The stay here was very nice from start to finish. Communication was prompt, check-in and out was easy. German and Jose were excellent hosts. Was concerned at first being on the ground floor facing the street thinking it would be noisy but it was very quiet and slept well. The space was comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated. Many restaurants, bars, attractions were all close by within walking distance. Bakery on the corner and a supermarket right around the corner. Excellent WiFi and a/c. Definitely enjoyed my stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. My only minor suggestions would be to have a large complimentary water bottle upon arrival and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen.

The amenities are excellent. The listing says there is laundry available but that was not the case, at least not in my suite so check before booking if that is important. There is an easy to use auto laundromat very close by. Even though it was a bit cold, the roof was a nice place to sit after hours of walking. Great location. Highly recommend!

Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites far exceeded our expectations. Even though we made a mistake on our reservation and arrived 2 days ahead, the hotel was able to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. A few days later, we asked to move to a higher floor, and they accommodated us also. We loved both of the quiet, beautiful condos, and appreciated even more the ideal location, close to restaurants, grocery store, laundry, and sightseeing.

Dining, entertainment, etc. He procured reasonablly priced tickets for a Flamenco show within walking distance from the property. Recommendations, for example, for restaurants, flamenco clubs, and other cultural activities added to the pleasure of our visit to Sevilla. Our room for three was spacious, clean, and attractive. The service was excellent and accommodating. The hotel is in walking distance of many restaurants and most of the major sites. My wife and I had a fabulous stay at Aguila 5. Jose, and the rest of the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Extremely prompt, helpful, and informative. The entire property is spotless and very well appointed. The perfect combination of modern conveniences and old world charm. Less than a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. Less than 20 minute walk to all of the major sites. As Americans traveling abroad, we found Seville to be a very warm and inviting city. I highly recommend this establishment!

Great place to stay in Sevilla--definitely more of an apartment that a hotel, but would highly recommend it. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Sevilla. The service is excellent, rooms are clean and well appointed, and quite spacious. The property is also well located and within walking distance to many of the places we had planned to visit.

A really lovely hotel suite perfectly located in central Sevilla. The room was in really good condition, lovely decoration, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would have preferred a real double bed rather than the usual two singles pushed together, but a minor point that did not mar the stay. The staff (Carlos, Jose and Rodrigo) were very friendly and enthusiastic about the hotel and the city, and took the time to give detailed recommendations about the city, places to eat, visit etc.... no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The only problem with the location is that driving a car and parking around the property is very challenging. Fortunately we had finished on driving around the Andalusia region and just arrived to the Seville hotel to check-in and had the car rental returned at the close by train station.

The Aguilas5 suites are a great base for exploring seville being centrally located, in the old town, surrounded by bars, cafes and supermarkets and a 10 min walk to the cathedral. The staff were very helpful throughout the stay, the only issue we found was a damaged iron, which they replaced with a brand new iron and hand written note as soon as they were told. Lots of help with places to visit were provided on check-in and the whole process was very smooth. The apartment itself was very spacious, immaculately clean, with a good size living area, modern bathroom, comfy bed and a new simple kitchen area. Included were an iron and ironing board, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, hob (pans available on request), hairdryer, toiletries and plenty of wardrobe space.
The only negatives were the'pool, which was hot tub siza, without any shade. The actual pool area is however lovely. For some reason the pre-booked taxi through the apartment (from the airport) was €10 more expensive than the return journey to the airport.
If we go back to seville we would definitely be staying here again.

Aguilas5 was easily our favorite hotel in Spain. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, and the location was an easy walk to most major sites. Our room faced the street, but the windows blocked traffic noise out perfectly and made it a nice escape from the heat and bustle of the city. After a couple of bad stays in other cities, Aguilas5 was like a dream come true!

4 night mini moon in Seville
We have just returned from our mini moon in Seville. We were married on the 11th May and delighted to spend 4 nights at Aguilas5 Sevilla suite apartments. Location is perfectly central - walking distance to everywhere. The staff were delightful and made us feel very welcome. Apartment was spotlessly clean - minor points box of tissues would have been handy and bed could have been more comfortable. Roof terrace was tiny, but perfect for relaxing with a book at the end of the day. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments and as for Seville - just the perfect way to spend 4 days. We were blessed with perfect weather - tapas and wine every night what more can one ask for.
