The hotel is very clean and the receptionist is responsive via what’s up . The location is great in the middle of the Centre and near by everything. The room was suffocated no window neither balcony. Would be great to add more details to the website to make it more clear for people . Also since is no reception just felt creepy and lots of noise at night from people .

A terrific location and a quiet and comfortable room (great air conditioning). Close to hundreds of great bars and restaurants (also Aldi and other supermarket and shops very close). The hotel was terrific in communicating via WhatsApp all the essentials e.g. front door code and room number and codes several days before l arrived. Taxis out front for those requiring (also Uber). I strongly recommend.

This is small boutique hotel and there no one at the front desk. Shower kit and clean towel provided. My room is in a decent size with balcony, but my friend’s room is boxed by walls without window. Air conditioning is great.

good location, nice and clean, helpful staff. however it sis located in narrow streets in case you want to drive there. plenty of restaurants around, for us it was in walk-able distance to points of interest, however if you don't like walking it might be a little bit far from turisti sites.

Quite dingy and reception staff were really very rude, non attentive, speaking on the telephone and chatting away socially which meant that checking in took over 15 mins despite us having pre-paid in full. Halfway through checking in the receptionist served other customers who had just walked in leaving us waiting and despite knowing we had already been waiting for a while and then after all of that our room wasn't ready despite being way past the stated check in time. When I then asked to use the bathroom i was told that it might be a bit dirty and it was.. No apologies were offered and considering the price of the hotel I would go elsewhere for the same price.
The room had no real windows and so despite it being very warm outside the room was very cold for hours with no way to warm up as the air con had been left on at 18 degrees. The room itself was outdated in style and there was a sense that the least work they could put in to update the hotel and make it a pleasant stay for guests the better.

This is not a Hotel is a HOSTAL which is different
As soon as I get in the smell of cigarettes in the lobby made me sick. This is suppose to be a Non-smoking hotel, the rooms do not smell; however, the lobby, hallways and stairs stink. The staff is not friendly at all. The room was not clean, the bed had hairs like they didn't change the linens. The shower had mold. Overall I regret getting this hotel, do not let the nice pictures that they show you fool you. It is not at all like the pictures.

Luckily I only stayed one night there.. The room according to the description should have been considerably bigger. Instead it was 6-7 m2 plus 4-5 m2 bathroom. Two tiny windows (~50cm2) facing an inner court full of loud air conditioning units didn't make it any more comfortable. The air conditioning needed some tuning to get it to work properly. The location is fairly central so one can reach most parts of the inner city on foot. However, there are a bunch of other hotels in the area that should be just as good for that purpose. There are probably better rooms in the hotel, but the one I was stuck in is definitely not recommended. The staff was friendly.

The room was filthy and never cleaned the entire time we were there. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The café next door likes to clean their dishes at 1am and will keep you away all night long if you are on that side of the building.

Nice hotel: in Sevilla Historico Centro
Clean modern hotel within walking distance to all of the museums and historic sights in the old center of Sevilla. Priced similar to lesser hotels in Madrid and Barcelona center but much better accommodation. Great bang for your buck..Good bars and restaurants all around. We had a very pleasant stay. Only nit pick was that a double room is two singles pushed together.

Although it was advertised as a Hostal, it was a new and modern budget style hotel. Opposite a Corte Ingles and close to Musee del Belles Artes and opposite all the Tourist and normal bus stops and shops. 10 mins walk to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and 15 to Santa Cruz district. Wonderful value for the price and superb location.

Ok, but lacking.
Hotel is in a good location and only 5-10 minute walk from all the popular sites with plenty of stores and restaurants in the immediate area as well as taxis and buses. The downside is that it is no frills...a bed and some towels, that's about it. The free WiFi service has such bad reception that it might as well not even exist (seriously disappointing), the shower takes about 5 minutes to heat up and you'll receive about four shampoo packets so buy a bar of soap at a Bazar down the road. Surprisingly, the rooms are very quiet despite the hotel being located on a busy plaza. The staff is very friendly as well.

This hostel is perfectly located in the center of seville, there is also a taxi stop in front of the hostel. The staff were very kind to us. The only thing I did not like was the wi fi service does not work on the 2nd floor so we had to go to the lobby to get internet connection.

Muy buena la atención de una chica que me contactó por WhatsApp y que me estuvo guiando días antes para explicarme acceso al hotel. Lo único que tengo que acotar es que se escucha el más mínimo ruido exterior y que el aire tenía un sonido raro pero algo muy mínimo. Pero estas cosas NO serían un motivo para deje de recomendarlo y volver. Me ha encantado en general lo recomiendo.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente justo en medio del centro a pocos minutos de todo. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, jedoch war im Zimmer tatsächlich nur ein kleines kaputtes Fenster in den kleinen Innenhof und kein Balkon. Das Bad ist sanierungsbedürftig und hygienisch bedenklich. WLAN funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht. Die Schalldämmung zu den Nachbarzimmern ist unzureichend, welches empfindlich die Nachtruhe stört.
