Thay also spray this ambient smell constantly from a tube in the wall in every floor that makes the hotel smell like they're trying to cover some other smell . Aweful smell.

The staff was great! The location was ideal for getting everywhere. Walked to wherever we want to go. The facilities were very clean and well kept. Nice little bar and rooftop patio. There was no facial tissue, There were no shower caps. I found this lacking for a four star hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and it was noisy early morning and late at night. I would still stay here again on a higher floor.

I ended up staying in three different rooms, so I'm going to give feedback based on being in those three rooms.

My original room (107) was a Superior Double Room. Great size for a solo traveller and located at the back, so it was quiet. If you sleep later than 7am, be aware of a humming noise outside, but according to reception, that can be switched off.

I was moved because there was no hot water on the first floor, so I went to a Deluxe room (206). Very spacious with a great view of Las Setas. Bigger shower as well. Sadly, I moved out of there after 1 night because Las Setas was home to nightly performances that end around midnight - all-in-all, the sound of people outside dies off around 1am. I hoped they might have triple-glazing or some kind of feature that would block the noise out, but alas, no. So do bare this in mind, if you're booking a Deluxe room like this, that's facing the square.

Last room was in (202) was a Superior Double Room but smaller than 107, with oddly, no bin in the bedroom area (there was only a small bin in the toilet area) and no specific area to put toiletries on in the shower (the other two did have this). It was also at the back, so it was quiet and comfortable. Great night's sleep there.

Breakfast is buffet-style with a few pastries, fruit selection and eggs.

The staff were v friendly and handled the hot water issue well. The location is great. If there is a Deluxe room at the back, I'd definitely book again.

First of all, if we came back to Seville, we would stay here again! The staff is professional and friendly, the location can’t be beat, the breakfasts are delicious and everything is clean.
Everything was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.
Things to note: if you are sensitive to scents , know that there is a hotel signature scent being pumped into the air by the elevators (see photo), we loved having a balcony overlooking the mushrooms, but if you go to bed before midnight, bring earplugs because there is noise most of the day/night.It is also very enjoyable to sit on the balcony and watch everything that’s going on down below. There is no pool, but there is a rooftop bar. We asked about it, and apparently there are events up there and a bar available, but not if the weather is too hot. We did not see anybody or anything really up there the entire time we were there. With that being said, we really enjoyed our time there and the price was right.

They got us checked in quickly, gave us a map of the city with some suggestions for things to see/do, and even booked us tickets for the Alcazar and Catedral. Our room was cleaned well and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sevilla.

Centrally located, super nice, professional staff and very hip decor, but the rooms are a little on the small side with a glass shower “in” the room (so be mindful how you share a room like this). The scent machine pumping perfume mist clouds into the 1st floor and lobby was overwhelming; you could say headache inducing. Also the 1st floor has a lounge that business people turned into their conference room with loud talking, literally 20’ away from our door, very annoying when you’re vacation still chilling in bed at 9am. Restaurant breakfast was very good.

Very good location and friendly staff. The room is really small to be honest. The water tap is awkwardly close to the basin, as a result, washing hands is not as straightforward as it should be. We managed to rinse our hands one side at a time horizontally! The hotel bar is very good

Nice and courteous staff, very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location to visit Alcatraz castle, Giralda tower, Sevilla cathedral, river side and many other local attractions. Very convenient location for getting taxi to the airport, many outdoor eating places at reasonable prices in proximity.

Great Location and wow view to Setas Sq and short walk to the charming Old Town.
Had ask for a Quiet room far away from Elevator (was given absolute first and next to elevator) was told since I want the best (deluxe-Balcony room) they have NO quiet room – seem more you pay more noise. View to the square was nice but all day really NOISY. Hotel did,nt told us before the room options.
Other strange odd the rooms do not have a bathroom. No privacy apart from toilet. The sinks are in the room, the shower is not private.
There was a long hallway in the room, but NO space for our belongings why NOT use the hallway for shelves.
Coffee machine yes but strange only tiny espresso cups and NO CREAM!!!
IT SEEM Bartender guy could offer us milk if you go down and a real cup and after go out and buy cream and show the bar/restaurant people and they just seem it was funny that we have to buy ourselves.
First time we ever had this experience and we are not talking about a cheap 2* hotel.
Best for this hotel is Location location and again location. Amazing city SEVILLE, but 3 nights here was enough at this hotel.

The stay was pleasant, room good condition with a nice city view. The staff was very kind.
However, we were pretty much surprised to find out that on our very acceptable room price of 90€/night a surcharge for our dog pet was 35€.

A great new opening with lots of potential

A lovely new-opened hotel - and potentially the best smelling hotel too!

Ocean Drive is in an incredible location within easy walking distance to all of the main attractions and with an incredible view of the famous mushroom!

We were a little confused about the room which is the reason for the lower score. We were assigned disability accessible room on the second floor, which had fantastic provisions, however we did find it meant it was slightly uncomfortable for my taller husband such as the low sink and lower side benches for storage. We had a full wet room rather than the in-room shower which some reviews reference, but it did meant that the toilet was a rather damp experience if you had recently showered.

There are some teething problems, which had been mentioned such as a lack of hooks, and we found our beside lights tended to flash off before returning on later when switched on.

The staff, and breakfast however were delicious although we would definitely recommend following their instructions in the lift and attending breakfast early to ensure you get a table and quick service.

Definitely worth a stay as I am sure Ocean Drive will continue getting better as it moves past it's initial opening.

We had a suite so we had great outside space for a city hotel but hotel amenities were very sparse nothing except a pen shampoo and conditioner ,and one free bottle of water, the best thing about this hotel is the cheery helpful staff Aldo,Carlos and many more of the staff were really helpful.

We enjoyed our time here. We needed help with our reservation, and the front desk, Maria, suggested to speak with the manager on a different day when he’s in. When the day came, not only Sergio, the manager knew about our issues without us having to explain again, because Maria already updated him on our situation. He helped us thoroughly, and when we mentioned that we are impressed with Maria’s attitude and work, he immediately gave the credit to her. We felt really taken care of by the staff who work together very well. We experienced a good vibe staying here. Thanks to Sergio, Maria and also the lady who helped out out checking out process and with our suitcases in the morning. (Sorry we forgot to ask her name).

My stay at Oceana Drive was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with recommendations for local attractions and dining.
