The hotel location could not be any better! Withing walking distance to tourist attractions. The hotel is not accessible to vehicles, but I did not have a problem finding the hotel when my Cabify driver dropped me off and told me where to walk. Although the room was small, it worked for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Really convenient location. All tourist spots walkable from the hotel, nothing more than 20mins walk. Hotel is in a pedestrian area so cabs and uber will not drop of you off at the door front. Location of the hotel is hidden in an alleyway. Very modern interiors, great air con machine. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

Only issue for this stay was that we were only allocated 1 room card, although asked for another this was declined. My partner and I wanted to see and do different things so this caused an extra layer of organising that we could have done without.

This is a budget hotel offering zero amenities. There is no privacy in rooms to use the bathroom or shower. If you’re sharing a room with someone make sure you don’t mind that they can see everything you do.

-The bathroom is not separate from the bedroom. It’s a glass wall offering no privacy with a door that is hard to close. Water floods in front of the toilet.

Upon opening the door, we almost fell over from the smell. It smelled like someone used the bathroom in the middle of the room and left it for a day in the heat. Overall, location is great but if you’re looking for luxury, this hotel is not it.

It’s in a great location, but I’d recommend learning all of the details about your room in advance. The room I was given was incredibly compact in a way that felt very cramped - needing to close certain doors to open other doors and access the seperate shower, toilet and sink. It felt like they tried turn a closet space into a room that wasn’t worth what I paid. Wonderful small modern hotel in the heart of Sevilla. Great staff made me feel like family. I have been to many hotels in Sevilla over 45 years an this has to be the best for a single traveller.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean and friendly staff. The shower is superb however there’s no kettle ( unless you ask for one from reception), no cups, no safe and the tv is positioned next to the hand basin so you constantly bump into it. Therefore it’s a bit expensive for what you get.

This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. The staff were very helpful and polite even when I saw them having to deal with a horrible bully who was boasting of owning a company with 500 employees and threatening that, if he didn't get his own way, he'd get everyone of them to post a 1 star review for the hotel online. The staff remained calm and polite even when dealing with this horrible jerk.

The hotel was centrally located which was optimal. The hotel staff was wonderful. The room itself was satisfactory in terms of size and cleanliness. My only disappointment was that my room did not have a safe nor a kettle for hot water which is usually standard at most. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The stay was ofcourse excellent. The front desk was available 24×7 for any of our needs and help. The property is in mid of all the night life Sivelle has to offer. The kettle/cups though were not part of their room amenities, but they provided in request. I will come again and recommend others too. Good luck Hotel Management & Staff.

Please realize that this hotel is called ‘007 Select’. Turn right at the Guess store if you arrive from the south. Otherwise it is a left hand turn. It is just past the church with an ‘orange’ facade. It is a very convenient location & the staff were helpful. There is little privacy in the bathroom due to semi-translucent glass. However, we had a great sleep as the room was very dark. The bed we had was very soft. The coffee shop at the entrance has great coffee!

Loved my stay At Room Select Tetuan. It’s so convenient and so central. The room is small and the toilet and bathroom is just frosted glass with a wash basin outside , so that’s not very attractive. But! The bed is comfortable, it’s great for a solo traveller. I had fresh towels and a clean room everyday and the location is so ideal. Really close to all major attractions.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right smack-dab in the center of the shopping district. Short walk to the cathedral and Real Alcazar, plenty of dining options nearby. Also surrounded by pedestrian-only streets, so no traffic noise and the room nicely soundproofed. They nicely let me leave my luggage for a couple hours after checkout. There were some drawbacks, however: the room was quite small, the touted ‘balcony’ was about 1.5’ deep. There was no kettle for hot water, no coffee machine, no mini-fridge. This was my first place in Spain so far without a bidet, but not sure where they would put it. The picture in their listing showed a round wooden chair in the room; in reality there was a cheap & rickety folding plastic chair (see pic). Finally, there was an odor wafting up from the shower drain that filled the room with a bit of a fug when the windows were closed. For the price, I don’t think I would stay here again.

You need to update the directions to your hotel. I used the “directions” link and it led me to an area a couple streets away. Unfortunately I did not have internet access to see your email about proper directions to find your hotel. I wasted an hour of my short stay looking for your hotel and asking lots of locals. It was also pouring rain which made it even less pleasant. I know this is not the hotels fault.
