I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Un Patio Santa Cruz. The hotel is full of charm, blending authentic Andalusian character with comfort and cleanliness. The moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed.

The location could not be better. Tucked away in the enchanting Santa Cruz neighborhood, the hotel is just steps from the cathedral, the Alcázar, and countless beautiful cobblestone streets. It truly feels like staying inside a postcard.

My room was cozy, spotless, and quiet, offering the perfect retreat after exploring the city. One of my favorite highlights was the rooftop terrace—an amazing place to relax and take in views of Seville’s rooftops.

Overall, Un Patio Santa Cruz exceeded my expectations. It offers exceptional value, genuine hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!

Major negatives unfortunately-room was tiny and not honestly represented on any of the photos on the Expedia website. Room right by reception desk so everyone entering the hotel passed our door. Room had no window other than on to the stairway so no natural light. Worst thing though was a water pipe going through the room which resulted in noisy gushes of water every time someone on the floors above flushed their toilet or had a shower. I never complain or leave bad reviews but the room should not be a holiday let. It’s only suitable for storage. Positives were that it was clean, staff were really lovely and location was good.

The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, easy walking to the main sites and charming as well. The place is excellent, many options for restaurants , walking distance to all attractions like Seville Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de España, , Feria de Avril which was the reason we were there. Our room was nice and clean always. No one in the reception between 11:30 pm and 7:30 am.. that's why when our taxi did not show up at 5am which was booked thru the reception, I sort of panic, cause I did not have the number. I sorted it out. I recommend this hotel for the convenience, cleanliness and their employees.

Our room was very clean and cute, and the location can't be beat. Our room on the 1st floor overlooked the alley and tapas restaurant and so was quite noisy until midnight every night (but we are sound sleepers).

The hotel was in a great area for sightseeing and walking around but yet not noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean with sufficient supplies for a short 2 night stay. We had a room for three so it was quite cramped but again sufficient for a short stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Lovely, clean, had AC which worked really well when we turned it on, but slept without needing it overnight. Bed was comfy. Had shampoo and soap but no conditioner though. Iron on request. Free WiFi. Also has a little terrace up top you can go sit on.

Perfect little hotel!

We loved this hotel! It was perfect for us! We really wanted to be a part of the local Santa Cruz neighborhood, and we were! The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was courteous and always helpful. Our windows opened over the narrow street and we could hear the outside diners in the lovely restaurant below. The rooftop terrace with a view was a bonus! We will definitely stay there again!

OK if booked for fair price,but they need to learn

It was OK considering the price paid. Bed was good, shower was nice although the drain doesn't run fast enough to catch up with the water and after 3-4 mins you need to stop the shower or it'll flood the bathroom. You can also hear everything that happens in the room above yours that involves water like if it was in your room which was very annoying since these guests decided to have long showers at 4 am.

Again, for the price paid and the amazing location this place was totally fine, however what I don't understand is why after being given a ground floor room and asking if I could have one at least on the first floor since the hotel was pretty empty the answer was: No because that's the economy room you booked... Mmmm your hotel is empty and it's only one night, good and serious hotels upgrade their customers automatically all the time without them having to ask if there are superior empty rooms so they wow the customer costing them nothing bc the superior room is empty anyway... This way the customer is more likely to come back, which won't be my case.

This cute little hotel is conveniently located in Barrio Santa Cruz. It was surprisingly easy to find in the winding streets of the area and offered a clean room with air conditioning (a must in June in Seville). A short walk to all Seville has to offer.

This hotel is near a lot of things. We only stayed there for one night so the small size of the room didn’t matter, but I’m not sure we would have been comfortable for more than one night. The terrace is beautiful!

A great little hotel in Seville.

Wonderful staff. Lost my debit card and the afternoon desk clerk picked up his phone and dialed Canada direct so I could report the loss and 'stop working and enjoy the evening'. Then I had issues trying to rent a car online and the morning desk clerk used her computer to search further and advised that the problem was not so much me as that Cadiz, where we were going, had no car rentals open on Sundays! She solved the problem by renting a car for me in Seville....a perfect outcome. Two examples of truly personalized service!!

