Breakfast horrible. Dirty area. Not many options. Just corn flakes, coffee and bread.
Too much noise at every hour. Other guests arrived shouting and making noises at midnight. You can hear other rooms as if you were there. Never got my welcome drink even after asking. Since this place is not on the main road, be ready to be dropped by the Uber 500 meters away. No elevator. Employees are just employees.

Très bien situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville, dans une ruelle discrète et calme, dans un \"palais\" avec du bois à l'ancienne.
Equipe super, jeune, sympa, arrangeante, j'ai pu laisser mon sac dans une salle après mon check-out pour continuer à visiter la ville sans m'encombrer, très appréciable!
Peu de gens présents lors de ma venue mi juillet, donc calme dans les espaces communs, c'est agréable aussi.
Un buffet à volonté le matin avec du basique mais suffisant, et des boissons qui restent disponibles toute la journée, avec aussi de la vaisselle un frigo et un micro-onde pour se faire un repas le midi et le soir...
Un tarif ultra raisonnable pour une chambre avec salle de bain privée.

Decent for one night, but not ideal for longer stays.
Our room was on the first floor right next to the shared bathroom, and unfortunately, we could hear everything throughout the night. This hostel has one bathroom per floor with around five rooms surrounding it, so noise can be an issue. The mattresses were also quite uncomfortable—definitely on the rough side. It’s manageable for a quick overnight stay, but anything longer would be tough.

Try if you care about the location, not the room

It was very clean and quiet, given this is a hostel. Location is fantastic for city exploration. The bathrooms are shared with others on the same floor, which is disclosed when booking, but usually in that situation there would be more/toilets are separate from the shower rooms so be aware you may be waiting to use the bathroom.

The way it was advertised led me to believe it was an hotel rather than a hostel, but it was ok mainly du to the staff and area which were excellent. The breakfast option was only tomato slices, slice of processed cheese, pork slice, and bread. Not much of a breakfast option, especially for non-pork options…

The bathrooms are not heated in any way, so expect to feel like Siberia when you want to do anything in the bathroom. Heater worked fine in the room, but there was drafts due to the huge windows that were not insulated. There are no elevators, so expect to drag your luggage’s up stairs. The bed is lined with the thinnest sheets. The doors are very hard to open and lock.

The location is okay. It’s at the bed of an alley, and it takes about 20 mins to walk to most sites. If you expect good service, pay extra for a better hotel. The service was okay for the cheap cost.

Okay so I booked this very last minute and there was little choice of rooms in seville for a same day booking. I had booked another place intially but the dates somehow got changed from what i needed. So then I booked this place and was happy about it being cheaper than Ive spent normally on hotels. PERFECT location and in a side road which means super quiet - no noise from the commercial roads yet 10 seconds walk to them. The bed was super comfy perfect for me and the pillows were just the right depth - something even 4 star hotels get wrong. There was a soft furry blanket in the cupboard which I used as I need a blanket. It was really a comfortable clean and basic room.

The downside was the amount of noise that travels from reception and foyer up to the rooms. In the morning around 6-6.30 there was immense noise, possibly linked to breakfast being set up but it sounded like metral trollies being pushed and there as much banging.

Reception staff were all friendly and helpful.

I would stay here again but only if the noise is less.

For the price it’s a good option, very clean and safe. I was traveling by myself and always felt safe. Good staff. Located in a very good area, walkable everywhere. I was able to check out and leave my luggage and pick up later in the afternoon.
No elevator so carrying luggage is hard.
No outlets next to bed so it makes if uncomfortable to charge phone.
The bathroom has a step ( at least in my room )and I tripped several times.

The place has a old early XX century appeal, The richness and delicacy of the woodwork is excellent. Their showers is so small, I had problems fitting in. I'm only 5'9\", and 170 lbs., and I had a lot of trouble taking my shower. The electrical outlet was busted so, they gave us and extension cord. Charming little place right in the middle of historic Seville.

Let google maps take you there, almost impossible to find, at the end of a blind ally. Once you are inside, it's a picture of serene tranquility, so quiet and peaceful away from the hustle of the city. Welcoming friendly reception staff. Rooms are adequate for what you pay for and good essential air-conditioning. Breakfast is basic but free! Plenty other options within 2 mins walk. I was happy with the location, nice and central.

Great location but you get what you pay for.

The building is situated right in the middle of the action. It was a great location. It's a quaint building. We booked a room with 3 separate beds and when we arrived were given a room with a double and single. There was no elevator and one of our party had a challenging time getting luggage up the stairs. There was an ant problem in our room and things were not clean. We had a room with a very small private bath but the communal bath was next door and the lock was so loud it woke us up all through the night.

I arrived at 23.00 at the bus station snd got lost, even with a taxi couldnt find this place. But if you sat Serpes, its easier to find.

The room is basic like a nun's room but i didnt mind it as it was comfortable and had a sink. I felt asleep pretty quickly as i was so tired so i must have felt relaxed enough to do so, even being next to reception.

You do get your money's worth as breakfast is included - cereals, breads with cheese/ham, tomato, coffee.

I love the building as it had character with all the beams. Making it a memorable place to stay.

The only thing is you have to share a bathroom and theres a queue in the morning as it looks like theres only 1 bathroom per floor. I waited for 20 mins for this girl to curl her hair!!!

