For the price we paid (€80) there was nothing else available in Seville when we booked that came even close to offering the room size, comfort and location of this small, friendly Casual chain hotel. It was in fact good in all respects and the staff deserve a special mention for being especially kind, friendly and helpful. The room was big, the beds large and comfortable. The parking cost €20 for up to 24 hours (12-12 fixed timetable) and was located very conveniently at 5 mins drive/3 mins walk from hotel. This is a discounted rate (normal price €27) and you pay and collect entry card at the hotel before going to car park. You can pull up outside hotel to do that and drop luggage on arriving in Seville, and there are no restrictions (of the sort one reviewer mentioned?) for driving into the city to reach the hotel. I would definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Seville. Easy walk to the main sights, all within 15 mins...

This was a perfect hotel for a quick trip to Sevilla. Luis at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful - he called to reserve an early morning taxi to the airport for us, and it was there for us at 4:45 am as hoped. It was impressive to see him communicate with other guests in many languages! The room was comfortable, clean, and updated, and had AC, which was critical as it was 98 F in Sevilla! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

An affordable clean little hotel in a quiet area. Funky room decor related to books. Close to attractions. Good air conditioner. Small rooms, but there are a few common areas - a patio, a play room for kids, and a terrace where you can eat and spread out. We stayed for only one night because there were no rooms available for longer, but we wished we could have stayed there longer. Good value and friendly service.

Great old Sevillan mansion converted into hotel. Youth and colourful atmosphere nice for young families with kids. Bunk beds for the kids were top quality.

Near everything in a 15 minutes radius. Didn’t try breakfast but was offered for a plus.

Parking is 4 blocks away and is a public parking. Driving around is limited and restricted by police to very few hours from 12 PM to 3 PM only. You need to explain to the police that you are checking in/out for them to let you drive to the hotel.

Clean. remodelled, youthful, Olaf town alleyways and small streets walking areas all around. .

Stayed there for 2 nights. Superb hotel in terms of cleanliness. Room very spacious, cozy and pretty. Bathroom had 🛀, which was relaxing after a whole day out. The location is perfect as the main attractions are walkable distance and food is easily available. The staff was super helpful. Allowed me an early check in and provided me with stuffs I needed. Kudos to the staff. Also, in the morning they came to clean and do my bed.
Will come back for sure. Hats off. Made my stay in sevilla stress free.

I enjoyed the room which offered a TV, air conditioning, closet space, and a private bathroom. I liked that the room was big enough for 4 people to sleep comfortably in. The hotel was ideally located within easy walking distance of the main tourist sites with plenty of very good restaurants & bars even closer. About 20 minute walk from main railway station where we got off & on the airport bus. We received a warm & efficient welcome. Our room (Steve Jobs - all rooms themed based on writers in the main) was at the front of the property overlooking the street but not at all noisy. It was bigger than expected, clean & airy. Slightly odd that the shower was in the room rather in separate bathroom - only loo & bidet separate. Lighting was great in the area with the bed but a little dingy near the shower & where hanging rail & drawers were. WiFi was free & good & a hairdryer was provided. Room lacked a full length mirror and the only mirror there was above the sink was high & not great for doing makeup. Breakfast was on the 3rd floor & could be eaten outside if desired. Choice was wider than anticipated, mainly continental cold buffet with hot egg & sausages. Would stay again if visiting Seville

Great place to stay in Sevilla!

Great location! Only a short walking distance from the major attractions of Sevilla. Although the room is pretty simple, the breakfast and location are both excellent!

Its value for money. The individual themes for each room is interesting. Its a bit far from the Sevilla Cathedral (about 12 minutes walk).

Perfect choice for a short stay in Seville

We stayed for one night at the hotel. The room was on the third top floor with very nice common terrace. The breakfast is also there. Despite quite small, the room was cosy and very clean.

So Artsy Hotel

The hotel is so artsy and very clean. Kinda not near in the city center. You have to walk towards the Cathedral, Alcazar, and Lonja. But it was a nice hotel. The staff are nice and cool. Attend to your needs promptly.

Great Location

Great location for exploring the city at a reasonable cost. Pretty courtyard hotel, no frills, but has everything you need including air-conditioning. Note the room is fairly dark, but that's good in the heat to keep the sun out.

