The room was in good condition and the staff was good.
However, we had problems to enter because we didn't receive the codes on time and we had to wait at the hotel entrance.. We also asked for a late check out and even we had a good response from the staff, after a various call we finally received the email with the transaction to activate.. When we tried to enter the codes didn't work because nobody knew we had the late check out, one of the staff who trusted us, opened the door and we could stay until 1 pm..
The remote control didn't work, they tried to solve the problem but they couldn't, so we couldn't use the TV.

Very central location. We had a duplex accommodation in centre of Seville. Neat and Clean. They even have luggage lockers if you are arriving early or leaving late. The only down side was that they didn’t have enough dishes in the kitchen for 4. For example, we were four and we had only 2 cups. Rest all was very good. Digital checkin and checkout. We can definitely use them again in Seville.

Our Stay here was great! Loved the location with lots of places to eat on the same street, plus walking distance from the Real Alcazar and the cathedral. Super clean, comfortable beds and very spacious!

We booked 7 nights at Numa Molina Seville, Apartment was situated on the ground floor and was big and spacious. But had zero natural light as its situated at the back of the building complex. I can deal with that as the location was great, however we were not advised of the infestation of cockroaches and would wake up to them scurrying around or find them dead on the counter tops. Its a known problem as when we repoted it they removed the panel under kitchen revealing a set of traps. My four year old was also with is and was terrified. Complaint was raised a request to move. Numa offered us an apartment change but for a far smaller sized with little discount. The carbon monoxide alarm activated and again raised this with Numa and were told someone would be sent to chect that night but they didn't arrive until next day. We also suffered frequent power trips. Such a shame really as the location is great and the property itself is decent. If staying ground floor be prepared, clean surfaces day and night and don't leave food or crumbs around.

We loved Numa Sevilla Molina, and would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Sevilla. Below are my pros/cons:

Pros:
- Location was perfect, one block away from the cathedral and next to some of the better restaurants in the area (El Colmo had the best tinto de verano we tried, El Pinton was our favorite restaurant of the trip).
- Great floorplan -- we stayed in the three-bedroom apartment and it provided us with more than enough space to still have privacy
- Service -- onsite staff was very nice and accommodating. Strangely enough, onsite staff apparently is not an expectation for aparthotels, which proved inconvenient at other properties on our trip.
- Property -- felt like such a cool escape from the Sevilla heat. Beautiful indoor courtyard as you enter the property, with natural light coming from the skylight.

Cons:
- Communication wasn't the easiest. They use an automated WhatsApp through a centralized system, and you need to go through some layers to reach a representative (not the property staff). We tried to secure early check-in 2 days leading up to our stay all the way up to the afternoon of our scheduled check-in, but were told the room wasn't available. We arrived at the property at 2pm (check in was at 3pm), and the onsite staff told us our room had been ready for us and they weren't sure why we were being told no.
- Some rooms face the indoor courtyard and lights stay on until about 11:30pm (only a slight annoyance)
- some friendly bugs inside.

My stay at Sevilla was fantastic from start to finish. Although I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in advance, a quick call to the provided number connected me with a friendly and efficient staff member who made the entire check-in process effortless. Checking out was just as smooth. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect—both made my stay truly relaxing.

The space was very large and clean. Ample room for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable. Very easy to check-in. We ended up arriving super late, after midnight, and had no problem getting into the apartment. The AC and washing machine worked well. Enjoyed the extra boxed water, teas and coffees, and toiletries. Highly recommend.

No on site help - pray you have no problems.

I bet this place is fine if you have no issues. Otherwise, there are no employees on site, and customer service is routed through another country where it is clear representative has never even been to the hotel.

Upon checkin, there are zero instructions in the accommodations. Not for WiFi, washer/dryer, or other amenities. Rather, the only instructions remind you not to use the included kitchenette because if the fire department is called it’s a $2500 fine. And a sign in the lobby indicating complaint forms are available upon request.