I wouls definitely stay here again as its clean, safe, very central and a bargain!

Worst experience. I was staying right behind the reception 1st floor. There is a very small street outside but you can hear everything inside/outside. The noise from: the ladies heels, moving beds at 1am, people dropping things, truck making noise at 2:39am. The window is broken and unable to close, this is a security issue because it is a street side window. It is so difficult to bath because of the low water pressure. The toilet is from the 1940 with overhead tank and there is a vent above the water tank full of debries/dirt/rat poop. Terrible!!!

These guys where amazing. We ending up showing up super late to the property (1am) due to flight delays. They were extremely helpful with getting us sorted.

Upon leaving, my partner forgot her wallet in the bedroom. Unfortunately, by the time the staff found it, we were already on a train half way to Granada, with no available trains to come back to get the wallet. The staff emailed and WhatsAppes me to make sure that we knew that we left the wallet at the property and endlessly tried to help us find a solution to get the wallet back to us.

Thankfully we were able to send them a DHL label and they packaged the wallet up and attached the wallet. 5/5 star service. Would 100% stay there again. Thank you so much!

The place is nice, but not very comfortable. It does not have an elevator so if you have luggage, it’s tough. We requested a double bed and they only had singles which were very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast is not what you have in other places.

Great location, good price, interesting building.

Great location. Everything we wanted to see was just a few blocks away. Breakfast was not special, but we just need a little in the morning. The staff were helpful in designing walking tours and in getting cabs. The room was nothing great, but ok for sleeping and easy to get back to after a walk to the sights. It’s off the street to keep down the road noise, but there was some construction next door in the mornings.

Despite having difficulty locating this Hostel, we did enjoy our brief stay. If our taxi driver had known to take us to El Conte Anglais, we could have had it much easier. The bathroom was shared with all the rooms on the floor but didn't cause a problem.

Pension Nuevo Suizo was great. The price was affordable and the location is EXCEPTIONAL! The building is beautiful and the staff is great. They are friendly and even printed out our boarding passes. The rooms are small and clean. There is no lift, but is manageable. They have tea and coffee all day for guests. The breakfast was also good - coffee, tea, juice, apples, ham, cheese, jam, butter, cereals, and bread. They offer specials to shows, tourist places, restaurants, and fast food places.

I booked a single room with private bathroom but I was given a 4-bed dorm instead. while it was spacious, it was not equipped for a single bedroom, so there was no storage/ wardrobe and cabinets. The heater hang above the bed like a beacon in the night and I was unable to sleep. I had to pass through another dorm to get to my room and there was no wifi in the room at all as it was too far from the living area (or so I was told). The location was not too bad although it was in an alley off the main street. There are food places around the vicinity but the accommodation was quite disappointing.

Overall the hostel was not that great - but this goes along with the very low price point. Originally I was put in a room right by the check-in area that faced the street where the hotel staff would frequently go out to smoke and chat. The room had very thin walls so I could hear every word said from both locations. I asked to move, which the hostel staff was very nice enough to put me in a room towards the back of the hostel. This was better, but overall still not great quality room - the bed was extremely uncomfortable and you could feel the springs since the mattress pad was so thin. My back hurt from sleeping on it. No additional blankets offered, the room was very cold at night, only a small space heater which I was afraid to turn on in case anything caught on fire. Spend a little extra and get a nice hostel!

The electrical socket by the bedside was faulty. Shared bathroom on our floor was where breakfast was laid on and not very convenient

Great atmosphere - inside & outside

Start to finish great experience. Probably the best value for money stay I've ever had- that or I've always been overpaying! So so central, super friendly helpful staff, continental coffee (coffee terrible but so many coffee shops close by), terrace was nice and quiet though a little unkept but nice swing chair. My room was lovely, clean and had aircon. Room was cleaned every day.. Really nothing bad to say- exceptionally good find!

value hotel close to key Seville tourist sites

The pros and the cons of this pension are often one and the same: it depends on what you are looking for
THE LOCATION: Very central location in Seville Old Town, on a quiet pedestrian-only side-street (all 'pro'!)
THE BUILDING: At least early 20th century structure, maybe earlier, minimally modernised, so original floor tiles, windows, and heavy wooden shutters etc. Characterful and secure, and comfortable enough when I was there in late spring, but might be draughty in winter? (There are heaters in the rooms). Nearly all rooms open directly off ballustraded galleries encircling a wonderfully characterful central light well above the reception & breakfast area Quiet enough when I was there, but it would take only one late-night rowdie to wake the whole building.
FACILITIES & SERVICES: WiFi seemed inadequate to demand at peak times. Only Spanish TV channels. Rather nice, slightly scruffy but large and furnished, partly shaded 24-hour roof terrace with views over surrounding old-city rooftops.
THE ROOMS: Nearly all seem to look out onto either very narrow streets or secondary light-wells: ie, mostly protected from full summer sun but minimal outlook. Might be stuffy mid-summer, but I think all rooms have airconditioning. Comfortable beds, clean linen, and towels changed daily. Dated décor, but that is part of the charm.
THE CLIENTELE: Mixed but respectable: Backpackers, older budget travellers, one or two families.
