safe in this hotel, and it is clean and very cost-effective. Just be prepared to speak some Spanish and have cash on hand!

Parking, on a oublié de dire sur le site que c est 18€ par jour et en cash. Louer une Fiat 500 comme nous autrement impossible de rentrer voir sortir.
Je voyage beaucoup et ne suis pas difficile ni exigente concernant les hébergements mais là, passez votre chemin. Rapport qualite prix, encore zero. En conclusion, a fuire si vous voulez bien dormir pour recuperer de votre journee de visite.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die Einrichtung war schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig und das W-LAN funktioniert nicht. Richtige Bettdecken gab es auch nicht, nur dicke Wolldecken.

La pensión catedral estaba cerrada y nos realizaron en dos habitaciones en la pensión Pérez Montilla, respetando el precio pactado. Está muy cerca de la otra, en un sitio bastante céntrico para ir a visitar la ciudad a pié , por la zona hay bares y restaurantes, paradas de autobús. Las habitaciones que escojimos tenían baño privado y aire acondicionado centralizado, TV , WIFI.
Por ponerle alguna pega (no tiene ascensor), la puerta corredera del baño no tenía tirador por dentro y le haría falta una mano de pintura.

予約時にHotels.comに表示されていた施設情報には、毎日のハウスキーピングがあり、部屋には「暖房」があると書かれていたが、実際にはハウスキーピングはなかった。リンダという職員に理由を聞くと、「うちはそもそも毎日ハウスキーピングはしない。３日間以上滞在する客にのみ掃除をするルールであり、それはフロントに明示してあるから、ちゃんと読んでほしい」とのことだった。さらに、Hotels.comには「暖房」と明記されているのになぜ暖房がないのか尋ねると、「暖房は、１人１日３€の追加料金を支払えば入れてあげる」とのこと。しかしHotels.comの予約ページ（シングル２台・専用バスルーム付きタワールーム）には「暖房」が有料とは書かれておらず、暖房込みの宿泊料金であると信頼して予約したので、暖房代と称して追加料金を請求されるのは納得がいかないと改めて伺うと、「それは知らない。とにかく暖房は有料！」と譲らなかった。滞在中の３日間、非常に寒い思いをし、吐く息が白いほど室内が寒く、本当につらかった。これでは騙されたようなものである。施設情報が正確に示されていれば、この宿には宿泊しなかった。客対応も冷たく、お勧めできない宿である。

La pension est très bien située. Permet de visiter la Cathédrale, l’Alcazar et Santa Cruz à pied.Nous occupions une chambre double au 1er étage côté rue et donc assez bruyante. La salle de bain était spacieuse mais dommage que les wc se trouvent dans la salle de bains. Nous recommandons à l’etablissement d’inclure la climatisation dans le prix de la chambre plutôt que de facturer 3 euros la nuit !
Nous ne recommandons pas le parking. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de place et l’accès est difficile même pour une voiture moyenne.

Très jolie pension de famille, typiquement espagnole, très propre. Nous avons pris 2 chambres : celle au 2ème étage était très jolie, comprenait un lavabo et était peu exposée au bruit tandis que la deuxième était au rez de chaussée, très simple, sans lavabo et très exposée aux bruits des voitures qui passaient (difficile de dormir dans celle du rez de chaussée). Accueil agréable.

Small but close to the city centre

My sister and me spent one night in this hotel - we arrived late but the check in was still easy and the staff very nice! To check out we just had to drop off the keys in a locked box.

The room itself was rather small with two beds, towels and a closet - not very big but enough for spending the night.

The shared bathroom was clean and contains everything you need: toilet, shower, towels, hairdryer.

Until midnight and in the morning it was a little loud due to cars passing by but nothing some earplugs could not change.

To sum it up: Scarcely furnished room, a little noisy until midnight, nice staff, close to the city centre.

Would recommend if your expectations aren't over the top.

Siviglia me encanta!!

Non mi piace fare recensioni cattive, però questa volta non posso non farla.. Sul personale nulla da dire, cortese e socievole..però per il resto non va bene...in 5 giorni non ci hanno mai cambiato asciugamani e lenzuola..mai fatte le pulizie...mai svuotato il cestino..mai rifatto i letti..inoltre la stanza non era provvista di un minimo di tavolino per appoggiare qualcosa sopra...e cosa molto deludente il fatto che non ci fosse una TV..come si fa a proporre una stanza senza TV..non mi sento di consigliarla per questi motivi elencati..forse si può trovare di meglio..

