We had an interior room which suited us just fine as we were out and about all day. The room was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful each day. We had the best stay, the room was absolutely perfect and so clean. The staff were all so very friendly and attentive. When we arrived we had just been saturated by the heavy rainfall. Luckily our room was ready and we were able to dry off and explore! The breakfast was a three course meal it was amazing!! Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay again next time in Seville ❤️

The rooms were so clean and the staff was amazing. I was given a map with all the tourist must sees highlighted and circled. The breakfast was also great and totally worth it for the price. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville! It’s in the heart of all the must see spots!

Location excellent very central and lots of good restaurants in the area. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, room very clean. First night disturbed by street cleaning machine but staff immediately offered a change of room higher up which was very quiet. Breakfast unusual, we adapted to suit ourselves. Hotel also offered a tea and sandwiches at 4.30pm.

It wasn’t a 4 star hotel, barely boutique hotel. I had to ask for everything (vanity tools, the safe didn’t work, no car passage to the hotel entrance, the staff needed me to be followed for every single thing I ask for, the pillows were so uncomfortable, their coffee machine wasn’t a machine and to be able to make coffee u would go and plug it in another corner of the room without table on the floor, no bathrobes, slippers had to be requested, the room had very little light as the ceiling was wood so just night stands light) I can’t believe the rate I saw on Expedia. For the first time I’m fooled by ratings of a hotel by Expedia. Not worth the high rating at all.

The staff made me feel at home: encouraging and helping me with my Spanish, letting me hang out and inviting me to tea & snacks after checkout since I had a late flight. Not to mention the lovely pride of peacocks that gathered in the Real Alcázar gardens just below my window: it warmed this bird nerds’ heart to hear the baby and adult peacocks talk amongst themselves!

This was an incredibly perfect hotel for what we needed. Amazing service from all the staff but especially Paula! We were able to check in early upon arrival and stow our baggage until late afternoon on the way out. Location was excellent. Such a warm friendly place to stay and the breakfast was amazing! We really loved staying here and loved room 13. The balcony with the parrots in the morning are really interesting. Only challenge was the hotel is on central heat and air so we could not turn on the AC at night. Only the heat was coming in. Spent a lot of time with the balcony door open to get cooler air.

Hotel is very well located close to Alcazar and Catedral. Everything in Seville is easy walking. Only issue wirh hotel is we had a good ground floor room but couldn't open the windows as lots of little midges and ants due to moisture and plants directly outside. I think the Hotel is aware of problem. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed and bathroom all top rate.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. But it's the staff that were exceptional - so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel, and we travel a lot - no beige buffet breakfast here! It's a very special, fresh ingredients, made to order, and such a generous choice. Wonderful! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Seville.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with a beautiful view overlooking the park, where we could watch peacocks wandering freely beneath the trees—such a magical and unexpected delight.

Convenience was another highlight. Whether it was the smooth access to transportation, the nearby restaurants and attractions, or just how intuitive the hotel layout was, everything felt effortless. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into making the guest experience as seamless as possible. It was one of those stays where everything just worked, which is rarer than it should be.

Legado Alcázar Hotel was absolutely perfect — a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet alley near the Alcázar Gardens. It offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets of Seville while still being conveniently located for exploring the city.

My partner and I arrived in the late morning and were warmly welcomed by Alegría and the rest of the hotel staff. She had all of our information ready, and our room was prepared early so we could check in right away. She also provided us with a city map and helpfully highlighted key attractions to make the most of our visit.

Each day began with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast, always served with a genuine smile. On the day of our departure, the team went above and beyond by preparing a breakfast-to-go box so we wouldn’t leave hungry before our flight.

If you're looking for an intimate, personalized stay in Seville, I highly recommend Legado Alcázar Hotel.

The Legado Alcázar is an excellent boutique hotel. Located just steps from many of the major sites in Seville, but also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had views of the royal gardens. The room was outstanding and the service and staff are great. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sevilla's Santa Cruz district. A stone's throw away from the Alcazar and the Cathedral of Seville. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are full of charm and history. Our room and a glass floor, with a view of the ancient Roman ruins underground! I was there for the marathon, and the staff left me a very thoughtful welcome basket with marathon goodies. Would recommends to anyone looking for a cute boutique hotel located quite literally in the very heart of Sevilla.

The staff at the hotel, literally everyone, specially Alegría were beyond amazing and accommodating. This will be a forever must hotel for our family. It is in a great location, 1-2mins walking from the alcazar and cathedral…. There’s nothing negative that can be said about this hotel.
