The rooms in this building are above the city’s busiest gay nightclub where music pounds through the building until 7:30 AM and an outdoor bar where patrons shout over each other and sing til 2:30 AM. Do not be fooled by claims of sound proofing. Stay away if you’re wanting to get any sleep.

Location is good and check-in process went smooth. Room has bad smell which stayed hours after we checked in. Had to request for a room freshener that came next day. They don't have a 24hr room service or front desk. Only available between 10 to 6.
Also, the response from staff was rude and unreasonable after they came to service the smell and other issues we noticed. We only asked if they had bar soap instead of liquid soap and here is what they replied. This is very rude customer service

Lovely staff who were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests over Whatsapp. Room was spacious if a little bare, the kitchen had only a few pans/plates for us to use. AC/heating was a little clunky (didn’t work at times) and noisy. Good location!

Clean, good location very comfortable bed. Could do with small freezer in fridge - also a reading light on wall in bedroom. Could not get any TV at all and never saw reception staff after check-in. Feel host should communicate with visitors day after arrival to check everything OK. This would give host immediate feedback to improve visitor experience. Did feel secure as solo guest.

Very strong bad smell from bathroom . As a result we used the bathroom as little as possible. Reported and received a message back thanking us for informing them and they would let maintenance know. No thought to moving us to another apartment due to strong odour.

Our apartment was close to almost every beautiful spots in Seville. Huge room, nice decorations. However, when we arrive the soaps in the toilet is not refilled. Gladly we have our own pocket size bath soaps. The noise at the bar early in the morning was a downside. Overall, it was a great stay for us.

The spot is just perfect! You are near Alameda de Hercules for good tapas at a decent price, 2 minutes of self-laundry and grocery at 5 minutes. You want a good place to live for two weeks in a couple in Sevilla for the right price. That's the spot.

Place with great potential, well designed rooms, comfortable beds… but despite the existence of kitttop there were not a single cattle or pan , no water heater or coffee machine, not even a kitchen knife…so kitchen without any possibility to make anything:( And Arrival confirmed by hotels.com was 11PM, but host insisted to arrive by 6PM or cancel the reservation. We had to change our day plan due to this.

Perto de tudo !!O imovel tem poucos utensilios para uso da cozinha, e um odor um pouco desagradável que deveriam verrificar de onde vem, apesar da limpeza ser realizada a cada 3 dias por funcionario do predio. No final de semana faz um pouco de barulho, devido aos restaurantes localizados logo abaixo de edificio. Mas de forma geral a localização compensa.

L'hébergement est tres bien situé! Attention a ceux qui viennent en voiture au sein du quartier il n'y a pas de place il faut payé un supplément pour avoir le parking qui est tout près!

Lejligheden ligger centralt i gå afstand til det meste. Der var rent, men der mangler en del køkkenudstyr for selfcatering. Ex. mindre fryseboks, som det ellers er anført skulle forefindes. Der var ingen brugervejledning til TV. Alt i alt dog en ok lejlighed, hvor den centrale beliggenhed er rigtig god. Kort afstand til Aldi.

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, in Gehdistanz zu allen relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Zentrum. Die Räume sind sinnvoll eingeteilt, die Betten bequem und die der Zugang hat einwand frei funktioniert. Das Parking im Einkaufscenter Saba war top, in 4 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und vom Vermieter organisiert.
Zwei Minuspunkte:
1. Die Apparate im Bad waren nicht mehr richtig befestigt. Es wirkte alles ein bisschen billig.
2. Unmittelbar vor den Fenstern im Hof ist eine Bar, in welcher am Wochenende pausenlos (bis 07:00 Morgens) Musik gespielt und gesungen wurde.
Daher nichts für leichten Schlaf 😉

Deberían tener siempre sabanas y cobija p/el sof/cama. 3 días utilizando chaquetas para taparme.
Si van a limpiar cada 3 días, deberían poner cestos de basura más grandes no que solo tienen el mini cesto del baño.
Entiendo que el olor a caño viene directamente por cuestiones ajenas al hotel, sin embargo sí que podrían poner desodorantes en las habitaciones.
Los inodoros son escandalosos a morir, cada que alguien iba ya sea de mi habitación o de otras habitaciones, se escucha el escándalo que hacen.
Debo reconocer que a pesar de que hay un bar abajo, una vez que las puertas están cerradas, no se escucha absolutamente nada.

到着予定時刻を尋ねるメールが何故かチェックインの翌日になって届いたため、私の到着時刻を知らせることができず、ホテルの玄関に着いてからホテルの電話番号に電話をして対応してもらいました。2時半頃の到着でしたが、まだ部屋の清掃が終わっていなかった為、暫く近くのレストラン待ち、掃除が終わってからWhats Appで玄関と部屋の暗証番号を伝えてもらいました。受付のスタッフは感じが良かったです。
部屋は最上階で明るく、清潔で快適でした。キッチンの備品も十分でした。ドライヤーが無かったのが残念でした。

Struttuta buona, ma credo si debba sapere che é presente una discoteca sotto di essa che nel fine settimana, per chi occupa i piani sopra di lei, non si riesce a dormire poiche la musica martella fino alle 6.30 del mattino. Del resto nulla da ridire, buono in tutto il complesso.

La boite ferme a 7h00 et on entend le son, les vibration du son et les gens qui fument dehors.
Pour les équipements, il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux alors que c'est précisé dans le descriptif. Il ny a pas de télécommande pour la TV de la chambre donc inutile.
Nous avons passé 5 nuit et navons pas vu de femme de ménage, donc les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées et pas de papier toilette a disposition....
La douche est bouchée donc le bac a douche se rempli et fini par couler dans la salle de bain.....
Par contre le logement est idéalement situé et tout peut se faire a pied

Nice place but noisy at night
The apartment was nice, well located for visiting the city and the management is very efficient and responsive. However, there is a disco club at the ground floor of the building with loud music untill late night. We could not sleep very well.

Need improvement but very comfortable mattress.
I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door for us to use shower. After I checked out, maybe for the reason of separate booking for the same apartment, they asked me to pay for the last night I stayed but I am so sure I paid beforehand. They sorted out at the end but that is quite confusing. Lastly, the apartment is nicely maintain, especially the mattress is very comfortable. Very quick response from the customer service. Hope their hardware can progress.

BIEN: situación, nuevo, moderno.
MAL: teníamos una puerta que comunicaba con otro apartamento y a parte del ruido de los vecinos se colaba el humo del tabaco. Ruído de las puertas al cerrar, nuestro y el de los otros inquilinos. El wifi no tiene cobertura en la habitación y además hay problemas constantes con el pswd.
A MEJORAR: hay 2 TVs pero no hay señal de antena en ninguna, sólo wifi. El sofá cama no estaba preparado. Había tapa olla pero no la olla.
