The room was perfect, even had extra pillows and bathroom was huge.
The rooftop bar was great to sit out in the sun and enjoy the views.
Breakfast had lots of choice so everyone was covered.
But mainly the staff at this hotel were just amazing, reception, the rooftop bar and at breakfast.

Surprised it’s only a 4 star hotel. Probably one of the best check-in experiences we have ever had. Jaime sat us down and talked us through the maps, local attractions and helping with booking tickets.

Hotel was beautifully decorated and everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom products were gorgeous.

Location of hotel was great. 5 min walk from cathedral and loads of restaurants nearby. Cannot fault this hotel.

Customer service taken to another level

We stayed at this hotel for three nights to celebrate a special birthday, and our expectations were exceeded. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival, complete with a complimentary glass of cava, to our departure, the customer service was exemplary.

There has been a very high degree of training for all team members who all demonstrated a professional and personable attitude. This level of customer service is the norm on a high end cruise ship but rarely do you see it in a hotel.

The rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, crisp linens, complimentary water, and a coffee machine. A large walk-in rain shower and Japanese toilet added to the overall comfort of our stay. We had an atrium room, which was very quiet.

The breakfast option was well worth the inclusion. Not only was it in a lovely setting, but the buffet was outstanding with a fabulous array of dishes that were tweaked daily. The rooftop bar was also worth a visit. You could relax by the pool, enjoy drinks in the evening, or even dine with a magical view of the cathedral as it lit up at night.

We also appreciated the very reasonable prices for drinks and food in the hotel, which were comparable to local bars and restaurants. The H10 Hotel truly deserves its high customer rating.

Excellent location...in a pedestrian zone. A little inconvenient when arriving and leaving as you will need to walk 2-5 minutes with all your luggage. But the hotel was alert and so helpful with our bags. Thanks to Alejandro and Fran. Great selection for breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Beds a little soft and thank you for the abundant pillows. H10 hotel was perfect in every way: attentive reception, gorgeous property, great room, perfect location in Seville. Special thanks to Laura and Jorge for taking care of our taxi and walking us to this taxi making sure we get to the train station on time. Other reception stuff has also been outstanding and helped us, we just do not recall all the names (thanks you gentleman with the beard!!!). Stuff was receptive to our needs, allowed late checkout so we have an extra hour to enjoy the Seville. From now on H10 will be our top option when traveling.

Came to Seville for a short stay and was disappointed to not be able to get the reservation at a hotel i stayed previously and booked H10. To my surprise we were incredibly lucky as the Hotel was amazing. The staff, the vibe, the rooms, the decor and general amenities are what makes this hotel as really great stay. Fran at reception was also so welcoming! I'd deffo be coming back to stay and recommending to others.
