Love this hotel! The room was clean and bright and seed to have been recently renovated.
The highlight here was the staff. Filipe was outstanding helping us endlessly to find a missing bag. The hotel gives interns from other countries a chance to work in the trade. Anastasia (sp) from
Argentina was so professional and helpful as was Colin from France. The hotel is obviously doing a wonderful job training them. Hats off to Maya as well who always had a smile for us.
Great breakfast as well. Just a fantastic hotel close to everything!!!

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location! The service was exceptional! The check-in was better than any other hotel we've been to. They took our IDs and showed us to a nice sitting room where we enjoyed music and fresh drinks. Once we were ready, they came to us and explained everything and took us too our room. They had already moved our luggage into the room. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Seville!

The Casa del Poeta Hotel was fantastic, starting with the building design. The perfectly decorated entrance immediately lead to a beautiful courtyard. The first floor includes a cozy breakfast room and a large, comfortably furnished parlor. Breakfast is superb, the rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable, and the staff is flawlessly attentive and professional. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, which surpassed our highest expectations!

Great central hotel over looking small quiet square. Wonderful location. Beautiful old building with charming courtyard and tons of character. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly the hotel cancelled our last night booking, possibly due to over booking. Our families were separated over our Christmas reunion but Expedia came to the rescue and helped with our next accommodation. I was very impressed with their customer service. It all worked out well in the end.

Extremely helpful and professional staff. I wasn't able to book travel through renfe's own app because of application errors and the lady at the front desk did that for me with a lot of patience as it required filling a lot of fields.

Overall a well kept property, spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. The location is very convenient with great dining places and major attractions within minutes of walk.

Reception staff were lovely and very helpful, its a beautiful building and a real treat to stay in something so historic, everything was cleaned to a very high standard so no complaints, the beds could do with a nice topper on them and pillows could be a better quality but I am being picky, would I stay here again absolutely yes and it was our second time staying so there maybe even a third stay, thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely courteous. It is in a walkable part of the old town area of Seville which is very convenient during the stay. Cars cannot get directly to the front door of the hotel, plan on an approximately 5-8 minute walk.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the hotel is very charming. The Concierge and check-in staff were friendly, helpful and personable, and provided great recommendations for restaurants and arranged a taxi* for us during our departure. Unfortunately, the staff who helped us during breakfast service was an unexpected disappointment. While the breakfast was delicious and selection was decent, the staff members who helped us were not friendly, almost rude. One of them made a snide comment when we requested a breakfast item, which completely took us by surprise. *One thing to note - the hotel location is in a walk-only neighborhood (no car access) with very narrow streets so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk with all of it for a while as you meander the streets and search for the hotel.

Our favorite hotel during our six weeks in Europe

We did a six week trip all over Europe and stayed at a lot of different Hotels. This marvel of a sanctuary was the best we stayed at. The tranquil courtyard, the evening musician, the service, the healthy breakfast with fresh fruits were all top class. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Actually I would move in and never leave if they let me. This hotel might be small and has no pool but makes up for that by its fantastic charm and the way they treat you here. Would recommend 1000%

On the day of our departure we had a late train out of Seville and wanted to spend the last hour in their courtyard with a bottle of Champagne. We were informed that they were out of the one we wanted, but they had dispatched someone to a local restaurant to secure one just for us. This is the level of service you get at this place. They truly make you feel special.

We were in Paris before coming to Seville and the morning Croissants here were devine. Better than the ones we had in Paris and that is a very high bar indeed.

The room was lovingly decorated, the bathroom had a real shower with great water pressure. Not one of those step into a tub and we mounted the sprayer up high so pretend it is a shower as you flood the room like you find a lot of times in Europe.

The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable for a great night sleep.

Up top they have a great rooftop with lounges great in the evening for star gazing.

Staff was great except I had asked before arrival about a laundry unit and they said there was no self service. I thought I had read that there was. So, after doing laundry in a public laundromat, we arrive and find out there is a washer and dryer in our unit. That was a bit annoying because we spent 2.5 hours elsewhere when we were already short on time. Otherwise, quick response times and friendly staff. Unit was dated but worked well for our quick trip. Would stay again.

We booked apartment, location was good and we able to walk to all attraction. Our apartment had 2 bed and 2 bath but one of the bathroom had no ventilation so practically we cannot use as that will create smell in the room. Also their apartment is in separate building and there is no attendant in the apartment building. For anything you need to call main hotel or walk 5 min.

We booked the hotel with the starting date being one day later than our expected checkin date and only found it out when we showed up at the hotel. We ended up with booking that night with the hotel directly and checking out one day earlier. We requested the hotel to be flexible in their cancellation policy (we missed the dealline) to issue the one day refund to us considering that we ended it up staying with the hotel with the same number of days. We tried but couldn't find any chance to talk to the property manger during the stay due to the manager being off duty. We contacted Expedia but got the response that hotel wouldn't adjust their cancellation policy. It would have been a pleasant experience had we not paid for 3 nights for 2 night stay.

Beautiful hotel in center Sevilla. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old house. The architecture is a gem and you will enjoy the quiet patio in the middle of the hotel which is a haven of rest in a buzzing city. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The rooftop has a great view on the cathedral. Highly recommended!

What a lovely courtyard! Our teenage children shared a room just next to ours and we all slept very well in the “regular rooms.” The windows faced the courtyard which was perfect as the revelers on a football cup day were very load. Coming from the USA about midday, we were exhausted. The staff received us with refreshments while our rooms were being prepared and we were able to get in slightly before 3 pm (they set up the kids with 2 twins and ours with a king bed). We woke up early evening in order to eat at one of the excellent restaurants recommended by the concierge (booked ahead of the trip). Our tour guide was organized through the hotel for the next day. Again, we took an afternoon nap in our tomb-like rooms. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings in the courtyard before exploring the city at night. We walked everywhere we wanted to see in Sevilla. We would love to return! What a lovely stay!

Check in was complicated by that. My strong suggestion is that if they have no access to Expedia they inform client well before so as to reduce anxiety.

GORGEOUS hotel. We absolutely loved this property. Very nice welcome drink when you get there. It smells amazing inside. The location cannot be beat. Worth the price. We absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Only complaint is the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but I'd stay again.

Our experience at Hotel Casa del Poeta was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Maya, who truly set the tone for our stay. She welcomed us with a glass of wine, a cheese platter, and fantastic dining recommendations – her kindness and hospitality were unmatched.

The hotel itself is a gem. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s rest, and the room included delightful touches like a fruit platter, a fridge stocked with drinks and chocolates, and high-quality bathroom amenities.

The location couldn’t be better. Centrally situated, the hotel is just minutes from Seville’s must-see attractions like the Cathedral and the Alcázar, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay – delicious and beautifully presented, with impeccable 5-star service.

Great hotel near the Cathedral.

This is a fantastic hotel in Seville if you wish to be near the cathedral. We spent four nights there. They were very accommodating and made excellent restaurant recommendations. Would go back.

We had stayed in Seville before in some great boutique hotels but we absolutely loved this hotel. The interiors are classic decoration with some beautiful touches and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Our bathroom was impressive and the shower power made every visit an absolute revival after our walks around this standout city. Every member of the staff are among the most helpful and charming we have ever met.