There was a long hair in the bathroom because it wasn’t clean, there were cobwebs and flies in the accommodation, the shower head didn’t work, and a lamp was broken. And the phone number provided to contact didn’t work.

So, I contacted via the Hotels.com app to let them know. The hotel then entered my room the following day while I was gone without notice or consent. Their muddy shoe prints were then all over the bathroom, foot towels, and showers, but they didn’t actually fix anything or clean up after themselves.

Entering your room is in violation of the written terms and conditions on the hotel’s website that you agree to before you go.

They claim parking is nearby for $20 per night, but it’s not a 3 minute walk, it’s a 10 minute walk on cobble stone streets. And it is $25 per night, not $20.

Customer service was not able to acknowledge their errors, let alone be accountable. Their customer service was horrible.

This property was top notch, clean and they even put a baby crib in room without us requesting. I would highly recommend this place.

Our only issue was we had a problem with the luggage lockers. It was too small for any oversized luggage and not enough for multiple people from other units to store their luggage. The other issue we had was one of the lockers that would not open and would only do 3 tries before it locked automatically so we had our luggage stuck in there for an hour while we waited for help.

Appt no.4 was amazing for us..so spacious for me, my mum and 2x adult daughters…nice open lounge…lots of balconies …loved the social noise outside..…large comfortable queen beds …rooftop pool and terrace with amazing views ..great location to the Seville tours and cafes …the best apartment we have visited in all the city breaks that we have been to over the years…thank you so much for an amazing stay in the lovely city of Seville 😎

This place was gross. Upon entering you’ll notice the stains on the couch. But I can live with some stains. Then you go into the lower bathroom and it smells like raw sewage. And it’s filled with flies, who clearly like the raw sewage smell. They’re not the only ones that like raw sewage. The second night, we found a very large roach wandering the lower bathroom. The third night we discovered a different, equally large roach in the upper bathroom. I told the customer service if there was another, roach free room available. They ignored the question and sent a very nice girl to remove the roach and give me a can of roach spray. She said roaches are a big problem in Sevilla. Roaches are a problem in all cities, but in the many hotels I’ve stayed in, this is only the second time I see roaches. I also stayed in another hotel in Sevilla this trip, and in Córdoba, which sits on the same river. No roaches. I didn’t even see roaches on the street.
Another thing to keep in mind is the overly sensitive fire alarm. They put a sign on the stove saying to open the window when you cook, otherwise the guest has to cover the 2500€ fee if the fire department comes. Well we managed to set off the alarm without even cooking. Maybe it’s because we were using the washing machine. Luckily no fire dept came, because we stopped it with the power button.

Amazing stay in Sevilla!

This a great hotel that made our vacation unforgettable. They offered early access to the property which allowed us to drop our luggage at their storage, you access the property thru a code that opens the main door and gives you access to your room. Room has all the amenities of an apartment, even with a washer, fridge and cooking option. Our room was in the first floor but you could not hear the outside noise from the street. Walking distance to everything, top floor has a pool and a great view of everything around you. Will definitely consider going back to this hotel. Almost forgot, you select your breakfast among 3 choices in advance and it is delivered every morning to your room door!

Great apartment in hyper-central location in the old town! We had all the comforts of home and, despite having a ground floor apartment right on a busy street, if was super quiet (the rooms are set back). Not a lot of natural light in the bedrooms but I rather have quiet then light in this case. Very easy to get in, check in and out fully online. Shared roof terrace has great views of the cathedral, tables for al fresco DIY dinners, and a small pool for cooling down.

The apartment was good so no complains about and location is very central. The only issue there are a lot of restaurants / bars downstairs so was very loud very late in the night, what did i expect from Spain :-)
Parking is a nightmare and if not for a amazing Numa employee who helped us park we would have been stranded. Dont advice the location for people driving or new to driving in old town Seville.

