Lovely hotel, our suite was a super size with such impressive high ceiling. The beds extremely comfortable and none of our towels including a change we had during our stay were worn or discoloured. Four decent sized complimentary bottles of water in the room fridge which were very welcome due to the temperature in Seville. These were also replaced when emptied. Bathroom with separate bath and shower which was of a high standard.
A delightful rooftop terrace which was a great subtract. Only thing missing was a bar but staff did not mind you bringing in your own drinks and nibbles to enjoy on the terrace.
The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant each time you came into contact with them.
It appears the hotel provides a comprehensive breakfast but we didn’t take advantage of this as it was always our preference to eat out during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and so nice. The bed was very comfortable. Some people may find the bedroom a little small, but it I think it was just right for one to two people. The bathroom was gorgeous though. You have a separate area for the sink with plenty of space. The bathroom had a huge tub, toilet and bidet. I didn't include breakfast in my reservations, but you can get coffee and water anytime. And they gave 2 bottled waters everyday, which was always appreciated. There is a fridge but no microwave. But plenty of restaurants around the hotel. For the price, this place is a hidden gem. Another plus is there's a lift! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. If ever I go back, I would stay here again.

Lovely building and excellent location in heart of Seville. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and coffee machine constantly available to help yourself as well as chilled water which was a nice gesture from the hotel. I would recommend for a stay in Seville to see the sights and be centrally located for cafe bars and shops.

Great Boutique Hotel overlooking the Minaret and less than 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, Alcázar. Very close to dining options and a hustling but quiet environment making it easy to travel solo and stay out late without worrying about safety.
The hotel was faultless, really dreamy hotel with a lovely terrace. Breakfast is probably limited and no hot drinks in the room, that was the only flaw for me.

Hotel Palacio Pinello is just few steps from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar, literraly around the corner. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is very good. Lots of bars and great restaurants are around the hotel and all major attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel. We had great time in Seville.

Superb hotel staff, superb location

This is probably one of the best experience I had staying in a hotel among all my vacations.

In large part due to the service and help from the reception staff; all of them are helpful and awesome

This amazing hotel is also beautiful and we took some really nice pictures too. It is clean and well furnished, I would want to come stay here again when I visit Serville in the future.

This hotel is round the corner, 2 mins walk, from the cathedral and Alcazar in Seville old town so really central.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even provided umbrellas on rainy days. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Bread very fresh. Room was very comfortable and quiet (okay, it was November). Plenty of eating places and street cafes within a few minutes walk.
Be aware, streets are narrow and cobbled as befits an Old Town.
I would definitely use this hotel again.

This will always be my number one place to stay when I’m in Sevilla. I received white gloves service from every single staff member on a daily basis. They were friendly, cordial, and very attentive to details to ensure a wonderful lodging experience. They over exceeded my expectations.The hotel was beautiful, with a rooftop view of the cathedral. They also offered daily complimentary coffee ( expresos & capuchinos!) and water. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all main sites, restaurants, shopping ect. I’ll be back in November! This was an amazing hotel in central Sevilla for a great price. The receptionist was very warm and helpful with recommending spots to eat and drink. Our room was lovely. The free snacks, tea and coffee machine with lots of options was the cherry on top!

We stayed with our two teens in junior sweet. Amazing room and jacuzzi in the bathroom. Free Tea and coffee with little snacks downstairs. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. Excellent stay we will definitely come again. Worth paying for the comfort and everything is walking distance.

Convenient location from cathedral and alcazar, just a few minutes away. There were a lot of bugs and we were placed on the first floor entering into the main dining hall. There was also black mold in the bathroom, be aware if getting placed here as we also had a lot of street noise. One good thing is that water and coffee is available 24/7 in the dining hall and they offer one free drink from the bar.

The hotel was very well located in the middle of Seville near all of the tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and has a central courtyard that is well appointed. My room was very nice and have been updated recently.

Modern and clean

The attendants were kind and helpful. The Hotel is clean and very modern with lots of Art in the building. It is a challenge to get to, kind of stuck in the middle of other buildings with very narrow roads to drive with pedestrians everywhere. I was disturbed by the strong smell of sewer once the air conditioning was turned on and requested another room - which they accommodated. Shower had a rain spout and 3 other smaller ones aimed at your body but tgat just might be the suite we were in.

Property is great in a great location. There is NO Parking anywhere near the hotel. If you are renting a car, beware. It’s public parking near the bull ring and a 15 minute walk with your luggage. Taxi or Uber, no problems.

This was a spacious hotel set in the old town with the rooms around an inner courtyard. It was very close to the major sights all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large for a city hotel and well equipped. The breakfast in the courtyard was limited in choice. We got a taxi from the airport and would not advise bringing a car into the old town. Would recommend this hotel for short stay.

Very well placed for a city break, being within five to tem minutes of the Alcazar and cathedral. Also within 15 minutes of the bullring and museum, a venue doing a flamenco show and tapas and the hop on and off sightseeing bus tours. There are several decent bars and restaurants on the doorstep, which was useful as the hotel don't have a restaurant for evening dining. They do have bar and a roof top terrace though.

The room was clean and comfortable, and has air-con, mini bar and safe. It didn't though have facilities to make a hot drink, nor iron creased clothing in the room. There is no laundry service.

Staff were always helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking a taxi for the airport for our departure...helping with luggage to the vehicle too.