Great Location for Exploring Sevilla

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff helpful. The location was really the main selling point and allowed us easy access to walking around and exploring this beautiful city. A bakery literally around the corner became my go to for fresh bread and groceries. We had our toddler with us and the staff went out of their way to make our stay at this hotel comfortable and to give us some good recommendations and help in getting to some places we wanted to see.

I stayed here when I needed an extra night and wasn't happy with where I had been staying. Was very happy to move - I slept over 10 hours the first night! It's a great location and clean and quiet. The room was a bit small but fine. No outside window but that meant it was quiet unlike my previous hostal. Staff where efficient but not overly friendly like they have been at other hostals. Would be happy to stay here again and happy to recommend.

Great but no window

The hotel itself is well located, well maintained and the staff are very accommodating. What we didn't know, until we checked in, is that our room only had a tiny window that over looked the inner area of the hotel. Our room was beside the elevator but luckily it wasn't noisy. We asked for a room with an outside view but it cost substantially more. All in all the hotel was OK but the room itself was very claustrophobic and there was no fresh air as the only tiny window only opened to the corridor. All you could do to freshen up the air in the room was to turn on the air conditioning even when it wasn't hot outside. Overall the hotel was OK and well located in the old part of Seville but had we known our room had no outside window we would never have booked it.

Good hotel near the sites and close to public transportation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was really small and it was tight for 2 people to move around. The staff was very helpful in getting us tickets to a flamenco show but the front desk closes overnight so we were unable to get a hair dryer after 10pm. A bit overpriced for the size of the room, and nowhere to park other than a nearby parking garage that is very expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Seville. It was in a very handy location for restaurants and the primary sights of the city. The hotel had a nice ambience and the staff were very helpful. The rooms whilst a little small were fine. The only problem was the bar fridge which was so small and underpowered it was next to useless. It did not keep things cool - only stopped them from getting hot. But that was an insignificant issue and did not interfere with our stay.

Un Patio en Santa Cruz is in the Heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood. It's on a quiet side street and may be really confusing getting there. But, there are several signs pointing the way.

The hotel is no frills. I was in a first floor, very small interior room with no view of the outside. I had a small window that looked out onto the lobby. The bed was way too soft and I woke up several times a night with one of my appendages asleep.

The location of the hotel is awesome. It is close to city sites and alot of restaurants and people watching.

the location of this hotel was great, very close to all attractions of sevilla. Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was on the top floor and had the patio virtually to myself. The only complaint is that there was some mildew in the shower (although I encountered that frequently in spain).

Rooms facing the street can be loud as restaurant across the street is open late and a bit noisy but didn't really bother us much. Lady at the front desk in the am was friendly and helpful. La primera vez que no tengo que coger un ascensor en mi estancia en un hotel, pues la habitación está al lado de la recepción. Sin embargo, entra la luz y el sonido, vamos, que se escucha todo lo que se habla en el hall. Deberían insonorizarla y no dejar que traspase la luz.

För att vara ett ⭐️⭐️ hotell, så var det kanon. Litet och mysigt rum, vi hade tre sängar och alla var bekväma, bra air-conditioning.
Vi hade ett rum på bottenplan så det var väldigt lyhört inifrån hotellet, vi hörde när dom pratade i lobbyn men vi hörde inget från gatan. En mysig takterrass där du kan ta morgon kaffet/teet (som hotellet bjuder på) alternativt kvälls ölen (som man själv får köpa på närliggande affär).
Hotellet ligger mitt i gamla stan, finns massor med restauranger, caféer i närheten. Riktigt bra brunchställe 1 min ifrån.
Vi skulle lätt kunna bo här igen, supernöjda.

일단 늦은 시간에 체크인을 했는데도 웃으면서 받아주셨고요.직원분들은 다 친절하셨습니다.
내부는 냉장고는 없는데 복도쪽에 작은 거 하나있고요.
넓지는 않지만 필요한건 모두 있었고요.
욕조가 있어서 좋았습니다.매일마다 깨끗하게 청소해주시고요.수건도 넉넉하게 많이 비치되어 있고 샴푸랑 바디워시 동시에 쓰는것도 있는데 수건이랑 샴푸(바디워시)는 매일 청소하면서 채워주십니다.
짧은 기간 머물기 좋은곳 입니다.직원들이 항상 웃으며 응대하고 매우 친절해서 만족스러웠습니다.
