We chose a modest-sized room and were content with our choice. Staff were excellent, helping us with train tickets when our email failed. They were also very helpful navigating Seville’s streets when phone maps led us astray.

Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it.
The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in.
But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light

The room so spotless, the staff were very polite, the general ambience was excellent, the location was perfect and although in the centre it was quite at night. The only downside was the partially frosted bathroom door. We are a conservative couple and did not enjoy the view from the bed!

The hotel is modern, clean, with friendly staff, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in a large shower, and a rooftop pool. I am not a fan of the glass door to the bathroom so the light in the bathroom shines into the bedroom at night. There is very little storage space for luggage.

I really like this hotel. I thought it was very clean and neat. It is pretty tiny so it’s very quiet, but it’s very central to the main things around Sevilla. It’s walkable to wherever you want to go and the airport is only like 15 minutes away via taxi. One thing that I would comment on is that if you go in the spring like March to April and the weather outside it’s a little bit cold, their AC is central so it might be hot for you in the room but because it’s cold outside for them, they won’t turn on the AC. That’s the only thing that I would comment on we were a little bit hot in the room because it was technically cold outside, but the hotel is pretty closed off and so it wasn’t really cold in the room so that would be my only complaint.

Got a message asking if I wanted room servicing. They do as much or as little as you want.
Good amenities in the room- pod coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave.
Friendly staff.
The pool was not open till April, but that's no deal breaker.
The fridge could be loud, but I just used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly. Check-in and check-out is very efficient. The staff communicate with us via Whatsapp messages to customize cleaning needs, etc. Check-in can be done online, which speeds up the process at the counter. Locks are secured by codes and the main entrance is locked by the same code as the room - another great feature.

Overall, we loved our suite with the 2 bedrooms and the staff were more than kind - muchas gracias.

We stayed for three nights in this friendly and modern hotel in the heart of Seville's old town. Although situated in a pedestrian area, we only had to walk a short distance to the nearest taxi drop-off and pick-up. All the different members of staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, the room as spacious, clean and comfortable with a very useful kitchenette. TV was good, with Netflix included, but with no access to at least one English news channel, which would have been appreciated. Otherwise, the hotel gets full marks from us.

The hotel was nice, but be aware the bathroom door is a glass sliding door offering no privacy whatsoever. Not a problem unless perhaps you're traveling with a friend instead of your significant other!

Wonderful comfortable stay in a hotel at a central

Wonderful comfortable stay in a hotel at a central Seville location. Just returned from a 4 day stay. Lovely and helpful staff. Easy to get to using a bus (no32) from railway station to a few 100m's from the hotel. Also the Autobus service to Seville airport is a 15 min walk from the hotel. Modern decor, nicely decorated, with some lovely prints pictures . We had a \"comfort room\" on level 1, that had a large comfortable bed, good en-suite including excellent toiletries, a kitchenette including a microwave, a coffee machine, and a breville, plus a sink, and glasses. There is also a fidge with a small freezer compartment. (Just note that the frudge does make a noise at intermmittent times, but you can turn it off. There is a table and chairs to eat at within the room. There is an air condition unit. No major noise issues from other rooms, or from the hotel in general. There is a roof terrace, with good seating areas including sun lounges, chairs, tables, parasols, and canopys. The terrace has a small pool which was good to use to cool down with showers. Extra towels are provided. Just be aware there can be some slightly annoying pigeons, but it was lovely to take in the sunshine, and relax and listen to the noises although not obtrusive from the surrounding streets The staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception area after checking out, and even gave us a temporary code to enter the hotel during the day and have use of the terrace. Will go back when back in Seville

We had a super stay at the Welldone Quality Crystal Pool. The staff were friendly, kind & knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved the whatsapp messages asking us what time we wanted breakfast or if we needed the room serviced. Our room was perfect for our needs with a small kitchen area. Breakfast arrives on a trolley to your room, so you can sit and have it at your leisure or eat whilst getting ready. It isn't the best breakfast we'd ever had, a toasty, croissant, cake and biscuits or crackers with orange juice but it did fill us up and we got lots of coffee pods and milk to make coffee in the coffee machine. The bed was comfy & the room clean. However, the furniture is very modern and there is not a lot of storage space so if you are staying more than a few days you might struggle. I personally found the rail very high so used my packing cubes on the two seater stool. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good but the towels were generally a little tired and thin and probably in need of replacement. We did use the roof terrace for an hour or so at the end of the day. It was a clean, tidy area & the hotel provide towels for the sun loungers. There are canopies to make some shade if required. It was never busy & a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Would we stay here again? The answer is yes. The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Seville and walking to the sights and all the and the staff are great, a real asset.

Stay here was amazing, clean and spacious even if it was just for one but would be ideal for a couple also. Small kitchenette, with coffe maker, microwave, kettle and sink. Not to far from all the landmarks and sites and right on the doorstep of main shopping street. Pool and terrace on the roof is an added extra especially if u want to relax and enjoy some of the sun or just want to cool off. Only downside, no fault of the hotel was the noise you would here when the cafe opposite would open up and set out the tables and chair's in the morning, i was just unfortunate to have the room that looked onto this. But this wouldnt stop me from returning here, just a little heads up

Hotel is beautifully decorated but sadly there are no windows making it very dark. There is a window facing the indoor courtyard but as I was on the ground floor I needed my blinds drawn so had no natural light inside.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the historic district. Minutes away from all the monuments and entertainment. I took a city bus from the airport for 4 euros and it dropped me off about a 15 minute walk away from the front door. The pool is a lot smaller than advertised. You can cool off in it but definitely hard to swim. Then again I'm accustomed to a 25 meter pool so your experience may vary.

The property is centrally located, but not accessible by car. I would recommend getting dropped off near the Plaza del Duque and walk in. The room was very clean, and had nice amenities. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The cons are the dimly lit room, and I was placed in a room next to the lobby so there was so much noise. Either people walking by or talking in the lobby. I also did not receive a room upgrade that was supposed to be for VIP.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. It left a lot to be desired with cleanliness and it was not a comfortable stay. There was dust over the floors and in drawers. There was hair in the sink and shower. The walls and skirting boards were dirty and marked. The room we were given was tiny. It was at the front of the hotel and very noisy. Unfortunately due to the uncleanliness of the room I would not stay here again.

Great location in the maze of pedestrian shopping streets. ( taxis cant reach hotel doorstep). Comfortable room, slightly smaller than expected but still great value for money. Loved having a microwave and proper fridge.
Housekeeping did nt replace the coffee pods until asked but thats only a minor niggle.
There are no keys so you have to memorise the key code for the room and outer door.
The best things though are the fantastic wifi and possibly the friendliest and most helpful reception staff ever.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian-only district of Sevilla. We LOVED that, but for those who want to pull up to the front door with their luggage, you need to walk two blocks. It's right along the main drag through the city center. There's shopping and food all around it, and it's right near many of Sevilla's main tourist attractions (particularly Las Setas and the Catedral de Sevilla).

My one knock on the hotel is the bathroom doors are glass and do not cover the entire door frame. It's less privacy than I suspect many would like. Still, it's hard to beat the location and the price.

Found the online check in a pain (having to submit electronic copy of passport & then a \"live\" photo from a smartphone or laptop.)
Hotel itself is in a good location. Very clean. Rooms had a little kitchenette area with fridge, kettle & microwave which was very useful after a long day.
We found the rooms a little small and storage space limited. Would benefit from a coat hook or two. No desk or table to sit at.
