The only minor problem which I can mention is the noise and shouting made by the guests in the common area while waiting for their taxis etc.
Obviously something beyond the hotel management.
The hotel is also well positioned .

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Wide variety of cheeses, meats, pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. for breakfast. Very filling. Everything was walkable and no need for Uber or public transportation. Bike rental was appreciated. Great stay for our family of four. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Rooms are good size and clean. Enjoyed our stay there.

I would suggest a few small improvements for the property. Free tea and coffee available from 1 PM onwards. Why not from the morning? The machine is already there. Just turn it on. Guests will appreciate it.

We were a party of 3. But there was not enough cups/glasses for 3 people in the room. We mentioned to front desk but still didn’t get the 3rd cup/glass. Minor item but if I am paying for 3 people, I do expect services for 3 people.

One day stay.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from most of the touristic areas. Room was small for four people especially adults. One issue the air conditioning is controlled by the property management and the room was warm and couldn’t sleep well. I recommend the property to change it for each room to have control over the referred AC desired.

I stayed in the single bed room. It was a bit tiny but was clean and comfortable for one night.
I liked the breakfast buffet very much. They had a variety of fresh juices.
The location was also very good. 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar and 15 minutes walk to Santa Cruz neighbourhood.

I liked the staff most of all. All friendly, courteous, interactive - even when I wasn’t , as I have bipolar disorder, they all made me feel seen heard and held. I even bought the team a thank you gift as a gesture of good will and gratitude and to somehow give back a little of what they did for me. I had a lovely stay here with my mother. A few minor things but the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a convenient location and I felt really safe here. The air con was incredible - this was a huge concern so I couldn’t be more thankful that it was working AND easy to navigate. Thank you to all the staff, I would definitely stay here again when I re-visit Seville!

Location is amazing. Clean and very helpful staff. Room was always tidy up and ready each day. We stayed with 2 children and they were very comfortable in bunk beds. Breakfast was Beyond excellent we looked forward to all the delish and healthy options. AC was big problem on the top floor ( I think it was 3rd) because that floor was not as insulated as the floors below so it was hot and the AC could not cool enough in the very hot June weather, family staying in the other floors were perfectly cooled. So ask for lower rooms. Other than that inconvenience I would totally go back knowing this. It was a lovely little hotel and VERY helpful staff.

Centrally located. We walked almost to all the attractions. The hotel concierge recommended dining in the different areas and they were excellent and affordable. We were pleasantly surprised that although it's so centrally located it was quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and very central, we enjoyed our stay however the room felt like a bit of a jail cell. The bathroom was really nice but the room had no furniture to put things even though there was plenty of room. We were a family of four, our room had the typical two-twin beds pushed together and set of bunk beds. They were comfortable however really close together and the bunk beds half covered the small single window in the room.

We had a very good stay. The hotel parking was a bonus however it was interesting as the parking required that the car had to be driven into a car elevator. Apparently, in the old town part of Seville, the car elevator scenario is common.
The front desk staff were very accommodating and very helpful.
Our triple room was clean and comfortable.

The location was great, the best for us travelers is having to sleep 😴 after a tiring trip, and the bed 🛏️ is so comfy, made our nights so satisfied, although the rooms are tiny, it's the comfy bed & pillows that made it up, highly recommend.

Quaint boutique hotel in the best location. Everything you need is around the corner from the hotel: restaurants, cafe, shopping, Seville cathedral.
Street are very narrow in Seville so cabs will generally drop you off at the end of the block.
We loved Seville so much and the proximity of this hotel to everything.

Very close to everything. We always get a place within 100 yards of the most important place in the city we are visiting. Whether it’s a cathedral or some other special monument. We never use taxis or any other conveyance. We only walk. Even though we are not young. This particular place is again very close to everything that we wanted to be around and see. Everything is within walking distance usually less than nine 10th of a mile. The people at the desk were very friendly and assisted whenever we needed it.

Great hotel and location within walking distance of many of the city center attractions. They even give out free coffee and expression in the afternoon. The only issue we had was that the AC did not work well in it did but get cold even if it was running for hours. It was good compared to the heat outside, but still warm to sleep.

Amazing location within walking distance to everything you want to see. Fantastic neighborhood, great bars and restaurants right out your door. The hotel was clean and comfortable - not fancy, but a very comfortable stay in a well-laid out room. Our room had a double for us and bunk beds for the kids. A cute rooftop deck to relax as well.
