Location, location, location! Hotel staff were helpful before our stay booking a restaurant for my birthday and telling us the nearest bus stop. The room came across as bland and there were not enough hooks or shelves to put our stuff away. The lighting was dim especially in the black painted bathroom. Someone previously mentioned the towels were substandard, I agree, they are frayed and very worn. The room was quiet at night, comfy beds and there was a nice breakfast .... but no seville marmalade available? It would have been nice if the hotel had acknowledged my birthday somehow, most hotels do as I always go away for it. It doesn't take a lot to make someone's day more special. We arrived at 1.30pm and our room was ready but they wanted €20 if we wanted to access our room before 3pm, so, we went and had lunch somewhere for a couple of hours. Bit cheeky! There is only one usb charger in the room, free water is topped up daily in the room which is nice and there is coffee available all day.

The entrance of the hotel is lovely with sofas and a couple of rooms to relax in, along with a mezzanine library. You can help yourself to tea, coffee & iced water there anytime. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful and stored our luggage until our room was available and then again after we checked out until our taxi arrived. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the Giralda. The breakfast had a great variety of food on offer, and afterwards left over pastries and small savouries were put across next to the tea & coffee for you to help yourself at any time of the day. Finally it is in such a great location - 5 min walk from the cathedral & the Alcazar - it is hard to fault the hotel.

Absolutely top drawer….complete convenience and an amazing view from the pool area, I suspect on of the best. Had real concerns that the rooftop would be too busy but quite the opposite. Fabulous bar service up there at reasonable prices and even asked who our favourite artist was so they could play music through the system whilst we enjoyed lavender gin cocktails…..seriously superb and unbelievable value 👌thanks to the incredible staff

We loved the breakfast buffet (looked forward to the different savory + sweet bites every morning), friendly staff, and sunsets on the rooftop terrace! Location is perfect for exploring Seville's main attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. It was very hot throughout our 4-night visit so wished the air-conditioning could be turned on higher after coming back from a long day in the sun - that said, it was not a problem after settling in and the eco-friendliness is so appreciated. Our room was very comfortable and clean!

You can walk everywhere, you can see the cathedral (and hear the bells!) from the roof and walk there in 5 mins. The food options around are excellent and there is also shops close.

The hotel is small in a narrow street but beautiful and clean. It has locations in Portugal so you can see that in the decoration style. The location is super - close to EVERYTHING. The homemade breakfast was delicious. The staff was wonderful - all of them from the lady at breakfast to the guys at the front desk. The sweetest man was Sergio who was not hesitant to let me borrow his cell phone to make a domestic call in Spain to Iberia. During the stress of airline error hassle out of home country in the world that is full of scams, it warmed my heart to know that there are still many kind people like Sergio. Thank you !!

Room entry is via a 3 story atrium. Earplugs or a sound machine may be useful for light sleepers. Lovely breakfast. We missed it the second day. They packed bread and juice for us. Recommend a little more such as yogurt and fruit when guests depart early. It was warm and a fan to circulate the air would have been perfect. The AC was not working but a fan is needed for comfort.

Great stay once we found it! Seville is a beautiful city/labyrinth. A lovely gentleman helped us locate the closest parking to the hotel. Great amenities, very helpful reception, delicious breakfast and snacks. Comfortable bed. This is a hidden gem. Streets are so narrow that taxis have a hard time getting there. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the stay. The accommodations were top notch with special touches such as 24/7 coffee and snacks. The room was perfect size, comfortable bed, working AC, and best part, the shower water pressure! The pool overlooks the cathedral and has an amazing view. Lastly, the hotel is within walking distance to all the major sites. 2 min to cathedral and Alcaraz.

Our flight was delayed by the airline by a day due to mechanical issues and the hotel staff did not want to accommodate our reservation. If I were to return to Sevilla, I would not stay here. I'm sure there's better options.

The rooms were wonderful with the exception of the bed, which was much too hard and a bit worn-out. They need to replace their beds. Other than that, everything in the room was great. Staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast was average given the price, but that is pretty standard across so many hotels in Europe. Great breakfasts are rare despite the high expense ($13.00 Euro per person). I would stay here again in a heartbeat simply for the view.

This was The Perfect hotel for our first time in Seville. Located right in the center of town, it was walkable to almost every major site. There are dozens of places to eat and drink nearby (our favorite was Estrella, just one block over where we ate twice just to enjoy sitting outside at dusk and enjoy the wine and mood). We even enjoyed drinks poolside and in the lobby lounge. The hotel itself is so charming, located on a very pretty street. The room was very clean and comfortable, wifi is strong (strong enough to handle an extended work videoconference midday), the pool on the roof was a perfect way to cool down midday or relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast in the morning is terrific (buffet of fresh orange juice and fruits, cooked-to-order eggs, etc), and the staff is amazing (special thank you to Frank, who was so nice and so welcoming). One tip is that taxis may not be able to drive right up front because the streets are so narrow, so you should expect to walk about a block on cobblestone (and cobblestone is everywhere in this part of town, so you should prepare for this anyways with good, supportive shoes). This really isn't a big deal if you're ready for it and expect it, but if mobility is an issue for you, please be prepared for this with this area of Seville. We walked to the main sites - the Cathedral, Alcazar, and the Plaza de Espana - from the hotel, and once back from Traiana on the other side river to the hotel without an issue.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a major sporting event in Mid-May 2022. Hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Seville, staff are friendly and breakfast options on offer was great. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with ideal rooms and the terrace / pool area is fantastic. The only marks down is the insufficient AC on offer, which is barely enough to stay comfortable.

This hotel is lovely. The staff are amazing, especially Sergio and Joanna on reception who couldn’t do enough to help us with bookings for the Aire Spa and other activities like great restaurants to eat at and ordering taxis. The rooftop pool is a great retreat away from the city. It’s also super central to get to everywhere but really quiet at night because of its location on a quiet street. The rooms are really clean and breakfast is lovely.

Very nice small hotel. Well designed, good sized and rooms and mine had one of the biggest walk in showers I’ve had recently. Very good breakfast despite Covid - served at your table with nice selection of local ham and cheese, mini tortilla omelette, some fruit and pastries and crepes. The staff are very polite and helpful - everyone I had a chance to interact with. Location is very central, yet on a small quiet side street. Would definitely come back next time in Seville.

The hotel needs to make it clear that the only way to drive it with your bags is down a maze of incredibly narrow winding streets. Far better if you park in one of the main carparks, (not cheap) and Uber to your hotel.

Everything was great. First of all, the people who welcomed us at the reception were all very friendly and attentive. They immediately gave us very good information about where to visit. The breakfast was very nice and sufficient. Apart from that, the hotel is in a very central location where you can walk everywhere. It was definitely a great experience. Rigtig dejligt lille hotel, som ligger centralt og lige der hvor alt er i nærheden. Værelset var dejligt og sengen god. På tagterrassen kan du slappe af i en liggestol, og evt køle dig i den lille pool. Der er gratis kaffe, te og cacao hele dagen og om eftermiddagen nogle gange også et stykke kage, super god stil og ekstra service. Personale var meget søde og hjælpsomme. God morgenmad.
