Sometimes the menu was fresh, sometimes not. We stayed for 11 days and had breakfast everyday so we noticed the level of freshness on the buffet table. Staff was excellent and did the best they could. There was something weird about the AC setting - when it become too hot even at the lowest setting, we just turned everything off...

My worst experience ever, highly priced hotel with zero facilities, there were zero room amenities like no electric kettle, no iron, broken hair dryer, too smelly old fashioned toilet. Had to buy an air freshener to survive the toilets. We couldn’t sleep coz of noise outside the room.hotel is only charging high for its location. Other than that it’s a mess. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved my entire stay in Seville. The hotel offered cleanliness, great staff and good breakfast. Love its courtyard and how flexible they were when I asked if I could checked out an hour past my check out time. It is tucked away in a quiet street so it was a good place to sleep in. The housekeeing staff are also very efficient in making sure we have fresh towels and clean floors during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Everything At Hotel Cervantes was excellent! The breakfast, location, my clean room and the staff. Rosario and Alfonso at the hotel check in were so friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always willing to help. Also the coffee machine was available until 11:00 pm as well as hot tea. All in all, I was very pleased and will return soon. It was in the city center close to all the sights.

The property was very nice, with various places to sit outside our room. Make sure you are not by the smoking patio - otherwise once you step out of yourroom you will smell smoke.
Not very environmentally friendly - bathroom full of disposable plastic soap/shampoo bottles, towels constantly replaced, and no reusable cup option if you wish to have tea or coffee. Breakfast also only plastic packaged condiments and jams.
Room was very clean. Most of the staff were friendly.

Hotel is in a very narrow Street but the Taxi took us to the door. The staff are really nice & friendly. Room was lovely & comfortable with a Juliette balcony. Only down side was no bar but plenty of little bars & Restaurant near by. Its about 5mins walk to the main Square where you will find El Corte de Ingles & many more shops etc.

Good shopping within a 10-12 minute walk. Room met our needs, but nothing fancy. Tub was very dangerous to stand in - needed some traction on the bottom. Tub fixtures were very old and rust showed behind one. At 3 a.m. heard strange sounds inside the walls that went on for 15 minutes. Told the front desk about it, but didn't seem to care.

This was a great property. Location was fantastic easy walking distance to the heart of Seville. The property was very cute and in great condition also very clean. The breakfast was incredible. My only comment is I got a room with no windows which I wasn’t expecting. That wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice Other than that would highly recommend.

However, the breakfast experience was disappointing — they seemed to rush guests out, and the bread served tasted stale or possibly spoiled. The location is in the old city, with a maze of narrow cobblestone streets the taxi from the airport just left us to figure out how to get to the hotel. The building itself is amazing, with tall inner courtyards and rooms along the balconies. Breakfast was expensive, but varied. The staff was helpful and the room was very quiet. The tiny bathroom was somewhat inconvenient. A good location to get the flavor of old Seville.

The hotel is very nice inside and rooms are comfy with AC and hot water. The coffee machine avaliable until 11pm is a very nice touch plus plenty of inviting tables to sit and relax. Location was a bit harder to find since we drove there streets are mostly narrow. Parking area in hotel was full plus too small for minivan. Had to park a few blocks away in a 24hr parking area. Location of property is centrally located in the historic center area just a few blocks from shops and restaurants.

Utterly thrilled to have stayed here. The hotel is in a quiet peaceful part of town but very walkable and accessible to everywhere you wish to go as a tourist.

Brilliant staff from Rosario, Jose, Kevin, Marina on front desk, to Melania and the housekeeping team, to the lovely team at breakfast.

The beds are really comfortable and a great shower and bathroom area.

Stunning internal patios and courtyards to relax in.

Or there's Alameda square and many others are within 5mins walk to spend a great afternoon in with delicious tapas and drinks.

A wonderful, delicious and authentic spanish breakfast with so many things to choose from, all cooked fresh and replenished often.

Everyone at the hotel was so kind and helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so welcome, we didnt want to leave and we will return as soon as we can.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cervantes. It is very centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at reception were very helpful and this was important to us as we were visiting over the Semina Santa festival period.
The breakfast was very good though repetitive but there was plenty of choice.

This hotel is very beautiful.

However, the bathrooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable. I am 5'7\" tall, average size and barely was able to move in the bathroom. In order to access the toilet, I had to squeeze myself between the wall and the bidet. I also couldn't access the toilet if the door was open. The bath only has a tiny window pane to prevent water spillages, so I had to be extremely careful when I washed. Even then, there was water everywhere most of the times I got out.

Also, the rooms were very hot and damp. Since we were in April, there was no AC and we were instructed to open the windows. However, since there are inner courtyards in the middle of the building, the echo was very present. Thus, we could hear people talking and doors shutting all night and barely slept. We asked to change rooms and they gave us one facing the street instead of the inner court, but the street was as much noisy.

The breakfast was ok. The food was overall okay, but sometimes cold. It also didn't open before 7:30am, so we had to eat in a rush the morning we left since our cab was picking us up at 7:45am.

One of the lady at the reception (I don't remember her name) was incredibly kind and helpful. She reserved our cab for us and helped us switch rooms when we complained about the noise. She made sure everything was ok.

Also, the hotel is a short walking distance to most of the attractions and good restaurants.

Still, I think you can find better.

This is not a 4 star hotel! We stayed in 5 hotels on our Andalusian trip and this was the most basic of all. The breakfast was a total scrum and simple basic fare. Our room was ground floor next to the Road and directly under where they were extending the hotel. Banging and grinding pre-breakfast… not great. No hair dryer, no tea and coffee in the room etc…