Excellent location, client service and communication. However, we had a series of issues spoiling our visit and meaning we would not return e.g. front door lock not work (battery), safety lock not work (battery); bath water pressure non-existent and needed to fill with the shower; air conditioning problems and a building evacuation at 3am (perhaps due to guest error). Had it not been for this series of issues over just 3 days, we'd recommend it.

Initial communication was great but we had a 7 seater van and weren't warned about the crazy time one would have to try to get it near the off-site parking - which it couldn't fit anyway.
They have us a refund for the parking promptly but what would have happened if the car was damaged trying to get to the property?
Go here, stay here BUT do not drive there or park there!

Awesome location and the property was fine except it was ridiculously difficult to drive a car there and especially to park and there was NO WARNING about this. Andres was awesome and helped us when we arrived and left or it would have been worse but the parking situation was a disaster. Only would work if you have a very small car- the streets are tiny and narrow and getting into the garage is insane. (We were in a minivan and should have been warned. ) the location is close to nice restaurants and very close to the cathedral which is awesome except that they like to go crazy on the bells all hours of the day and night. Earplugs were provided but not enough. :)

the duplex with bedroom upstairs was a nice idea. Well equipped, with nice touches like coffee capsules provided for the coffee machine, and laundry capsules for the washer.
Parking is secure but a few minutes walk and not that easy to find. Rooftop terrace is a bonus

Stayed there for three nights (originally two and we extended). Traveled with older children and we had a three bedroom apartment. The place very roomy, modern, clean and overall awesome! It is in the middle of the action, which we loved! Would highly recommend! Management was super responsive using Whatsap text, which I liked. I would not recommend bringing a car in Seville in general, which we did since were driving around Portugal and Spain. Able to park it for 20 Euros a day, but it was a nightmare driving/parking it.

I think the rooftop terrace needs more
Lights as they have a sensor light that stays lit really short time and there is no lights in the sitting area or the pool at night.

We stayed in 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 5 adults. It was very roomy and modern. We walked every where. Up on the roof you can see the cathedral lit up at night. It’s on a busy street so can be a bit noisy during the day.

We arrived late having had a taxi organised for us by our host. This was great knowing that we could step out of the airport with our young baby and get to our hotel with someone waiting to pick us up.

The apartment was in a great location and immaculately clean.

The roof top terrace was lovely sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the city.

The accommodation was excellent. It is very central for visiting all the main attractions and although close to the cathedral, it is very quiet. There are also many restaurants nearby.
The only downside is that we had no outlook at all. The accommodation is build round a lovely internal central foyer, but there is nothing at the back. The windows were frosted and covered by curtains which meant there was no natural light.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, modern decor, lovely rooftop with tiny pool. Great eateries close by. Great to have 2 shower rooms. Comfortable beds. Marble stairs rather precarious unless wearing shoes. Water runs colder when more than one tap/shower in use. No daylight despite floor to ceiling windows. Ground floor sleeper disturbed by automatic light activation in Reception area as curtains are transparent fabric.

This is under my mom’s name but i am the one reviewing this. I have been to Sevilla 4 times prior and this is by far the best place i have stayed in Sevilla. I highly recommend this place. Everything went well. Easy communication, smooth transaction, amazing luxurious rooms, and located in the best spot in the old town.

Lovely property, had everything and was comfortable. Pool on the roof isn’t big, but the view is amazing. Lots of contact from the owner - they organised tickets for us and met us on time. Great location. Would recommend the bar opposite the apartment! Would stay here again.

An excellent location with easy walking access to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. So many restaurants to choose from we would have loved to try them all. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for this family of 3. Carmen who checked us in took the time to show us interests on the map provided. If you are driving we would advise parking your vehicle outside the centre and walk in. The streets are tight and easy to get lost in. The hotel does not have parking available. I reserve top marks for cleanliness if hair from previous users are not found. There was a couple here but the apartment still gets a good rating for cleanliness. The only complaint we had was having the apartment directly below the pool. We will definitely be back!
