Check in was tough. Needed to have neighboring businesses call to get access (we didn’t have cell service). Listed office hours were not attended. We never saw an “office”. When we did find staff, he was friendly but ultimately didn’t help much. Beds not particularly comfortable. TV was missing from wall mount.

THE WORST PLACE- Do not stay here
No human being should stay at this pension. No farm animals should stay here. It is the worst place I have ever been in. I am a world traveler to over 100 countries. Dirty, noisy, no reception, NO HEAT, over priced, I have no idea how they have a 6 good rating. I tried to get a refund as soon as I went into my room. No refund for 3 night stay. I immediately found another hotel so I paid double.

I read some reviews saying it wasn't the most luxurious place but at least it was clean. Well, the bathroom wasn't clean so that wasn't true. There wasn't any remote to the AC and it was preset to 28 so it was marginally better than the outside 30 degrees. Bed was small and highly uncomfortable.
The location was good and the bedsheets were washed so it wasn't a 1 out of 10. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not.

Traditonal and clean accommadation
We just wanted a room to stay before flying home. This accomadation was clean, traditional, friendly and safe. Great value for money and situated in the heart of the city yet quiet and comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Great location, but has had little updates in a long time. Tight on space, old uncomfortable matresses, aged sheets and blankets, few. elec. outlets,. Electricity went out 4 times one evening. Heating was hard to regulate.

Left the hotel covered in bed bug bites... Just on one hand over 15 bites, all body covered in them, even face. As the bite marks only appear many hours after being bitten, we discovered this after checking out. Now we're scratching like crazy, cleaning everything and hoping that we won't need to call pest control for our house...
Apart from that the hotel is exactly as described and seen in pictures. If there were no bed bugs we would have been very satisfied with our stay.

Basic accommodation in a good location
The location of the pension was great, you're right in the old city and there are many attractions within walking distance (and a taxi stand right outside the door). The staff were lovely and even though they spoke no English, it wasn't a problem for me (I don't speak Spanish). The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were basic but clean. There was no air conditioning in our room but two big fans did the trick. (Some rooms did have air conditioning). Overall, I would recommend this place to those who are looking for good budget accommodation.

The location was awesome. A few issues. The room was small a double and single bed with fan - shared bathroom. No hot water - cold shower. Bed was hard. There was an enclosed courtyard where people could smoke - so no fresh air at all. WIFI non existent. They would be better off saying no wifi, it was that bad. Other guests were loud all night - some guy even walking around with his 'bits' out in the middle of the night.
Id say stay here for any price up to €40 p/n and it would be acceptable.

Stay Away - Horrible!
The hotel was very dark, extremely dirty and noisy, not suficiente hot water for two people ( You have to wait for the water to be heated up again.), a plastic sheet was put under the very thin sheet which is very uncomfortable and unbearable, leaking water in the bathroom, the shower curtain does not cover at the bottom, very old tiny TV, etc.. The room was not cleaned by 6:00 PM when we returned. We had to beg for clean (actually old worn out) towels. The worst is the rude staffs, for exemple, the staff was shouting at us because we woke him up when we left early in the morning to catch a bus. We could not sleep well nor relax in the room. We definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Me tocó la habitación B-2 y era un cuarto tipo celda sin ventanas y sin interruptor para la luz. El único punto de luz era una lámpara de mesilla enchufada a 1,80 cm del suelo. Había otro enchufe a unos 2 metros de altura por lo que era imposible poner a cargar el móvil. Los baños compartidos muy viejos y en uno de los WC no había agua por lo que estaba atascado. Lo único que se salva es la cama que era cómoda. Creo que ha sido mi peor experiencia en cuanto a alojamientos (quizás me tocó la peor habitación). Creo que los dueños se tienen que replantear modificar algunas habitaciones y servicios. Lo comentó como crítica constructiva.

No es una cama doble cómo dicen. Son dos camas individuales ni siquiera pegadas, una en una esquina y otra en otra. No es por lo que pague. Pague por una cama DOBLE, no dos camas individuales separadas. Me llama el supuesto dueño del lugar con un telefono diferente al que pone en la descripcion. No pudimos ni encontrar el lugar porque no cogian el telefono. Horroroso

Se siete in compagnia di una persona meravigliosa che rende tutto misteriosamente bellissimo, anche questa steuttura vi accoglierà come può. Se poi ci state solo il tempo strettamente necessario, insomma, quelle 6 ore giusto per dormire, allora siete nel luogo giusto. La struttura al suo interno è molto fredda, le camere sono al limite della normativa, molto piccole. Il bagno è in comune e in condizioni quasi accettabili.
La cosa positiva è che è situato in un quartiere molto bello.

No es un alojamiento de lujo, claro está. Pero es un lugar agradable para pasar 1 o 2 noches. Todo muy limpio. La persona que nos recibió. Muy amable, nos explicó todo el sector y puntos de interes de sevilla. Todo. Extremadamente serca al hostal. Fue acierto. Lo unico malo fue que pagamoa por habitación matrimonial y nos dieron camas separadas. Por lo que me explicaron somo tienen una habitacion matrimonial.

Die Lage ist super, aber Personal ist unfreundlich und unflexibel. Die Betten sind alt und nicht stabil. Toilette wird nicht sauber gemacht. Eim Vogel mitten im. Floor ist sehr laut und in eine mini Käfig. INTERNET funktioniert sehr schlecht in den Zimmern fast garnicht. Zu teuer dafur und 2 Sterne zuviel.

Es un hotel viejo, y se ve que no esta muy cuidado, sin comodidades para el cliente, las habitaciones para tres son muy pequeñas y además hace mucho mucho frío.

Et le pire reste... la salle de bain ! Une douche immonde : des poils pubiens sur le sol. Des cheveux partout. Évier sale ; et l'évacuation d'eau de la douche était recouverte de cheveux. Il y avait dessus un support en plastic sur lequel il fallait monter pour prendre sa douche, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, et une fois l'eau ouverte, l'eau ne s'évacuait pas car le syphon était bouché de cheveux et poils divers... J'ai sollicité le responsable de l'établissement de nettoyer la salle de bain car je refusais de me laver dans ces conditions. Cette personne à fait le travail vite fait mal fait, et l'eau restait tiède.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, fuyez !