Sympathique et accueillant.
En retrait de la route principale.
Simple chambre mais très propre.
Problème avec les portes qui grince et claque facilement.Isolation sommaire entre les chambres.

Nous avons louer cette chambre pour dormir quelques nuit avant de prendre notre vol. La chambre était simple avec le minimum attendu. Nous avons eu à faire à deux hommes différent suivant l'heure, qui ont répondu à nos questions est ont étaient agréable.
Par contre ce qui est trés désagréable ce sont les autres locataires qui arrivent en faisant beaucoup de bruits en parlant, rigolant, marchant... et ce malgrés nos \"chut\" répété! À 1h00 du matin ce n'est pas trés agréable!

UNA PORQUERIA EN GENERAL, SOLO UN WC POR PLANTA, SI TE HACES POPO,TE HACES POPO DE VERDAD ENCIMA PORQUE AL HABER SOLO UN WC, TE LLEVAS LOS ESCREMENTOS EN UNA BOLSA A TU CASA A LAVAR. DIREIS QUE SOY MUY FINO, PERO LA PAGINA TE DICE QUE POR EXPRESARTE LIBREMENTE SOBRE TU VERDAD, ES LENGUAJE INAPROPIADO, VAYA TELA DEL TELAR CON LA MAFIA DE LOS VIAJES. SUERTE A LOS DEMAS.

バスターミナルの向かい側のバス停Torneo (Plaza de Armas)からC3の循環バスに乗ってMenéndez Pelayo (Puerta Carmona)で降りればホテルのすぐそば。周辺にはレストラン・バル・スーパーマーケットもある。RenfeのSevilla Santa Justa駅も徒歩圏内。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切。案内された部屋は1階で広いが部屋のドアがアルコーブにあり、夜間は鍵の掛かるメインドアより道路側です。また部屋には大きな窓がありレースカーテンだと風は入るものの夜は丸見えです。通しも日当たりもよいが、1階なので道路から丸見えです。トイレ&シャワー&洗面は共同でフロントのあるエントランスにあります。まずセキュリティ、ドアには厳重な鍵が窓には強固な鉄格子があり周辺の治安も良さそうなので問題ないと思います。次にプライバシー、窓にはシャッターや厚いカーテンがあり閉じれば覗かれることは無いです。夜間にトイレを使用する際はメインドアのベルを押すと何時であっても常駐しているスタッフが直ぐに開けてくれます。セキュリティ確保でドアを、プライバシー確保でシャッターや厚いカーテンを閉めると風通しは無くなりますがエアコンがあります。但し、エアコンは別料金(数ユーロ)です。今回の利用は4月なので問題なし。夏の利用は数ユーロ払えば問題なし。(夏は無料になるのか不明)価格でホテルを選ぶ場合は、この数ユーロの負担の影響は大きいので、エクスペディアさんは正確な情報を提示する必要があります。部屋の明るさは天井照明1つと枕元のスタンドが2つあるので許容範囲内です。総合的に私はリピートしたいホテルです。

Impossible de dormir etant donne les bruits de la rue, les bruits des portes de l hotel et des voix a l interieur de l hotel, des draps un peu juste pour le lit...bref a part la localisation de l hotel et la gentiellesse du personnel ...un peu dur

Очень аскетичные номера - маленькие, мебель старая, слышимость через двери - почти 100%, но окна хорошие. Выгодное положение - в историческом центре, но на время Feria Abril цены были завышены, подходит для побывки на 1-2 дня.

최악. 침대가 삐걱대고 숙소가 더럽다. 주말엔 리셉션 사람이 없다며 캐리어를 안 맡아준다. 원래 체크아웃 시간보다 빨리 쫒아내고. 청소하는 여자는 엄청나게 불친절하고 멍청하다. 최악임. 한달의 여행동안 최악의 호스텔

Todo bien por precio y calidad.. lo malo es que te den habitacion en la puerta o hacia la calle por que no dormiras del ruido..es como si tuvieras a la gente en la habiatacion contigo.. horrible!