Nice, central and affordable hotel

It was a nice and fresh hotel, with friendly staff, and a good breakfast buffet. Centrally located. Had some issues with the AC, which was fixed, but it sometimes beeped quite loudly. The beds were okay, but a bit too hard for my taste.
But overall I liked the hotel!

Nice little theme hotel

Lovely little Andalucian decor style hotel. 10 minute walk from the historical city centre. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
The entire ambience was very relaxing. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

Avoid this hotel pls!!!

The whole room smelled like mold!!! It was absolutely disgusting, sheets, walls, everything smelled like mold!!! I know it's a budget hotel but come on, it should never ever smell like that! Disgusting! Ladies at the reception were amazing, location as well, but I literally wanted to throw up how disgusting the smell of the room was! Do not go there! Ever!!!

No frills hotel. The bed was hard as a rock and squeaked every time you moved. The air conditioner/ heater made the loudest sound each time that it turned on that it would wake us in the night, but it did work quite well on the very cold nights that we experienced. The room was old but clean. The toilet leaked. Overall it was just ok, but you get what you pay for, so the price was it right

Pretty good

Nice cheap option in Seville. Visited for the Liverpool game. Nice bars nearby including El Rinconcillo which is a must visit. About a 15 minute walk to the cathedral so it's a good location.

NICE QUIET,COOL HOTEL WITH NICE STAFF & BREAKFAST.

I liked this hotel, especially the breakfast. However, having paid for the breakfast in advance from hotel.com, I was surprised when the hotel receptionist asked for it to be paid again at the cost of 7 euros.She later agreed that the breakfast HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR IN ADVANCE OF MY ARRIVAL AT POINT OF BOOKING .....THAT WAS AN EXTRA 3 EUROS and well worth it! Apart from that misunderstanding, the receptionist and all other staff were great!

Great location and strong air-con!

Great location and very accessible (walking distance) to many yummy tapas restaurants. We went in July in the hot summer heat (temp up to 42 deg cel) and the hotel had very strong air-con that allowed us to cool down in. Wifi was not constant

Disappointing! Extremely uncomfortable!

I appreciate the creativity of the place, the paintings and display of books, etc.
However it is an extremely noisy place as the door to the room opens directly outside, you can hear the last person returning at night and the first person waking up in the morning!!!. No windows.
The first room 1009 was a DISASTER! Wet walls and a horrible smell of damp.
Service is good, they changed the room for me the next day.
Cleanliness is not great either - hair on the floor in the bathroom.
Good location, in the centre close to everything.

Pleasantly surprised

What a pleasant surprise this place turned out to be. I needed a cheap room for the night and found this place, not expecting anything special. I'm so glad I stayed here. The staff couldn't be friendlier. The room is clean and of a decent size, and the bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay near the city centre

Comfortable and with some nice amenities, including a free mobile phone to use as a WiFi hotspot while touring around the city. The room was a bit dark with the only window facing out into an enclosed courtyard, but other than that, I would be happy to stay here again.

Close to all interesting places to visit\n

Comfortable, clean, fantastic breakfast that sets you up for the day.
Good value for money, staff very helpful recommending restaurant for evening meal.
Also can arrange safe and secure parking not far from the hotel at a reasonable rate.
Only one thing I was not happy about, I booked two rooms, one queen bed and one with two singles, confirmation confirmed to me on line. When I arrived I couldn't have the queen bed I had booked so ended up in single beds!! Not pleased but nothing could be done. I do expect to get what I booked but this wouldn't stop me from going back.

Pretty on the otside, dirty on the inside.

Positive- Cute room and great working AC.
Negative -The floor in the room and the bathroom was dirty. Although wifi is offered, only 1 person at a time can be on Skype/talking app. Wifi, only works close to/in the room itself or the lobby. They are offering Free Around the City wifi. That comes with 1.65 Euros per day and only 100Mb of data. Not really \"free\".....
Breakfast is offered at 5.50pp and is \"ok\"- cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries. For the same price or less, you can get better food in a very close proximity. One of the staff members, Marina, was very rude and raised an issue out of nothing.
Bottom line, we will not be recommendin this hotel to anyone.

I would recommend- great value + great location

Lovely staff and great, reasonably priced, well located hotel.
Note the shower in our bathroom was hand held which made showering difficult, a shower head holder would be great to improve this but not a deal breaker.
