We were placed in a room with a bathtub on an outdoor deck: a premium room. However, to get into the room we had to climb a steep set of 17 stairs with our luggage. There were no other rooms available. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew I had to carry luggage up stairs as we were traveling heavy this trip. None of the room photos show the stairs.
Everything in the room was great, clean and spacious. Complimentary water and sodas. No tissues. Coffee machine and pods but the only thing to put the coffee in were tiny paper cups. Makes no sense since the pods contain plastic and there were other reusable glasses in the room.
The other thing to know is that if you have a lot of luggage the taxis cannot go down the narrow ( but cute) lane the hotel is in. So there is a bit of a walk with your luggage. That part was not a problem for us but may be for others to be aware of.

Cozy place. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Accessible for people with disabilities. You can enjoy free coffee, tea, water, and Coca-Cola. It has a nice pool. I recommend the continental breakfast. Good restaurants around the hotel. Excellent location, close to everything. If you like to walk and don't want to take the bus or taxi, this is the perfect place.

On the second day of breakfast, we were asked to wait before being allowed into the restaurant, yet other guests continued to enter freely. When we questioned this, the staff stated that she could not control the situation. We requested to cancel breakfast and receive a refund but were refused. Only later were we finally able to have breakfast.
The hotel also advertised limited on-site parking; however, none was available upon arrival. Moreover, the front entrance is not accessible by car, and guests are required to use a nearby public parking garage.
In addition, the room lacked basic amenities such as a water boiler (electric kettle), which would have improved the overall stay.

The hotel is in the middle of the Bario Sante Fay. It is only acessable by walking 2 blocks from the nearest road. The location is great! Just a few blocks from the catherdal and Aklazar. Many great resturanats and shops are just out the door. The breakfast buffet was just OK.

Lovely new hotel interior, historic well kept exterior in a tucked away, quiet, charming street that is very walking accessible to the historic landmarks of Sevilla, cafes and shops. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. The rooms were very clean with modern furnishings. The rooms in the Murillo Reinoso each sleep 3-4 so with our family of 5 we were able able to comfortably stay in two rooms.

This hotel had only been open for a month so everything brand new. The bed was amazingly comfortable, room spacious, shower great, towels and bedding fantastic, excellent blackouts and sound proofing. It was quiet too, I did see other gilt eats but no idea how many. Great location, in the old centre but on a quieter pedestrian street. Option of breakfast in the main part of the hotel. All the staff I spoke to were so welcoming and helpful. I would truly recommend this hotel for a stay
