The hotel is ideally placed in the old quarter and is in several different buildings. For ease of registration you should respond to the hotel about your arrival and get their specific instructions for check in before you arrive. Coming by car is a challenge but doable. Our room was excellent and very well equipped. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Really nice place to stay , very close to all the tourist attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only a minor drawback is that their main reception is at their other hotel which is like only 2 mins away but just to note that the reception in this location is only for a limited time and not 24 hrs. Even then if you call them late at night they will try and take care of any requests.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had two rooms. One room with a hot tub. The hot tub was pleasant, clean and very nice. The room was clean but it had a bit of smell. It was not unbearable but I think it is just because the building is really old. our second room which was a standard room was much better. We liked the lay out better. Both rooms were really clean.

Great room, clean and roomy. Great location, quiet and also a cute place. They don’t have conditioner or body lotion in the room FYI. The uber also dropped us off a 7 minute walk away from the place and there is probably a closer option so keep that in mind when entering the address for your ride!

Location, location, location! Located in the quaint Sta Cruz neighborhood, nestled in one of the beautiful cobbled medieval alleys, abutting the beautiful Alcázar palace and gardens. Walking distance to important Seville landmarks. A very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. We loved our cozy suite at Suites Murillo plaza. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be there again though it is a bit far from Boston!

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, however there were a couple of minor inconveniences that could have made it better. The TV never worked properly. The mini bar, although included was barely stocked with water which is what was of utmost importance, with extremely hot temperatures outdoors. Breakfast was available at an additional charge at the nearby sister hotel.
The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was great, but insist taxi drivers drive to plaza Alfaro (right in front of hotel) not Santa Cruz, which is a few blocks away. It had a well stocked mini kitchen with microwave and two burners. We would stay here again. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Sevilla is a beautiful city with warm, welcoming people.

The Suites Murillo Plaza Sta Cruz is located very conveniently next to pedestrian streets in the heart of the historic area. Very easy access to the Cathedral and Real Alcázar.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. When we booked the trip, we had booked a standard suite. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded suite with a living room, private balcony, mini bar, kitchenette, etc. It was such a nice surprise! We had a wonderful time being able to sit on the deck and watch as tour groups walked by (and even took photos of the beautiful building)! The location was great, right next to the gardens and in the hear of the barrio Santa Cruz. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. They helped us reserve a taxi to the airport which was extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The only person that was helpful was the maid and a woman that we are not allowed to name by hotels.com. She tried fixing all our issues. The two men that worked the front desk were useless in every way. The maids were outstanding. They gave us a coupon for a drink. The bartender was furious we had them and said it’s small and I will only give you a half glass. The beer is .50 euros for a can. This hotel did everything it could to give the gringo experience. We would never come back to this chain.

Excellent location as it is close to all major attractions, but fairly quiet as it is right beside the Murillo gardens; Aparthotel is good value for money spent as room was spacious for European standards and the amenities it provides; check-in was easy and very courteous; excellent communications from booking through check-in to check-out processes. Highly recommend for 3 people.

They were eager to help, but software blocks such activity. We are old and were not able to do this on a smartphone that required loading passport pictures, etc. Luckily, our next hotel at Lisbon Airport had no such restrictions.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Close to all major facilities. The room was cleaned every day. Quite garden view from our balcony was superb. Tasty cafe o late, 2 cans of coke and beer and 2 water bottles were provided gratis every day, a rarity in Spain. Especially, we were very impressed by warm hearted staff at the front desk. Since Rocia knew that I am a coffee fanatic, she asked me if I had enough coffee and she gave me more when I don’t. Really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended to everyone.

Amazing location a few minutes walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral in the old town, super clean and modern rooms, very comfortable also. My room had a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and sink and dishes. It even had a hot tub on the balcony! The room was also pretty large for European standards so that was another bonus. If you arrive by taxi, don't use a rideshare app, because they tend to drop you off at the entrance to the old town, forcing you to walk about 7 minutes, whereas local taxis drop you off and pick up right at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

So glad I found this property. Very close to the Alcazar. Fantastically old and beautiful surroundings. Reception was manned from morning till I think 10pm at night (can't remember now). Very friendly staff. They actually communicated with me via the Expedia app prior to my trip and offered a transfer, which was great. It was a good price and the taxi driver was prompt, polite and messaged me beforehand to explain where he would be. Had a problem with my hot water but they sorted it out during working hours the next day and apologised. It was really nicely decorated inside the room and very spacious. Not the best view, I will say, but not that big a deal for me thankfully. Well-equipped inside with cutlery, washing liquid, etc. Not many takeaway places (or restaurants that offer takeaway, either!) nearby, so didn't use the kitchenette as much as I expected though. Still nice to have the facilities, as I didn't book breakfast and, also, wasn't used to the dining times in Seville. So, I used the kitchen to eat breakfast and snacks. Also, it had the perk (or so I realised later!) that a taxi could drive right up to its door, which was unusual for some of the hotels in the same area; other hotels had tiny alleyways leading up to their entrances, I saw! Would definitely recommend.

Drilling started at 8:00 am

The hotel is in a good location in the old town. It is clean. It is spacious and updated with modern furniture, kitchenette, closet and comfortable beds and bedding. I received apples and 2 waters everyday, which was a nice touch.

However, the shower door doesn’t close all the way and water gets out and mold is building under the fake wood planks, which really should be tile in the bathroom.

Additionally, I woke up to construction workers pounding at the ground at 7:30 am and by 8:00 am they were drilling. I asked the staff why I wasn’t notified. I picked the hotel for its serene quiet park and to be able to sleep in. Guests should be notified of the construction. A hotel sells sleep not shoes, clothing or food. If you pay for sleep you should be warned of this construction starting at 7:30 am and drilling at 8:00 am. A guest should be allowed to cancel their stay. After five minutes of complaining to the front desk lady she provided a gesture of peace by giving me a free breakfast, which I appreciated. The construction started the day before and I wished guests would have been warned and given an option to not stay, if they planned to sleep the next day because it was impossible.

If you have never been in Sevilla, be prepared for the spectacular and enchanting alleys and most hotels in the area cannot be accessed by taxi/Uber. Ye, you have to roll your luggage to the hotel. However, Murillo Suites is in Plaza Alfaro and YES it can be reached by taxi/Uber. Wonderful location, steps away from the Cathedral, La Giralda, 1001 restaurants and bistros. The hotel rooms are more than adequate and renovated. It has a great rooftop terrace shared by the adjacent Restaurante Alfaro. Great service as is all of Sevilla. Great stay!

We adored our stay here. The location on Plaza Alfaro offered incredible park views, including the nearby Alcazar gardens, where there’s a nightly light show and heavenly music and the scent of orange blossoms floating on the breeze. Accommodations were comfy, clean and modern and the spa/hot tub on the terrace was so soothing (& romantic) after days spent walking all around Sevilla. Within easy walking distance of great shopping (wonderful ceramics shop on the same plaza!) and major attractions including the Seville Cathedral, Alcazar palace, Plaza d’Espana and the Setas de Sevilla. Staff was friendly and helpful and offered great restaurant recommendations. Cannot recommend highly enough. This is THE place to stay on your trip to Sevilla!

One of my favorite places on our trip in Spain! This historic hotel is nestled in the most historic section of Seville - an incredible location rich in culture and very walkable to incredible sites.
The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful on all counts. The restaurant next door had the most wonderful staff, an inviting atmosphere and great food.
