Great location. A small friendly hotel with friendly staff. Coffee facilities in the room (although very little stock and was never replenished over our stay) which we couldn’t see on the details and had brought some things with us. Would be an idea to make this amenity clear when booking. Room was clean but we did find two tissues on the floor under the bed.

The rooms are small but clean, bathroom decent size, coffee in room, but no tea, but the staff got it for us from the bar on the roof. the rooms being small not too comfortable for more than a few day stay.

A very cozy alcove right next to the Royal Alcazar Palace. Very convenient location on a quiet alcove very helpful attendants. The only thing I did not like, and which is common to many hotels, is that the bathtub/shower does not have a rubber mat and so it would be very easy to slip and fall and with nothing to grab onto. It’s a common safety hazard.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is only one block away from the beautiful cathedral Seville. Numerous dining and night life options only a stones throw. The hotel staff offered us a free cocktail on the beautiful rooftop terrace which was considerate. Would recommend if staying in Seville!

We also loved the courtyard that is it located on-it is central to everything that you would want to walk to but also an oasis. Very clean and nice furnished-great staff. Reception staff were welcoming and always friendly, and the roof bar had wonderful views. Hotel is in a great location for the old part of city but the taxi can't drive to the hotel, so you will end up walking 3-5 mins from wherever they drop you off. Ideal location! Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Do not, however, reserve a room that faces the front courtyard. From 06:00 when the city starts cleaning the streets to the city's dumping of trash into their dumptrucks. Then as morning progresses, the throngs of tourists passing through the plaza all day long until about 22:00. And don't forget the neighbor's constantly barking dog! Other than that, a nice place to stay!

The location of the hotel is hard to beat being right in the very center with the amazing view from the roof top terrace. It is very clean with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The one downside for us was that it has very very small rooms, so if you spend all day outside that is fine but don't be thinking you can go sit in your room as you can barely get around the bed.

Had a great time spent here. SUPERB location, friendly and welcoming staff that helped coordinate rides/tours/whatever you were searching for. We had a clean and comfortable room for 2. The terrace has a STUNNING view of the cathedral. FREE drink for our first night there. Only thing I would say is the fridge was not re-stocked or cleaned out. Someone had left an unopened red wine bottle as well as a super flat white wine. We told the staff and they were very nice enough to replenish. Other than that would still stay here again if we had more time in Seville!

It's a bit difficult to find the hotel at start as nicely nested in one of many Sevilla's narrow streets, but when located, it's an excellent location beside the cathedral, hence very central to everywhere, including 10min walk to bus stop Tore del Oro to/from the airport if needed. Lovely hotel and staff, nice terrace on the roof with view over Sevilla, homely vibes. Highly recommend this hotel, i will definitely return again next time in Sevilla.
