A few hiccups but we enjoyed our stay at the Seville Molina, and would stay there again. The location was perfect, in a charming neighborhood, and with lots of food places within a 2 minute walk. The street gets busy and some noise is inevitable, but this was not a problem for us. Depending on local events, a taxi may be able to reach the front door so you may have to haul your luggage to/from a pick up spot. IMO this is a minor, worthwhile inconvenience to be at this location.
The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Great A/C. The extra bedrooms meant our teenager didn’t have to sleep in the same space as us, and the full kitchen gave us flexibility with regard to food/drink while relaxing. We also appreciated the ability to wash a few clothing items in the built-in washer/dryer.
Communication could be better. When all prior communication indicated I would get the access code to the apartment 24 hours prior to check-in and I still did not have it the morning of, I was a bit stressed. I did receive it eventually but when visiting from another continent with reservations made months in advance, timely communication would help put our minds at ease that there are no complications.
The elevator was broken so we got stuck in it briefly trying to get our luggage to our room. Turned out it was broken ONLY for our floor but that detail was not communicated until days into our stay, so that discouraged our use of the pool at the top floor.
